To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, SEYMOUR A. Bos'rwremof Laconia, in the county7 of Belknap, and State of New Hampshire,lhave invented certain new and useful Improvements inl 'lolmcco-Outters, of which the following is' a full description, reference being,l had to the accompanying drawings, .and letters of reference marked thereon.
In the accompanying drawings- Figure 1 is a side view of my improved tobaccocutter.
Figure 2 is a top view ofthe same.
In the construction of my improved tobacco-cutter, any suitable bed, A, may be employed.
Upon this bed is a frame, B, in which is placed a slide, K, provided with a toothed bar, into which the lever-pintan D L gears, thus giving` motion to the slide hy moving the lever D as indicated in red lines.

1. The rotary cutter' G, in combination with the slide K, ratchet L, and lever D, or the equivalents of said devices, substantially as set forth.
