To all whom it may concern:
Be it-known that 1, Geneva A. BELIVEAU, a citizen of the United States, residing at St. Paul, in the county Ramsey and State of Minnesota, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in lWire-Clips, of
which the followin is a specification.

Referring to the drawings A represents an ordinary pot head rovided with an opening 2 through whici the wire cable,
not shown, passes. Secured upon the sides of the pot head are my improved connectmg clips B. Each clip comprises a base plate 3 secured by screws 4 to one side of the pot head A and formed with a bar 5 bent at right angles to the base plate 3 so as to extend through the opening 6 of the pot head and into e cable opening as shown in Fig. 5.
Extending u wardly and bent parallel with the base of t 0 clip is a spring arm 7 with a downwardly bent end 8 alinin with an opening 9 in the upwardly extending holder 10. The holder 10 and the downwardly bent end 8 of the spring arm are formed with registering openings 11 and 12 to receive the end of the conductor wire. Thus by pressing the spring arm downward the end of a wire may be forced through openings 11 and 12, and the arm then being rcleased will spring upward clamping the end of thewire 1n the upper end of the holder 10. The ends 13 of the cable Wires may be secured in suitable manner as by soldering to the ends of the arms 6. J
I claim:
A clip of the class described, for connecting the ends of conductor wires, comprising a base plate formed with a permanently connected bar 5 projecting at right angles from said plate, an outwardly and 'pernu'v neutly connected holder 10 carried bysaid base and projecting therefrom oppositely to said arm, and a spring arm permanently carried by said base and havlng its free end extending downwardly alongside said holder, said arm and holder being formed with codpera-ting openings.
