- It. w1l be understood that the cement is to be placed in position while in a plastic condition after the various plates and cross-bars and netting have been properly assembled and in structures where the transparent blocks are to be employed, said blocks areto be properly connected prior to placing the cement in osition. By forming the metal plate 29s a ove described the under faces of said plates will present a pleasing appearance and in floor constructions especially the structure will serve the double purpose ofv ceiling and floor. 1
