Theobject of the present invent on is toso construct and arrange this device, in contrast with the well known constructions employed in machines of the type indicatedabove, that the device forms a comp ielilse e device thus formed as a complete whole can be readily assembled, and is also connected with the parts for receiving the in such a way that it can be readily fitted up and taken ofi". This object is arrlved at by arranging all the parts on a plate, said plate being fixed or screwed upon a slide-bearing of the pa er roller frame, or said late may be forme one piece with the slide-bearing.
