In an apparatus of the character described, the combination with a movable su )port and a-scraping mechanism adjustably mounted therein, of a drum on the support connected with the scraping mechanism, a ratchet Wheel connected. 1with the drum, and racks mounted at each side ol? the support adapted to alternately engage the ratchet.
