I My invention relates to thattype of cabinets used in stores for displayin garments, articularlywomen. s and mens c othing and 1t has for its object to provide a cabinet of this character of a .very simple and economicalconstruction adapted for sitting on the floor whereby the garments fmay be readily displayed or taken in and out of theoabinet.

In'the practical construction my improved cabinet is of hexagonal shape in cross section, although it may be madeup of a less or a greater number of sides.

Having thus describe my invention, what I claim and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is:

1. In combination with a cabinet having one or more hinged doors, and a clothes rack rotatably mounted in the cabinet, means for engaging with the rack to hold it from freely rotating, said means being automatically set in operation when any of the doors of the cabinet are swung open.

2. In combination with a cabinet having one or more hinged doors, a circular rack 'rotatably mounted in thecabinet, said rack dulations, and a flexible member on each of the doors adapted to en age with the undulated surface of the rac doors are opened.

3. The combination with a cabinet having one or more outwardly swun doors, a 'circular rack suspended from tie top of the cabinet and rotatable on its su port, said rack including an annular rim and a resilient member secured thereto having radial beveled projections and a flexible member on each when any of the door, each having a rounded end for engaging the beveled projections on the rack mm for the purposes specified.
