Be it known that I, HARLow R.' The combination with la syringe havingfl applied to the outer en'd of said nozzle, of a conducting-wire passing through said nozzle and having its outer end coiled and in contact withsaid metallic-cap, a contact-plate, .a source of electrical energy, and electrical' connections from the latter to said conducting wire and to said contact-plate.

The combination with the syringe having a hollow nozzle and a perforated metallic 'cap applied to ,one end of -said nozzle, of a lconducting wire extending lengthwise through the nozzle Aand having its outerend coiled to form a substantially conical de pressible contact interposed between the end wall of said cap and-the end of said nozzle, a contact-plate, a battery, and electrical connections from said battery to said conducting wire-and to said contact-plate.

The combination with the syrin e hav` ing a hollow'nozzle and a metallic pe orated atacar cap applied by rictional contact to the outer y end of said nozzle, of a metallic bushing in' the wall of said nozzle at theinner end thereof, a conducting-wire connected to said bush-n ln'gl and extending lengthwise through the nozzle, said wire having its outer end coiled to form a depressible contact bearing against said perforated cap, a battery,'a contactplate, a conducting-wire between said battery and contact-plate, and -.a conductingwire between said battery and the bushing in the nozzle and having a plug removable in said bushing. l A' f ln testimony whereof, l have affixed my 35 signature in thefpresence of two subscribing witnesses.
