HAIR-TONIC AND DANDRUFF PREVENTIVE.
Specification of Letters Patent.

Application filed July 20,1905. SerialNo. 270.508.
To all whmn it may concern:
Be it known that 1, Runs W. BROOK, a citizen of the United States, residing at Tombstone, in the county of tory of Arizona, have invented a new an useful Hair-Tonic and Dandruff Preventive, of which the following is a specification.
My composition consists of the following ingredients combined in the proportions stated,namely,'-extgaqt of Witch hazel, ten ounces, hydlTni Q :.Ql oral, two drams, Elorida w'ater, one ounce, a hhol, one ounce. These ingredients are to be thoroughly mingled by agitation.
In using the above named composition, the same is to be applied to the scalp at suitable intervals of time, and when so a plied,
and prevents the Ormation of dandruff, and allows the scalp and the hair to come into a natural condition, in which it may be maintained by continuing the applications from time to time as found necessary.
I regard the hydrate of chloral and witch hazel as the rimal elements of the composition, but find the composition containing all the elements above set forth, and in the proportions specified to be most satisfactory Cochise, Terriof matter to prevent out'of the hair,
consistin of extract of hhazel,,hydrate of chlora cochineal, Florida water and alcohol, in substantially the described proportions.
2. A composition to prevent dandruff and stop falling out of the hair consisting of eX- tract of witchhazel, hydrate of chloral, and a suitable diluent and vehicle in substantially the described proportions.
3. A composition for preventing dandruif and stopping the falling. out of the hair, containin extract of Witchhazel and hydrate of chlora in the proportions often ounces of the former and two drams of the latter.
