3. An apparatus for sharpening lawnmowers, consisting of curved cheek-pieces having their 11 per ends recessed to receive a member of a awn-mower, a connecting-bar for the said cheek-pieces, a slotted tongue carried by said bar, and a hooked clampingbolt adjustable in the slot of said tongue.

In an apparatus for shar ening lawnmowers, opposing curved cheeizieces having concavities in their upper en s, one Wall of each concavity extending upward beyond the other wall, a connecting-bar secured to the said cheek-pieces, a tongue extending from the said connecting-bar in the direction of the curvature of the cheek-pieces, which tongue is provided with an aperture, a bolt passed loosely through the said aperture of the tongue, having its upper end crooked and its lower end ortion threaded, and a nut located on the t readed portion of the said bolt below 'the said tongue.
