Be it known that I, ROBERT PITMAN acitizen of the Ulted States, residing at the city 0f1 ti1ade1phia, in the @misty of hilsdelphia.

My invention has relation to` a centrifugal particularly to means connected therewith and adapted to ermit of the use of-a loose packing or the dlspensin With such packing or the pump-shaft in sai type of pumps.
