Be it known that I, P. H. WAIT,`of Sandy Hill, in the` county of Washington, -end State oi' New York, have invented a new and improved llVctez'JYhed; and I de hereby declare that the following is a. full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable those skilled in the afi-tto make and\use the same, reference being had to' the accompanying' drawings, forming part ofthislspeciiicaltion. v

This invention relates to rsf-new und improved water-wheel, of that class which ere secured on a. vertical shaft, and rotate in n horizontal plane at the'lower endet' a-cylindrical case,'undernen.th chutes or water-guides.
