Iaving described my invention. what I claim is- 1. -In a rabble apparatus.' a hollow shaft. hollow arms radiating therefrom and com*d niunicating therewith. and means for introducing a cooling medium initially into the shaftata point intermediate thelengththereof, and allowing the saine to circulate into the arms. substantialli' as set forth.
