Figure 2 is a vertical section at right angles to section 1'. p v I The frame, which supports the stirring-apparatus, and to which the lids are'hinged, is attachable by thuiubscrews to the rim of the kettle. The stirring-devices consist of o oronk-sheft, hevel-pinions, and a vertical revolving shaft with arms.
