Be it known that I, JULIUs A. PEAsE, of Philadelphia, in the State vof Pennsylvania, have invented an Improvement in 'Sash- Supports; and I do hereby declare the fol-y lowing to be a full, clear, and exact description of same. Y
The nature of my invention consists in the combination and arrangement `of an elastic roller A with a shaft through the center B and a box for said shaft to'play in C, of which the following is a description,l taken in connection with the drawings forming a part of this specilication.
I construct the roller A of india' rubber or other elastic substance. In lthe center I place the shaft B. The ends ofsaid shaft F F I place in the journals H H, in the'box C, in which they play. The box is placed into the side of the frame G or into the sash E, the elastic roller is left projecting abovel the surface of the rameor sash suiciently to hold the sash iny any desired position by arrangement, but
