To all whom it may concern;

Be it known that I, JOHN M. GRAY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Iberia, in the county of Miller and State of Missouri,

.have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Kitchen-Cabinets; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and

exact description of the invention, such aspactly arranged the flour-bins provided with suitable sitters and cupboards suitably arranged for the reception of articles of various kinds.

A further part of the invention resides in connection with the cabinet of a dough-board having a folding bracket-support which is adapted when not in use to fold back within the cabinet and when extended for use in supporting the board to be swung out so that the pivoted portions will extend outside of the face of the cabinet.

To these ends and to such others as the invention may pertain the same consists, further, in the novel construction, combination, and adaptation of parts, as will be hereinafter more fully described and then specifically defined in the appended claim.

My invention is clearly illustrated in the accompanying drawings, which, with the let.

ters of reference marked thereon, form a part of this specification, and in which drawings- Figure 1 is a perspective View of my improved cabinet, showing the manner of extending and closing the folding brace for the purpose of supporting the dough-board. Fig. 2 is a detail view of the folding brace.

Reference now being had to the details of the drawings by letter, A designates the casing of the cabinet, the lower portion of which is provided with cupboards B B and the up per part forming a receptacle for the flourbins O 0. These flour-bins are of the general construction illustrated in the drawings and are tapering at their lower ends, where cutoffs E are provided, which by being pulled out will allow the flour to fall into the cylinders beneath the bins and onto the screens G, one in each cylinder. The'fiour is then allowed to fall to the dough-board K, which is mounted between cleats in the cabinet directly underneath the cylinders, whereby flour may be deposited directly on the board ready for use. Suitable stirrers may be located in the cylinders, as shown in dotted lines at Q. At either end of the compartment containing the bins may be contained the drawers J for holding different articles. The compartment containing the moldboard is provided with a hinged door R, which when it is desired to pull out the dough-board may be swung down in the position shown in the drawings. For supporting the dough-board when it is pulled out ready for use it is my purpose to provide the strips M and N, the former of which is pivoted to the dough-board compartment, and

its outer end is hinged to the strip N, so that when the strip is swung out the free end of the strip will rest on the edge of the horizontal partition between the dough-board compartment and the cupboard beneath, thus forming a support for the dough board. When the dough-board is pushed back into the compartment, the supporting-braces may be folded in the manner illustrated, so as to allow the door to the said compartment to close.

The upper end of the cabinet has a removable top, which is adapted to fit over the upper ends of the flour-bins and may be removed when it is desired to take out the bins for cleaning the same or for any other purpose.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim to be new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
