Application filed June 13,1894, Serial lilo-515483. (l omodehl To all whom it may concern: Be it known that we, DANIEL have'in'vented acertain' new and useful 1m} provement in Drilling-Machines, of which the following is a specification. Our invention relates to the class of drill-- ing-machines commonly known as sensi:
t ive drills and it consists of certain new and useful features of construction and combine-P tions of parts, hereinafter fully described, and 1 specifically pointed out in the claims.
. .The {ylaten-lifti ng and .friction-plate-supQ portingdevices shownherein, are also shown and claimed in a pending application filed by us in the United Statesiatent Ofiice' December 2.6, 1893, having Serial No. 494,665.
Referring to the accompanying drawings,
' which form a part of this specification, Figure 1 is a side elevation of the drill, partly in central vertical section. Figs. 2 and 3 are horizontal sections'at the dotted lines 2 and 3, re-
spectively, in Fig. ref parts there shown.
Likeleltt'ers of reference indicate corresponding parts throughout the-three views.
