Ross oi the city of" Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and usefullmpro'vement ,in an Implement for Shaving :the Heels of Boo s and Shoes and I do hereby declare that the following is are] I, cieamnd' eiaet'd'escrip tion thereof, reference being had to the drawings annexedand forming part of this speci fication, and the letters of reference marked thereon. i i v The nature of invention consists. in applying an adjustable blade to that class of heelshaving implements which have an adjustable guard, which blade can be removed and sharpened, and when worn out replncedwith anew Figure 1- representsa' top view.
