To all 'whom 'it may concern:
Be it known that I, FRANK M. STEABNS, ot' Berea, in the county of Cuyahoga and State Mode of Packing Grindstones for Shipment; and I do declare that the following is a full and exact description thereof, reference being had tothe accompanying drawings, and to the letters .Oflrefcrence nutrked'thereon.
