POOL-REGISTER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Letters Patent No. 398,081, dated February 19, 1889.

To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, EDWARD R. ROBBINS, of Sacramento, Sacramento county, State of California, have invented an Improvement in and I hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
