By employing a closed globe-holder, lo, and

It will be observed that thc various parts of the lamp are readily detachable and adjustable for facilitating the removal and -replacement of parts when required, and aitord convenient means for grouping a number of gaslincaxulescents in a cluster.
\Vhat I claim as my invention isl. In an incandescent gas-lanl'p, the combi- .5o nation', with a gas and air mixing chamber and a number ot gas-burl'lers supported on and communicating with said chamber, ot a central tube passed vertically through said chamber, and a perforated disk surrounding the open lower end ol said tube, substantially as described.
2. In an incandescent gas-lamp, the combination, with a number of atmospheric gasburners arranged in a group or cluster and a corresponding number of incandescent devices suspended above said burners, of a chimney surrounding each incandescent device, a vertically-adjustable globe surrounding the entire group or cluster of burners and incandescent devices, and a vertically-adjustable metallic hood and chimney supported abpve the several incandescent devices and their surrounding chimneys and globe, but penetrated by said chimneys, substantially as described.
3. In an incandescent gas-lamp, the combination of a number ot atmospheric gas-burners, a corresponding number et incandescent devices suspended above said burners, chimneys surrounding said incandescent devices, a globe surroululing all the burners and chimneys, and a globe-holder having a closed or imperforate bottom, substantially as described.
-l-. In an incandescent gas-lamp, the combination of a gas and air mixing chamber, a number of burners supported by said chamber, a central tube having an adjustable collar, and a metal hood supported on said collar above the gas-lmrners, substantially as described.
5. In an incandescent gas-lamp, the combination, with a group ol' gas-burners and incandescent devices and their chimneys, of a central tube having a collar, Q0, and pin 2S, and a hood, 2l, supported on said collar, and having a slotted bar, 2U, adapted to engage the pin 2S, whereby the hood can be raised and supported clear of the burner-chimneys, substantially as described.

In an .incandescent gas-lamp, the combination of a gas and air mixing chamber, a number ot' gas burners supported by said chamber, incainilescent devices suspended above the burners and surrounded by chimneys, an adjustable globe surrounding the en.- tire group of burners and incandescents, and an adjustable metal hood suspended above but penetrated by the burner-chimneys,substantially as described.
