I claim as rny invention l. In a paper-cutter, the combinabion 0f the roller, a support for the rollen, pivohed arms, and a knife 011 Ehe arms, said arms bearing up0n the gudgeons or journals 0f the roller, and being inclined (so cause the toller 130 move toward the knife as the paper is remov-ed, substantially as sei; forth.

'Ihe combination, in a paper-cutter,of the base, ends seeured to the base, extensions on the ends,roller having extended gudgeons 0r journals bearing 0n th e extensions of the ends, arms pivoted to the ends, and knife seeured t0 the outer ends of the arms, said arms being inclined on their under edges and bearing upon bhe extended journals or gudgeons, substam tially as aud for the purpose sei; forth.
