- a device for transferring rotary motion into oscillatory motion comprising input means mounted for rotation about an input axis, and including input joint means eccentric to said input axis; operating means for axially reciprocating said input'means during rotation thereof; and output means mounted for angular movement about an output axis transverse to said input axis, and including output joint means eccentric to said output axis and connected with said input joint means so that rotation of said input causes oscillatory angular motion of said output means at a cyclically varying speed.
