  • a weft inserting device according to claim 1 wherein a slotted co-axial shielding tube is disposed around the double-walled tube and is radially spaced therefrom.
  • a weft inserting device according to claim 4 wherein the shielding tube extends longitudinally beyond the outlet end of the double-walled tube.
  • a weft inserting device wherein the slot of the double-walled tube and the slot of the shielding tube are situated in a common plane running through the common axis of the tubes.
