Claims (1)

1. A DISPENSER FOR ROLLED SHEET MATERIAL WHICH COMPRISES A FRAME INCLUDING A BASE AND A SUPPORT MEMBER ON EACH OF TWO OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE FRAME, SAID FRAME SUPPORT MEMBERS EACH HAVING A MOUNTING OPENING THEREIN, MEANS FOR ROTATABLY SUPPORTING A FULL ROLL OF SHEET MATERIAL ON SAID FRAME AND SPACED ABOVE SAID BASE, RECEPTACLE MEANS INCLUDING SAID BASE FOR ROTOATABLY SUPPORTING A STUB ROLL OF SHEET MATERIAL THEREIN BELOW SAID FULL ROLL, SHEET MATERIAL DELIVERY MEANS ON SID FRAME INCLUDING DRIVE ROLLE MEANS AND IDLER ROLLER MEANS RECEIVING SHEET MATERIAL THEREBETWEEN, SAID DRIVE ROLLER MEANS HAVING OPPOSITE ENDS JOURNALED RESPECTIVELY IN SAID MOUNTING OPENINGS FOR ROTATABLE SUPPORT ON SAID FRAME, RESILIENT MOUNTING MEANS FOR SAID IDLER ROLLER MEANS YIELDABLY HOLDING THE LATTER AGAINST SAID DRIVE ROLLR MEANS TO ENABLE THE RESPECTIVE ROLLER MEANS TO SLIP ON SAID SHEET MATERIAL WHEN A RESISTANCE TO DELIVERY IS ENCOUNTERED, BAFFLE MEANS INTERPOSED BETWEEN SAID DELIVERY MEANS AND SAID RECEPTACLE MEANS FOR GUIDING SHEET MATERIAL FROM A STUB ROLL IN SAID RECEPTACLE MEANS, WHEREBY SHEET MATERIAL MAY BE DELIVERED BY SAID DELIVERY MEANS SIMULTANEOUSLY FROM A FULL ROLL AND A STUB ROLL SUPPORTED IN SAID WAYS, A GUIDE PLATE ADJACENT SAID DELIVERY MEANS FOR CONDUCTING SAID SHEET MATERIAL IN A MOVEMENT PATH LEADING OUT OF THE DISPENSER, A KNIFE BLADE SPACED FROM SAID GUIDE PLATE AND THE TWO FORMING THE SIDES OF A CHANNEL FOR MOVEMENT OF SHEET MATERIAL THEREBETWEEN IN A GIVEN DIRECTION, SAID CHANNEL SIDES DIVERGING IN THE DIRCTION OF MOVEMENT TO FORESTALL VANDALIC JAMMING, SAID KNIFE BLADE BEING ARRANGED FOR THE USER TO PULL SAID SHEET MATERIAL OUTWARDLY THEREFROM IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION FOR SEVERING A LENGTH OF MATERIAL THEREBY, MEANS FORMING A RESTRICTED DELIVERY OPENING AT THE OUTER END OF SAID MOVEMENT PATH, THE DIRECTIONS IN WHICH SAID SHEET MATERIAL MAY BE PULLED FROM SAID KNIFE BLADE BEING LIMITED THEREBY TO DIRECTIONS IN WHICH THE MATERIAL IS SEVERED BY THE KNIFE BLADE, A CASING INCLUDING A SUPPORT MEMBER ON EACH OF TWO OPPOSITE SIDES THEREOF, SAID CASING SUPPORTING MEMBERS EACH HAVING A PIVOT OPENING THEREIN, SAID ENDS OF SAID DRIVE ROLLER MEANS BEING RECEIVED RESPECTIVELY IN SAID PIVOT OPENINGS TO PIVOTALLY SUPPORT SAID CASING ON THE DRIVE ROLLER MEANS, AND A SLEEVE BEARING MOUNTED ON SAID EACH END OF SAID DRIVE ROLLER MEANS DISPOSED IN SAID MOUNTING AND PIVOT OPENINGS THEREAT AND INTERPOSED BETWEEN THE END AND SAID FRAME AND CASING SUPPORT MEMBERS THEREAT RESPECTIVELY, SAID BEARING HAVING A TRANSVERSE EXTERNALLY GROOVED SECTION BETWEEN TRANSVERSE BEARING SECTIONS OF NORMALLY GREATER THICKNESS THAN THE GROOVED SECTION AND THE SIZE OF THE OPENING IN ONE OF SAID FRAME AND CASING SUPPORT MEMBERS, SAID GROOVED SECTION BEING RECEIVED IN THE LATTER OPENING WITH SAID SECTIONS OF GREATER THICKNESS DISPOSED EXTERNALLY OF THE LATTER SUPPORT MEMBER, SAID BEARING COMPRISING TWO TRANSVERSELY ARCUATE LONGITUDINALLY SECTIONS ABUTTING AT SIDE EDGES THEREOF, SAID SIDE EDGES BEING CONSTRUCTED FOR COLLAPSING SAID BEARING FOR INSERTING SAID GROOVED SECTION INTO THE LATTER OPENING.
