Claims (1)

1. A METHOD FOR SIDE SEAMING A FLAT CARTON BLANK HAVING A PLURALITY OF PARALLEL LONGITUDINAL SCORE LINES DIVIDING THE SAME INTO SIDE PANEL AREAS AND A GLUE FLAP ADAJACENT ONE OF SAID AREAS, SAID GLUE FLAP HAVING THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL THEREON, SAID METHOD COMPRISING THE STEPS OF MOVING THE CARTON BLANK LONGITUDINALLY OF THE SCORE LINES THEREIN AND ALONG A SUPPORT, PREBREAKING THE BLANK ABOUT EACH SAID SCORE LINE BY FOLDING ONE OR MORE SAID PANEL AREAS AND SAID GLUE FLAP OUT OF THE PLANE OF SAID BLANK, EXPOSING
