Abstract
1317155 Collapsible display devices STEVENS SECUNDA ASSOCIATES Ltd 3 Sept 1970 [3 June 1969] 28072/69 Heading G5C A collapsible, three-dimensional structure is made from the blank shown in Fig. 1, which may be of rigid or semi-rigid material. The blank comprises panels 2-5 and flaps 17, 18, 23, 24, the flaps having ears 21, 27 fitted with slots 34. The dotted lines are lines of weakening for folding the blank. All the folds are made in the same sense, except for those about lines 11, 12, and the blank assumes the shape of a cube, as shown in Fig. 2, the slots 34 held by a rubber band. In another embodiment (Fig. 9, not shown), the blank is modified to form a collapsible prism of triangular cross-section. In a further embodiment(Fig. 4, not shown), the blank is modified to take the shape of a motor van, and in further modifications the blank assumes the shape of a house, boat, tank, elephant, money box, etc.
