The; package of my invention illustrated comprises la v"stack lofpaper kcups 'i `xhaving 'inset'bottoms 2 and provided with bead-like rims 3 at their upper edges. These cups are shouldered at 4 adjacent their upper ends. The cups are so proportioned in their taper that they are compactly nested as illustrated. The stack of nested cups is enclosed in a Wrapper 5 in the embodiment illustrated of transparent heat sealable material which is wrapped sidewise around the stack of cups, the edges of the wrapper being brought into overlapping relation as shown at 6-6 in Fig. 4 and the overlapping edges being heat sealed, preferably at least that part embracing the portion of the stack constituted by the rim portion of the receptacle. .Having 'thus 'described myinvention, what I claim as "new and ldesire 4to secure by Letters Patentis:
.1. A package comprising a stack of tapered nested receptaclesfhaving inset bottoms, a wrapper .ofv transparent heat .scalable material wrapped .sidewise around .the stack with the longitudinal edges of `the wrapper in over-lapping .relation-and heat sealedalong. atleast that portion of the stack constitutedby the rim portions of the receptacles, the ends of the wrapper exL tending substantially stack and being gathered to central points and heat sealed to close the ends of the wrapper, the bottom sealed end of the wrapper being tucked inwardly into the recessed bottom of the bottom receptacle of the stack and the top sealed end of the wrapper being turned inwardly into the top receptacle of the stack and extending substantially to the bottom thereof permitting packages being nested without rupturing the wrappers thereof.
2. A package comprising a stack of tapered nested receptacles having inset bottoms, a wrapper of heat scalable material wrapped sidewise beyond the ends of the the wrapper with the ends thereor` around the stack with the longitudinal edges of the wrapper in over-lapping relation and heat sealed along at least a portion of its length, the ends of the wrapper extending substantially beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered to central points and heat sealed to close the ends of the wrapper, the bottom sealed end of the wrapper being tucked inwardly into the recessed bottom of the bottom receptacle of the stack and the top sealed end of the wrapper being turned inwardly into the top receptacle of the stackr 3, A package comprising a stack of tapered nested receptacles having inset bottoms, a wrapper of transparent heat sealable material wrapped sidewise around the stack with the longitudinal edges of the wrapper in over-lapping relation and heat sealed along at least a portion of its length, the ends of the wrapper extending substantially beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered to central points and heat sealed to close the ends of the wrapper, the bottom end of the wrapper being tucked inwardly into the recessed bottom of the bottom receptacle of the stack and the top sealed end of the wrapper being turned inwardly into the top receptacle of the stack, there being an outwardly facing label strip disposed longitudinally within the wrapper with the ends thereof secured with Said gathered hea-t sealed ends of the Wrapper.
4. A package comprising a stack of tapered f nested receptacles, a wrapper of transparent material wrapped around the stack with the longitudinal edges of the wrapper in over-lapping relation, the ends of the wrapper extending beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered and secured to close the ends of the wrapper, the top sealed end of the Wrapper being turned inwardly into the top receptacle of the stack and extending substantially to the bottom thereof permitting packages being nested without rupturing wrappers thereof, there being an outwardly facing label strip disposed longitudinally within secured with said gathered secured ends of the wrapper.

A package comprising a stack of tapered nested receptacles having inset bottoms, a wrapper of transparent heat scalable material wrapped around the stacl; with the longitudinal edges of the wrapper in over-lapping relation and heat sealed along at least a portion thereof, the ends of the wrapper Iextending beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered and heat sealed to close the ends o the Wrapper, the sealed ends of the wrapper being disposed within the recessed bottom ei the stack and within the top receptacle of the stack, there being a label disposed facing outwardly within the wrapper and secured by said gathered heat sealed ends of the wrapper.

A package comprising a stack of tapered bottom receptacle of the nested receptacles having inset bottoms, a wrapper of heat scalable material wrapped around the stack with the longitudinal edges of the wrapper in over-lapping relation and heat sealed along at least a portion thereof, the ends of the wrapper extending beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered and heat sealed to close the ends of the wrapper, the sealed ends of the wrapper being disposed within the recessed bottom of the bottom receptacle of the stack and within the top receptacle of the stack.

A package comprising a stack of tapered nested receptacles, a wrapper of transparent heat sealable material wrapped around the stack with the longitudinal edges of the wrapper in overlapping relation, thev ends of the wrapper extending substantially beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered and heat sealed to close the ends of the wrapper, the sealed top end of the wrapper being disposed within the top receptacle of the stack, there being a label disposed facing outwardly within the Wrapper and secured by said gathered heat sealed ends of the wrapper.

A package comprising a stach of tapered nested receptacles, a wrapper of heat sealable material wrapped around the stach with the longitudinal edges o the wrapper in over-lapping relation, the ends of the wrapper extending substantially beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered and heat sealed to close 4the ends of the wrapper, the sealed top end of the wrapper being disposed within the top receptacle of the stack.
9, A package comprising a stack of tapered nested receptacles having inset bottoms, a wrapper or" transparent material wrapped around the stack with the longitudinal edges of the wrapper in over-lapping relation, the ends of the wrapper extending beyond the ends of the stack and being gathered and secured to close the ends of the wrapper, the closed bottom end of the wrapper being disposed within the recessed bottom of the bottom receptacle of the stack and the closed top end within the top receptacle of the stack, there being a label disposed facing outwardly within the wrapper and secured by said gathered heat sealed ends of the wrapper.
