To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, WILLIAM CASPER THOMPSON, a citizen of the United'States,re siding at Minneapolis, in the county 0; Hennepin and State of Minnesota, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Locks, of which the following is a specification.
