Abstract

[Class 52 (ii)] The ends of a bed-settee carry guide blocks 19 having a curved upper edge 29 to support the back squab 17 in raised position and a sloping front face 18 against which the back squab rests when lowered. The squab 17 is hinged to a flap 24 which is in turn hinged to the upper edge of the settee back 11 and is supported by horizontal stops 191 on the guide blocks when the back is lowered.
