It will be noted that the rear legs Ma are "disposed on theoutside ofthe fro'nt legs I la, whereas, the side members |2a of the seat frame are located on the inside of said front legs.

The canvas seat and back member'50 maybe attached to the cross-bar l8 at one end, and'to thecross-bar 21 at the other end in any suitable manner. Stitched to the underside of an inter mediate portion 'of the member 50 is a sleeve 5| receiving the cross-bar l9. When the chair is collapsed the sleeves 32 will move downwardly on the rear legs Ma andthe front legs I la will swing toward the rear legs Md.
