Application July 27, 1937, Serial No. 155,981 3 Claims. (01. 242-555) My present invention, in its broad aspect, revertently unrolling and exerts the proper "drag lates todispensers and is especially adapted for thereon. dispensing rolled paper of the type for use in Attached to the front wall of the casing, and to Wiping the hands as for instance in a gasolene the curved hinged front wall of the upper com- 5 service station where it finds particular applicapartment are a pair of similar, substantially S- 5 tion when used for wiping off the bayonets used shaped members I2 each of which has a toothed in checking the oil in a motor Vehicle.
