A necktie rack of the type described comprising `a. plurality of U-shaped elements, supporting means substantially permanently attached to certain of said elements, pivots passing through formations in the sides of the ends of said elements whereby they are held in movable union, readily capable of being positioned side by side and also aligned relationship, and tie positioning and holding members formed as part of and positioned at the bottom of said U-shaped elements, said members being adapted to hold and maintain a. plurality of ties in relatively fixed position when the device is in opened position and when it is in closed position,

A necktie rack of the type described comprising a plurality of U-shaped elements, supporting means substantially permanently attached to certain of said elements, pivots passing through formations in the sides of the ends of said elements whereby they are held in movable union, readily capable of being positioned side by side and also aligned relationship, and tie positioning and holding members formed as part of and positioned at the bottom of said U-shaped elements, said members comprising curved channelled shapes resiliently held in substantially parallel relationship to said U-shaped elements and having projections located at substantially the midpoint of the upper surface thereof adapted to engage with objects positioned between said channelled shapes and said U-shaped elements and rmly hold same in substantially Xed position.
