For the sake of economy and simplicity this holder is preferably made from sheet material, 45 such as sheet metal and the like, which .is slightly resilient. It is preferably cut and bent to include an upper yoke-like portion 24 and lower inwardly bent portions 25 thereon which areV brought closely together and have the pair 50 of holding elements I6 extending or projecting downwardly from their two adjacent end por-V tions.

In this form of construction the elements I6 are arranged in the shape of a pair of flange 55 Y meansv which extend substantially the length of the adjacent ends of the two portions 25, as best shown in Fig. 2and which, due to the resiliency of the material, are normally held slightly spaced, as indicated by dotted lines in Fig. 4, so that they will resiliently'but rmly hold the razor blade iniposition against lsaid Y portions 25.

The yoke part 24 is with apertures v2li therein, to furnishja better hold for'the ngersin handling the device.v
