Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to the technical field of cushions, more particularly, to an elastic cushion.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Currently, the commonly used car seat cushions, office seat cushions, sofa cushions, etc. are all made of sponge and elastic cotton placed inside the outer layers. These types of cushions can provide soft support and make people feel comfortable. However, the obvious deficiencies of the types of cushions are that they are not ventilated and breathable, and are not easy to expel odors and sweat. Long-term use can easily lead to various skin diseases. Especially, in the types of cushions, the sponge and elastic cotton, etc. are not easy to clean and dry and are prone to breeding bacteria, mites, and even becoming nests for cockroaches, ants, etc., which are not clean.
  • For example, Chinese patent No.: CN202210045321.8 discloses a sofa, sofa cotton cushion, and a production process thereof, which includes the follow steps: S1. processing cotton cushion: Take the cotton cushion bag and the elastic layer, open a cavity in the middle of the cotton cushion bag, fill the entire cavity with the elastic layer, and then sew the opening of the filled cotton cushion bag to obtain the cotton cushion; S2: processing composite layer: take the fabric layer, cover and bond the fabric layer onto the surface of the cotton cushion layer to obtain a composite layer.
  • The above-mentioned sofa cotton cushions are not ventilated and breathable, easy to breed bacteria and mites, and difficult to clean. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new elastic cushion to address the defects of existing cushions.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the present invention provides an elastic cushion, to solve the defects of the existing cushions “are not ventilated and breathable, easy to breed bacteria and mites, and difficult to clean”.
  • The technical schemes of the present invention are as follows: an elastic cushion includes two connecting rods, a plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods, and at least two flexible bearing members arranged at an upper and a lower. The two connecting rods are arranged in parallel. The plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods are arranged side by side, and two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods are respectively connected to two connecting rods; the diameter of each of the elastic arc rods is 0.1 cm-10 cm. Opposite side edges of each of the flexible bearing members are respectively connected to the two connecting rods and tension, and a cavity is formed between adjacent two of the flexible bearing members.
  • In an embodiment, the two connecting rods are respectively provided with multiple pairs of plug-in cylinders, and the two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods are respectively inserted into one pair of the plug-in cylinders on the two connecting rods.
  • In an embodiment, each pair of plug-in cylinders extends laterally from opposite sides of the two connecting rods and forms arc-shaped gentle slopes.
  • In an embodiment, the elastic cushion further includes two connecting boards, each connecting with the plug-in cylinders on one of the two connecting rods.
  • In an embodiment, a covering part extends from the front side and the rear side of the flexible bearing members at the topmost, respectively, and the covering part covers the elastic arc rods at the outermost, and the joints between the elastic arc rods at the outermost and the two connecting rods.
  • In an embodiment, the elastic arc-shaped rods or the plug-in cylinders pass through the flexible bearing member in the lower, so that the flexible bearing member in the lower is partially located between the flexible bearing member in the upper and the elastic arc-shaped rods.
  • In an embodiment, the elastic cushion has two of the flexible bearing members; the two connecting rods are respectively provided a support member; the left and right sides of the flexible bearing member at the upper are respectively wound around one of the two connecting rods and the support member thereon; the flexible bearing member at the lower passes through the joints between the support member and the two connecting rods and is wound around the two connecting rods.
  • In an embodiment, the side edges of the flexible bearing members at the upper and the lower are connected as a whole to form the cavity, and the two connecting rods and the elastic arc-shaped rods are wrapped in the cavity.
  • In an embodiment, the front and rear sides of the flexible bearing member at the topmost are respectively equipped with a front covering part and a rear covering part, covering the elastic arc-shaped rods.
  • In an embodiment, the front covering part and/or the rear covering part are provided with an opening.
  • The advantages of the present invention are as follows: the elastic cushion described in the present invention can be used as a seat cushion, backrest cushion, etc., and can be placed on car seats, sofas, office seats, etc. to support a user's buttocks or back. The user's buttocks or back exerts pressure on the flexible bearing member at the topmost, and the flexible bearing member is subjected to the pressure to generate adaptive concave deformation of the shape of the user's buttocks or back in the direction of the elastic arc-shaped rods, and a tensile force is applied to the two connecting rods to promote the deformation of the elastic arc-shaped rods. When the user leaves the elastic cushion, the elastic arc-shaped rods reset, and the flexible bearing members are also restored to a tension state.
  • When the user seats or leans on the elastic cushion, only the flexible bearing member at the topmost is contacted, and the air can flow smoothly in the cavity, so that the elastic cushion has excellent ventilation and breathability, facilitating the timely removal of odors and sweat, and avoiding skin diseases. Under excellent ventilation and breathability, the elastic arc-shaped rods, the cavity, and the flexible bearing members are also not prone to breeding bacteria, mites, etc. When cleaning is needed, the elastic cushion can also be directly cleaned or dried, making it convenient to use.

  • In order to make the purpose, technical solution, and technical effects of the present invention clearer, the following will further explain the present invention in conjunction with embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only intended to explain the present invention and are not intended to limit it.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 5-7 , an elastic cushion includes two connecting rods 1, a plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods 2, and at least two flexible bearing members 3 a, 3 b arranged an upper and a lower. The two connecting rods 1 are arranged in parallel. The plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods 2 are arranged side by side, and two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 are respectively connected to two connecting rods 1. Opposite side edges of each of the flexible bearing members 3 a, 3 b are respectively connected to the two connecting rods 1 and tension, and a cavity 4 is formed between adjacent two of the flexible bearing members 3 a, 3 b.
  • The elastic cushion can be used as a seat cushion, backrest cushion, etc. The user's buttocks or back exerts pressure on the flexible bearing member 3 a at the topmost, and the flexible bearing member 3 a at the topmost is subjected to the pressure to generate adaptive concave deformation of the shape of the user's buttocks or back in the direction of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2, and a tensile force is applied to the two connecting rods 1 to promote the deformation of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2. When the user leaves the elastic cushion, the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 reset, the flexible bearing member 3 a at the most are also restored to a tensioned state. When the user seats or or leans on the elastic cushion, only the flexible bearing member 3 a at the topmost is contacted, and the air can flow smoothly in the cavity 4, so that the elastic cushion has excellent ventilation and breathability, facilitating the timely removal of odors and sweat, and avoiding skin diseases.
  • The flexible bearing member can also be set as a single layer, the opposite side edges of the flexible bearing member 3 a are wound around the two connecting rods 1. However, compared with the single layer of the flexible bearing member, the double lawyers of the flexible bearing member have a greater deformation amplitude and is more prone to deformation, thereby giving the user a softer and more comfortable feeling. In addition, the term “tension” means that the flexible bearing member has a moderate tightness, which is easy to deform and does not come into contact with the elastic arc-shaped rods 2. If the flexible bearing member is too loose, when the user's back or buttocks come into contact with the flexible bearing member, the flexible bearing member may touch the elastic arc-shaped rods 2, causing discomfort. If the flexible bearing member are too tight, when the user's back or buttocks contact with the flexible bearing member 3, the user will feel very hard and uncomfortable.
  • It should be understood that the elasticity of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 depends on its material and diameter, which can be spring steel, aluminum alloy, glass fiber, stainless steel, etc., preferably aviation aluminum and glass fiber. The diameters of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 are set according to its material and the user's needs, preferably 0.1 cm-10 cm.
  • The flexible bearing members 3 a, 3 b are made of cotton cloth, polyester fiber, nylon, high-density polyethylene fiber, and other materials.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2-4 , in an embodiment, the two connecting rods 1 are respectively provided with multiple pairs of plug-in cylinders 5, and the two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 are respectively inserted into one pair of plug-in cylinders 5 on the two connecting rods 1. The plug-in cylinders 5 match with the two ends of each of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2. The purpose of setting the plug-in cylinders 5 is to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 and to save assembly time. Especially, when a certain elastic arc-shaped rod 2 is broken or needs to be replaced, disassembly and assembly are very convenient.
  • Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , in an embodiment, multiple pairs of plug-in cylinders 5 extend laterally from the opposite sides of the two connecting rods 1 and form arc-shaped gentle slopes 6. The vertical distance between each of the arc-shaped gentle slopes 6 and each of the two connecting rods 1 thereon is preferably 1-5 cm. The arc-shaped gentle slopes 6 prevent the user's buttocks or back near the connecting rods 1 from contacting with the elastic arc-shaped rods.
  • Referring to FIG. 4 , in an embodiment, the elastic cushion further includes two connecting boards 7, each connecting with the plug-in cylinders 5 on one of the two connecting rods 5 to form a plane. When the elastic cushion is put on car seats, sofas, and office seats, etc., the connecting boards 7 can prevent the plug-in cylinders 5 from squeezing the surface of car seats, sofas, and office seats, causing deformation or even breaking the surface.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 6 , in an embodiment, a covering part 8 extends from the front side and the rear side of the flexible bearing members 3 a at the topmost, respectively, and the covering part 8 covers the elastic arc rods 2 at the outermost, and the joint between the elastic arc rods 2 at the outermost and the two connecting rods 1, thereby making the elastic cushion beautify and increasing its decorative properties.
  • The flexible bearing members arranged on the upper and lower have multiple setting methods.
  • Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 , in an embodiment, the plug-in cylinders 5 or the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 pass through the flexible bearing member 3 b in the lower, so that the flexible bearing member 3 b in the lower is partially located between the flexible bearing member 3 a in the upper and the elastic arc-shaped rods 2.
  • Referring to FIG. 5 , in the other embodiment, the elastic cushion has two of the flexible bearing members 3; the two connecting rods 1 are respectively provided a support member 9; the left and right sides of the flexible bearing member 3 at the upper are respectively wound around one of the two connecting rods 1 and the support member 9 thereon; the flexible bearing member 3 b at the lower passes through the joint between the support member 9 and the two connecting rods 1 and is wound around the two connecting rods 1.
  • Referring to FIG. 7 , in the other embodiment, the side edges of the flexible bearing members 3 a, 3 b at the upper and the lower are connected as a whole to form the cavity 4, and the two connecting rods 1 and the elastic arc-shape rods 2 are wrapped in the cavity 4.
  • Referring to FIG. 5 , in the other embodiment, the front and rear sides of the flexible bearing member 3 a at the topmost are respectively equipped with a front covering part 10 and a rear covering part 11, covering the elastic arc-shaped rods 2, thereby making the elastic cushion beatify and increasing its decorative properties.
  • Referring to FIG. 7 , in the other embodiment, the front covering part 10 and/or the rear covering part 110 are provided with an opening 12. From the opening, not only the usage status of the elastic arc-shaped rods 2 can be observed, which is convenient for timely detection and replacement of the damaged elastic arc-shaped rods 2, but also other objects, such as sachets, herbal bags, etc., can be placed into the cavity 4 through the opening 12.
  • The above contents are a further detailed description of the present invention with reference to preferred embodiments, and it cannot be determined that the embodiments of the present invention are only limited to these descriptions. For a person of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs, on the premise of keeping the conception of the present invention, the architecture form thereof can be flexible and varied, and a series of products can be derived. It is only a few simple deductions or replacements that should be considered as belonging to the scope of the invention as filed.

Claims (10)

1. An elastic cushion, comprising:
two connecting rods, arranged in parallel;
a plurality of elastic arc-shaped rods, arranged side by side, and two ends of each of said elastic arc-shaped rods are respectively connected to two connecting rods; and,
at least two flexible bearing members arranged an upper and a lower, opposite side edges of each of said flexible bearing members are respectively connected to said two connecting rods and tension, and a cavity is formed between adjacent two of said flexible bearing members.
2. The elastic cushion according to claim 1, wherein said two connecting rods are respectively provided with multiple pairs of plug-in cylinders, said two ends of each of said elastic arc-shaped rods are respectively inserted into one pair of plug-in cylinders on said two connecting rods.
3. The elastic cushion according to claim 2, wherein each pair of plug-in cylinders extends laterally from said opposite sides of said two connecting rods, and forms arc-shaped gentle slopes; a vertical distance between each of said arc-shaped gentle slopes and each of said two connecting rods thereon is preferably 1-5 cm.
4. The elastic cushion according to claim 2, wherein, further comprising two connecting boards, each connecting with said plug-in cylinders on one of said two connecting rods.
5. The elastic cushion according to claim 2, wherein a covering part extends from said front side and said rear side of said flexible bearing members at said topmost, respectively, and said covering part covers said elastic arc rods at said outermost, and joints between said elastic arc rods at said outermost and said two connecting rods.
6. The elastic cushion according to claim 2, wherein said elastic arc-shaped rods or said plug-in cylinders pass through said flexible bearing member in said lower, so that said flexible bearing member in said lower is partially located between said flexible bearing member in said upper and said elastic arc-shaped rods.
7. The elastic cushion according to claim 1, wherein said elastic cushion has two of said flexible bearing members; said two connecting rods are respectively provided a support member; said left and right sides of said flexible bearing member at said upper are respectively wound around one of said two connecting rods and said support member thereon; said flexible bearing member at said lower passes through said joints between said support member and said two connecting rods and is wound around said two connecting rods.
8. The elastic cushion according to claim 1, wherein said side edges of said flexible bearing members at said upper and said lower are connected as a whole to form said cavity, and said two connecting rods and said elastic arc-shape rods are wrapped in said cavity.
9. The elastic cushion according to claim 8, wherein a front and rear sides of said flexible bearing member at said topmost are respectively equipped with a front covering part and a rear covering part, covering said elastic arc-shaped rods.
10. The elastic cushion according to claim 9, wherein said front covering part and/or said rear covering part is provided with an opening.
