Description
- The present invention is related to, and in particular to air blowers, and in particular to an air blower with functions of air compression, formation of air beam and heat dissipation of circuit board therein, in that a separating plate formed within the handle and serving to fix the circuit board and the separating plate separating an inner path of the handle into a circuit board setting chamber and a wind path. Air flow enters through a filter in the wind inlet and then flows in the wind path to absorb heat dissipated from the circuit board and then is compressed as a wind beam so as to be formed as ordered round or elliptical airflow which is heated by a heat device and then is dissipated from a wind outlet.
- There are many prior arts are related to air blowers (i. e. hair dryers, gas blowers), in fact, air blowers are indispensable in daily life for people. There are many inventions related to air blowers, such as U.S. Pat. Nos. 11,033,088B2, 10,869,529B2, 10,687,595B2, 10,441,049B2, 10,226,112B2, 10,213,001B2, 10,165,843B2, 10,085,538B2, 10,080,414B2, 10,021,951B2, 10,004,313B2, 9,986,810B2, 9,808,065B2, 9,420,864B2, etc.
- In conventional air blowers, fan and motor suck air into the blower bodies. Then air is heated and is dissipated for use. In the flow path, air enters into the suction opening at an upper rear end the air blower, then the air being heated along a straight flow line by a heating device. Finally, the air is drained out of the casing of the air blower body. However, this prior art design has the defects that the mass center is concentrated at an upper section of the air blower so that the wrist and arm of the user feel ache and tired as using for a long time.
- Therefore, there are many designs which aim to change the mass center of the air blower in the conventional technology. In one design the air inlet is modified to be at a bottom of the handle of the air blower and the fan, motor and other elements are arranged at the inner bottom of the air blower so as to lower the mass center of the air blower, while in this improvement design, the fan, motor, and other elements are mixed with the circuit board and sucked airflow at the same space, as a result, turbulent flow generates. Furthermore as the air flows through the heating device, the turbulent flow causes that heating process is not uniform and the turbulent flow becomes more dramatic and disorder,
- Therefore, there is an eager demand for a novel air blower, which causes the air in the air blow is as a beam like wind with exists less turbulent. Furthermore the temperature of the circuit board in the air blower can be reduced effectively. Moreover, hairs, dregs and dusts in the outer side of the air blower are not sucked into the air blower. All the prior art defects are necessary to be improved for a novel designed air blower.
- Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide an air blower with functions of air compression, formation of air beam and heat dissipation of circuit board therein, wherein a separating plate separates the inner space of the air blower into an air inlet path and a circuit board setting chamber so that the mass center of the air blower will not be concentrated in the palm. Thus the air blower is more light and compact. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the separating plate separates the inner space of the air blower into an air inlet path and a circuit board setting chamber, the penetrating hole in the separating plate will cause the air flow can flow into the circuit board setting chamber to dissipate heat generated in the circuit board. The heat from the circuit board can be used to reduce the heat power of the air blower. The temperature of the circuit board can be decreased effectively, while air flow in the air blower does not influent by the temperature reduction of the circuit board. A bottom of the handle is formed with an air filter which has a plurality of filtering functions so as to effectively hinder the entrance of the air, dregs, or dusts in the air and therefore, the lifetimes of the fan and motor are prolonged. The circular path and the guiding tube installed in the casing can guide the airflow therein sufficiently and smoothly so that the heat distribution is more uniform, heat flow is more rapid and accurate.
- To achieve above object, the present invention provides an An air blower with functions of air compression, formation of air beam and heat dissipation of circuit board therein, comprising a main casing formed of a first casing and a second casing which are coupled with one another; the first and second casing being formed with buckles; the casing being formed with a wind outlet, a guiding tube communicated to the wind outlet, a circular path communicated to the guiding tube and a handle communicated to the circular path; one end of the circular path being communicated to the wind outlet and another end thereof being communicated to an air inlet path of the handle; a heating device installed within the guiding tube; an air filter formed around an outer side of the wind inlet; the air filter including a filter mask which is formed around a bottom of the wind inlet and is capable of being detached therefrom; and a separating plate formed within the handle and serving to fix the circuit board and the separating plate separating an inner path of the handle into a circuit board setting chamber and a wind path; a fan and a motor being installed within the wind path; and the circuit board being installed in the circuit board setting chamber for controlling the fan, the motor and the heating device.

Afirst casing 1A and a first casing 1B which are coupled as thecasing 1 of the present invention. An inner side of thefirst casing 1A is formed with a plurality ofmale buckles 1C and an outer side of the second casing 1B is formed with a plurality offemale buckles 1D. Thefirst casing 1A is buckled to the second casing 1B by themale buckles 1C to be buckled to thefemale buckles 1D. One side of each male buckle is formed with a slope 1C1 so that when it is desired to detach thefirst casing 1A and the second casing 1B, themale buckles 1C can be easily separated from thefemale buckle 1D. - An upper side of the
casing 1 is formed with awind outlet 11. An inner side of thecasing 1 is formed with acircular flow path 12. Aflow guiding tube 13 is formed between thecircular path 12 and thewind outlet 11. A heating device 3 is installed within the guidingtube 13. The heating device 3 is actuated by acircuit board 2. One end of thecircular path 12 is communicated to thewind outlet 11 and another end of thecircular path 12 is communicated to awind path 41. Thewind path 41 is formed as alower handle 4 of thecasing 1. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , a bottom of thehandle 4 is formed with awind inlet 40 which is communicated to thewind path 41. An air filter is formed around an outer side of the wind inlet 340. The air filter includes afilter mask 5 is formed around the bottom of thewind inlet 40 and is capable of being detached therefrom. Thefilter mask 5 is formed with penetratingholes 50. An inner side of thefilter mask 5 is installed with afiltering layer 6A and afiltering layer 6B which have different air venting effect. Referring toFIG. 6 , thefiltering layer 6A is formed by fiber material (such as PET material, non-weave material, electric static proof material, or active carbon material, etc.). The penetrating holes in thefiltering layer 6A are irregular circular or folded paths for preventing hair to be absorbed thereinto. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 4 , a separatingplate 14 is formed within the handle and serves to fix thecircuit board 2 and the separatingplate 14 separates an inner path of thehandle 4 into a circuitboard setting chamber 15 and awind path 41. Afan 7A and amotor 7B are installed within thewind path 41. Thecircuit board 2 is installed in the circuitboard setting chamber 15 for controlling thefan 7A, themotor 7B and the heating device 3. An upper side of thehandle 4 is formed with a penetratinghole 140 for heat dissipation of thecircuit board 2. Thecircuit board 2 is installed on the separatingplate 41. The heating elements of thecircuit board 2 faces to the penetratinghole 140 and thus to thewind path 41. The control elements of thecircuit board 2 faces to the circuitboard setting chamber 15. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 4 and 12 to 18 , two ends of the guidingtube 13 are communicated with one another so as to form as a hollow tube. The wind inlet end 13 a of the guidingtube 13 has a hollow plane non-round shape. Thewind outlet end 13 b of the guidingtube 13 has a hollow plane round shape. The guidingtube 13 is formed between thecircular path 12 of thecasing 1 and thewind outlet 11 of thecasing 1. Thewind outlet end 13 b of the guidingtube 13 is communicated to thewind outlet 11 and thewind inlet 13 a of the guidingtube 13 is communicated to thecircular path 12. The guidingtube 13 is not communicated to other space of thecasing 1. - When the
circuit board 2 receives a start signal, thecircuit board 2 controls thefan 7A, themotor 7B and the heating device 3 to actuate. The wind outside thecasing 1 will be sucked from thewind inlet 40. The filter out of thewind inlet 40 will remove the hairs, dregs and dusts in air. Air into thehandle 4 is guided by the separatingplate 14 and then flows into thewind inlet path 41. Since the cross section of thewind outlet 11 is larger than the cross section of thewind inlet path 41, the air will be compressed in thewind inlet path 41 and then is guided into thecircular path 12. At the same time, air also flows through the penetratinghole 140 and thus to dissipate heat of thecircuit board 2. The air in thecircular path 12 will further flow around thecircular path 12 and then to the guidingtube 13. The guidingtube 13 will guide the irregular airflow and turbulent flow into an ordered round or elliptical air beam which is heated by the heating device 3 in the guidingtube 13 and then is drained out from thewind outlet 11 of thecasing 1. - Advantages of the present invention will be described hereafter. In the present invention, the separating plate separates the inner space of the air blower into an air inlet path and a circuit board setting chamber so that the mass center of the air blower will not be concentrated in the palm.
- The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
