Abstract
The invention discloses a hair drier which comprises a shell, a heating wire frame, a motor mechanism and a handle connected with the shell, wherein the heating wire frame and the motor mechanism are positioned in the shell, at least one air inlet is formed in the side wall of the shell, an air outlet is formed in the front end of the shell, the motor mechanism comprises a motor support fixed in the shell, a motor arranged on the motor support and a driving circuit, a fan blade is connected to the motor, the driving circuit is connected with the motor to drive the motor to work, so that the fan blade is driven to rotate, wind enters the shell from the air inlet, and is blown out from the air outlet after passing through the motor mechanism and the heating wire frame. The hair drier is provided with the winding air guide route, so that sundries such as hair, clothes, cloth and the like are not easy to suck, the air inlet is distributed on the side wall of the shell and is not easy to be completely covered, the use safety is improved, and meanwhile, the motor is placed in the shell, so that the hair drier is light and small as a whole, and the use experience of a user is improved.

Background
With the increasing demand for hair care, various hair styling tools have been developed, such as hair dryers, which are used by people in daily life, and have different styling functions according to the hair style, hair quality and requirements of each person.
In order to solve the defect, the invention provides a hair drier which has the advantages that wind enters the hair drier from the tail part of a handle, the wind direction is converted into the direction vertical to the handle through a motor, a steering baffle plate and the like, then the wind is discharged from an air outlet positioned at the front end of the shell through the heating component, the hair drier has the defects of difficult suction of sundries such as hair or clothes and cloth, safety, but the air inlet is arranged below the handle, the palm of a user can block the air inlet when holding the hair drier, functional devices of the hair drier are influenced, and the hair drier is difficult to assemble, because parts such as motor are located on the handle, the handle size is bigger, and the user has been handed for a long time and has been used the experience not good.
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a hair dryer with a light and compact structure and an air inlet that is not easily blocked.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a hair drier which comprises a shell, a heating wire frame, a motor mechanism and a handle connected with the shell, wherein the heating wire frame and the motor mechanism are positioned in the shell, at least one air inlet is formed in the side wall of the shell, an air outlet is formed in the front end of the shell, the motor mechanism comprises a motor support fixed in the shell, a motor arranged on the motor support and a driving circuit, the motor is connected with a fan blade, and the driving circuit is connected with the motor to drive the motor to work so as to drive the fan blade to rotate, so that wind enters the shell from the air inlet and is blown out from the air outlet after passing through the motor mechanism and the heating wire frame.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, fig. 1 to 5 show an embodiment of a hair dryer 1 according to the invention. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the hair dryer 1 includes a housing 10, a heating wire rack 20, a motor mechanism 30, and a handle 40 connected to the housing 10, the heating wire rack 20 and the motor mechanism 30 are located in the housing 10, wherein a side wall 105 of the housing 10 is provided with at least one air inlet 101, and the front end of the side wall is provided with an air outlet 102, the motor mechanism 30 includes a motor bracket 301 fixed in the housing 10, a motor 302 mounted on the motor bracket 301, and a driving circuit, the driving circuit is disposed on a driving circuit board 303, the motor 302 is connected with a fan blade 304, the driving circuit is connected to the motor 302 to drive the motor 302 to work, so as to drive the fan blade 304 to rotate, so that wind enters the housing 10 from the air inlet 101 and is blown out from the air outlet 102 after passing through the motor mechanism 30 and the heating wire rack 20, and understandably, in the hair dryer, an air guide channel for air circulation is formed among the air inlet 101, the motor mechanism 30, the heating wire frame 20 and the air outlet 102, and when the hair dryer 1 works, air enters from the air inlet 101 arranged on the side wall 105 of the shell 10 and is discharged from the air outlet 102 after passing through the air guide channel.
Based on the above design, in the hair dryer 1 of the present invention, the air inlet 101 is disposed on the side wall 105 of the housing 10, when the hair dryer 1 works, the motor 302 rotates to drive the fan blade 304 to rotate, so that the air enters the housing 10 from the air inlet 101, passes through the motor mechanism 30 and the heat-generating wire frame 20, and is blown out from the air outlet 102, i.e. the air enters the housing 10 and flows through the motor mechanism 30 and the heat-generating wire frame 20 in the direction opposite to the direction of entering the housing 10, and is blown out from the air outlet 102 after the heat-generating wire frame 20 is heated, it can be known that the hair dryer 1 of the present invention is provided with a winding and winding air guiding path, which is not easy to suck in impurities such as hair, clothes, cloth, etc., and the air inlet 101 is distributed on the side wall 105 of the housing 10, and is not easy to be completely covered, so as to improve the user experience; in addition, the air guiding channel is circuitous and tortuous, the air inlet 101 is not directly opposite to the motor 302 and the air vane 304, and the noise can be prevented from being directly led out of the shell 10 through the air inlet and the air outlet in a space folding mode, so that the noise is reduced.
In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the housing 10 includes a front housing 103 and a rear housing 104 assembled on the front housing 103, at least one air inlet 101 is disposed around an outer wall of the front housing 103, and the air outlet 102 is disposed at a front end of the front housing 103; in this embodiment, a plurality of air inlets 101 are uniformly distributed around the outer wall of the front housing 103. Preferably, the handle 40 includes a first housing 401 and a second housing 402 detachably engaged with the first housing 401, and the first housing 401 and the second housing 402 have upper ends respectively connected to the front housing 103 and the rear housing 104, and lower ends respectively connected to a power cord 50, and power is supplied to the hair dryer 1 through the power cord 50, and the other end of the power cord 50 is provided with a plug connected to a power supply device such as a main power supply. In this embodiment, the front housing 103 and the first housing 401, and the rear housing 104 and the second housing 402 are all of a unitary structure, but in some other embodiments, the first housing 401 and the front housing 103, the second housing 402 and the rear housing 104 may also be detachably assembled together by a snap-fit manner, or may be mounted together by screws.
In some embodiments, the handle 40 is provided with a control circuit, the control circuit is provided on a control circuit board 403 fixed in the handle 40, the first housing 401 of the handle 40 is provided with a plurality of buttons 404, each button 404 is connected with the control circuit, and further, the second housing 402 is provided with a switch 405, and the switch 405 is connected with the control circuit to control the operation of the hair dryer 1. It should be understood that three buttons 404 are provided in the present embodiment to control the wind speed, the hot wind and the cold wind respectively, and the blower 1 is controlled to operate or stop operating by the switch 405, and the driving circuit is connected to the control circuit to adjust the rotation of the motor 302 after the user presses the switch 405 and the wind speed adjusting button 404.
With reference to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the handle 40 further includes a housing 406 and a cover ring 407, the first housing 401 and the second housing 402 are sleeved in the housing 406, the tail end of the power cord 50 extends out of the housing 406, the button 404 and the switch 405 are both exposed outside the housing 406, and the cover ring 407 is located at the lower end of the housing 406 and is clamped on the first housing 401 and the second housing 402.
In some embodiments, the hair dryer 1 further includes an air inlet net 60 and a fixing sleeve 70, in this embodiment, an annular air inlet net 60 and a fixing sleeve 70 are provided, the air inlet net 60 is sleeved on the front housing 103 corresponding to the air inlet 101, the fixing sleeve 70 is fixed on the housing 10 and sleeved on the air inlet net 60, and the fixing sleeve 70 is provided with at least one through notch 701 corresponding to the air inlet 101. Based on the above design, the air inlet net 60 can filter the impurities with larger particles to prevent the air inlet 101 from being blocked.
Understandably, in some other embodiments, the handle 40 further includes a plurality of air inlets disposed around the lower end portion of the outer wall of the handle 40, and air guiding channels for air flow are formed among the air inlets, the motor mechanism 30, the heating wire frame 20 and the air outlet 102. That is, in this embodiment, air inlets are disposed around the lower end portion of the outer wall of the handle 40 and the outer wall of the front housing 103, and the fan 304 can enter from the air inlet at the lower end portion of the outer wall of the handle 40 for backup.
In summary, the present invention provides a hair dryer with strong functions and light and fine overall shape, wherein an air inlet is arranged on a side wall of a housing, when the hair dryer is in operation, a motor rotates to drive a fan blade to rotate, so that air enters the housing from the air inlet and is blown out from an air outlet after passing through a motor mechanism and a heating wire frame, i.e. the air enters the housing and flows through the motor mechanism and the heating wire frame in a direction opposite to the direction of entering the housing, and is blown out from the air outlet after being heated by the heating wire frame, therefore, the hair dryer is provided with a winding air guide path, which is not easy to suck in impurities such as hair, clothes and cloth, etc., thereby reducing the risk of overheating or ignition of the hair dryer caused by blockage of the air inlet by the impurities, and the air inlet is distributed on the outer wall of the housing, which is not easy to be completely covered, the design of the handle is lighter, so that the whole hair drier is lighter and smaller, and the use experience of a user is improved; in addition, the air guide channel is circuitous and tortuous, the air inlet is not directly opposite to the motor and the fan blades, and the noise can be prevented from being directly led out of the shell through the air inlet and the air outlet in a space folding mode, so that the noise is reduced.
