Abstract
A combined type shelf includes post combinations, a storage layer disposed amid the post combinations, and connection assemblies configured to assemble the storage layer. Each connection assembly includes a first and a second connection assembly hook. The first connection assembly hook includes a first body portion and first hook structures. The first hook structures are connected with two opposite sides of the first body portion, and the first body portion is connected with the storage layer. The second connection assembly hook includes a second body portion, a buckling portion, and second hook structures connected with two opposite sides of the second body portion. The buckling portion is disposed in the second body portion to buckle one assembly hole of the corresponding post combination. The first and the second hook structures are correspondingly buckled together to assemble the first and the second connection assembly hooks together.
Description
- This application claims the benefits of Taiwan application Serial No. 111135202, filed on Sep. 16, 2022, the disclosures of which are incorporated by references herein in its entirety.
- The present disclosure relates in general to a shelf structure, and more particularly to a combined type shelf.
- A combined type shelf can be arbitrarily assembled to meet different needs of home, office and other occasions. Traditionally, the combined type shelf can be mainly structured by circular posts (round tubes) or square posts (square tubes). If the circular posts are used, the shelf cannot be easily assembled horizontally for free expansion. Thus, in view of easy expansion, the use of square tubes seems to be more advantageous.
- However, a typical shelf formed by square tubes requires many accessories, from which both the assembly and the disassembly are difficult. In addition, when the upper and lower layers of the shelf are set, the middle layers thereof would be pretty complicated. Namely, the disassembly of the middle layers of the square-tube shelf is extremely inconvenient.
- Accordingly, how to improve the aforesaid shortcomings encountered in using the square-tube shelf is definitely one of the issues to be solved in the art.
- An object of the present disclosure is to provide a combined type shelf that includes modified structures for easy assembly so as to obtain a simple-structured and stable combined type shelf. Thereupon, the use convenience in assembling/disassembling this type of shelf in accordance with this disclosure would be substantially improved.
- In this disclosure, a combined type shelf, includes a plurality of post combinations, at least one storage layer and a plurality of connection assemblies. Each of the plurality of post combinations includes a plurality of assembly holes. The at least one storage layer is disposed amid the plurality of post combinations. The plurality of connection assemblies are configured to assemble the at least one storage layer amid the plurality of post combinations. Each of the plurality of connection assemblies includes a first connection assembly hook and a second connection assembly hook. The first connection assembly hook includes a first body portion and a plurality of first hook structures. The plurality of first hook structures are connected with two opposite sides of the first body portion, and the first body portion is connected with the at least one storage layer. The second connection assembly hook includes a second body portion, at least one buckling portion and a plurality of second hook structures. The plurality of second hook structures are connected with two opposite sides of the second body portion. The at least one buckling portion is disposed in the second body portion to buckle one of the plurality of assembly holes of one of the plurality of post combinations. The plurality of first hook structures and the plurality of second hook structures are correspondingly buckled together to each other, so as to assemble the first connection assembly hook and the second connection assembly hook together.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, the at least one buckling portion is protruded from an inner surface of the second body portion.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, the second body portion includes a hole disposed adjacent to the at least one buckling portion.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, the plurality of first hook structures and the plurality of second hook structures are configured to match each other.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, each of the plurality of first hook structure includes a first extension plate, a first buckle plate and a first recess, the first extension plate is protruded from one of the two opposite sides of the first body portion, the first buckle plate extends further from the first extension plate to form a protrusive arm to define the first recess between the first extension plate and the first buckle plate.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, each of the plurality of second hook structure includes a second extension plate, a second buckle plate and a second recess, the second extension plate is protruded from one of the two opposite sides of the second body portion, the second buckle plate extends further from the second extension plate to form a protrusive arm to define the second recess between the second extension plate and the second buckle plate.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, each of the plurality of post combinations includes a first post and a second post, and each of the first post and the second post includes a first plate, a second plate, a third plate and a fourth plate; wherein, in a directional order, the first plate is connected with the second plate, the second plate is connected with the third plate, then the third plate is connected with the fourth plate, and finally the fourth plate is connected back with the first plate.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, the plurality of second hook structure of the second connection assembly hook are individually to match the second plate and the fourth plate of the corresponding post combination, and the first body portion of the first connection assembly hook is to match the first plate of the corresponding post combination.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, the plurality of assembly holes are disposed at the third plate.
- In one embodiment of this disclosure, the at least one storage layer includes a grid body and a plurality of skirt grids, the plurality of skirt grids are disposed to surround the grid body, and the first connection assembly hook is connected to one corner of the grid body.

However, it should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating exemplary embodiments of the disclosure, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the disclosure will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this detailed description.

It will be apparent, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are schematically shown in order to simplify the drawing.
-
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of the combined type shelf in accordance with this disclosure. As shown inFIG. 1 , in this embodiment, the combinedtype shelf 100 includes a plurality ofpost combinations 110, a plurality ofconnection assemblies 120 and a plurality of storage layers 130. Each of thepost combinations 110 includes a plurality of assembly holes PA. In this embodiment, thesepost combinations 110 are arranged into a rectangular form extending in a second direction L2, but not limited thereto in accordance with this disclosure. Each of these storage layers 130 is arranged horizontally and separately in a first direction L1 between thepost combinations 110. Theseconnection assemblies 120 are configured to assemble thesestorage layers 130 into the space defined and enclosed by thesepost combinations 110. Thereupon, different combinations of the combinedtype shelves 100 can be provided. In one embodiment of this disclosure, a plurality of post stands 160 can be provided to lower ends of thelower post combinations 110, such that the assembled combinedtype shelf 100 can stand stably. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic exploded view ofFIG. 1 , andFIG. 3 shows schematically the storage layer and the connection assemblies ofFIG. 1 . As shown inFIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , each of thepost combinations 110 includes afirst post 112 and asecond post 114. It shall be explained that, practically, thefirst post 112 and thesecond post 114 are identically structured but differently located. In fact, different names and labels thereto are only provided for a purpose of concise explanation in this description. As shown, two of saidfirst posts 112 are separated by a distance, two of saidsecond posts 114 are also separated by another distance, and further thefirst post 112 and thesecond post 114 are separated by a further distance. In one embodiment of this disclosure,connectors 5010 can be applied to assemble thefirst posts 112 and thesecond posts 114 in the second direction L2 so as to achieve a required height of the combinedtype shelf 100. In one embodiment of this disclosure, each of the post stands 160 includes astand base 162 and aninsert 164. Thestand base 162 is to penetrate through thecorresponding insert 164, and theinsert 164 is plugged into the tube structure of thepost combination 110. - In this embodiment, each of the storage layers 130 includes a
grid body 132 and a plurality ofskirt grids 134 to surround thegrid body 132. Practically, thegrid body 132 includes a plurality offirst wire members 132A and a plurality ofsecond wire members 132B. Each of thefirst wire members 132A is extended in a third direction L3, and the plurality offirst wire members 132A are parallel to each other to span orderly in the first direction L1. Similarly, each of thesecond wire members 132B is extended in the first direction L1, and the plurality ofsecond wire members 132B are parallel to each other to span orderly in the third direction. The plurality offirst wire members 132A and the plurality ofsecond wire members 132B are integrated to form thegrid body 132. Each of theskirt grids 134 includes a firsthorizontal wire member 134A, a secondhorizontal wire member 134B and awavy wire member 134C. The firsthorizontal wire member 134A and thesecond wire member 132B are parallel to each other and separated by a predetermined distance. Thewavy wire member 134C is disposed between the firsthorizontal wire member 134A and the secondhorizontal wire member 134B. - In this embodiment, a plurality of first connection assembly hooks 122 are applied individually to dispose at a first corner GA, a second corner GB, a third corner GC and a fourth corner GD of the
grid body 132. Further, as concisely shown inFIG. 3 , a secondconnection assembly hook 124 is assembled to one said firstconnection assembly hook 122 so as integrally to form aconnection assembly 120 having thereinside an accommodation space KA. In this embodiment, dimensions of the accommodation space KA can be adjusted in accordance with the size of thecorresponding post combination 110. -
FIG. 4 shows schematically the firstconnection assembly hook 122 ofFIG. 1 . As shown inFIG. 4 , the firstconnection assembly hook 122 includes afirst body portion 122A and twofirst hook structures 122B connected to two opposite sides of thefirst body portion 122A and spaced by a predetermined distance. As described above, a plurality of thesefirst body portions 122A are individually applied to connect respective corners of thestorage layer 130. In one embodiment of this disclosure, four saidfirst body portions 122A are individually welded to the first corner GA, the second corner GB, the third corner GC and the fourth corner GD of thegrid body 132. - In this embodiment, the
first hook structure 122B includes a first extension plate C1, a first buckle plate C2 and a first recess G1. The first extension plate C1 protrudes vertically from a corresponding lateral side of thefirst body portion 122A, the first buckle plate C2 extends further from the first extension plate C1 so as to form a protrusive arm to define the first recess G1 between the first extension plate C1 and the first buckle plate C2. -
FIG. 5A shows schematically the second connection assembly hooks and the post combinations ofFIG. 2 . As shown inFIG. 5A , in this embodiment, each of thefirst posts 112 has a plurality of assembly holes PA disposed orderly and separately along one surface of the instantfirst post 112 in the second direction L2, but not limited thereto. In some other embodiments, these assembly holes PA may be distributed to at least two or three surfaces of thefirst post 112, simply per practical requirements. In this embodiment, in the second direction L2, each of the assembly holes PA is a rectangular structure. Similarly, since thesecond post 114 can be identically structured as thefirst post 112, thus thesecond post 114 may have a tube body furnished with assembly holes, referred to thefirst post 112 and the assembly holes PA. - In this embodiment, the
first post 112 includes afirst plate 112A, asecond plate 112B, athird plate 112C and afourth plate 112D, in which thefirst plate 112A and thethird plate 112C are parallel to each other, and thesecond plate 112B and thefourth plate 112D are parallel to each other. In a directional order, thefirst plate 112A is connected with thesecond plate 112B, thesecond plate 112B is connected with thethird plate 112C, then thethird plate 112C is connected with thefourth plate 112D, and finally thefourth plate 112D is connected back with thefirst plate 112A. Upon such an arrangement, thefirst plate 112A, thesecond plate 112B, thethird plate 112C and thefourth plate 112D are integrated to form a tube body, specifically having a square cross section for providing thereinside an accommodation space KB. -
FIG. 5B shows schematically the secondconnection assembly hook 124 ofFIG. 5A . In this embodiment, the secondconnection assembly hook 124 includes asecond body portion 124A, at least one (two in this embodiment) bucklingportions 124B and twosecond hook structures 124C. These twosecond hook structures 124C stand in parallel to two opposite sides of thesecond body portion 124A. Each of the twosecond hook structures 124C includes a second extension plate E1, a second buckle plate E2 and a second recess F1. The second extension plate E1 protrudes vertically from a corresponding lateral side of thesecond body portion 124A, the second buckle plate E2 extends further from the second extension plate E1 so as to form a protrusive arm to define the second recess F1 between the second extension plate E1 and the second buckle plate E2. The two second extension plates E1, parallel to each other, are protruded vertically from two opposite sides of thesecond body portion 124A. The second recess F1 is disposed between the second extension plate E1 and the second buckle plate E2. In this embodiment, thefirst hook structure 122B ofFIG. 4 and thesecond hook structure 124C ofFIG. 5B are structured to match each other. In other words, the first extension plate C1 of thefirst hook structure 122B is structured to match the corresponding second extension plate E1 of thesecond hook structure 124C, the first buckle plate C2 of thefirst hook structure 122B is structured to match the corresponding second buckle plate E2 of thesecond hook structure 124C, and the first recess G1 of thefirst hook structure 122B is structured to match the corresponding second recess F1 of thesecond hook structure 124C, such that thefirst hook structure 122B and thesecond hook structure 124C can be buckled and thus fixed together. - In this embodiment, each of the buckling
portions 124B is disposed at the correspondingsecond body portion 124A. As shown inFIG. 5B , the bucklingportion 124B is structured to be a protrusion protruding from an inner surface of thesecond body portion 124A. In one embodiment of this disclosure, thesecond body portion 124A includes a plurality of holes D1 (two in this embodiment), and each of these holes D1 is adjacent to one corresponding bucklingportion 124B. Namely, the hole D1 is disposed right beside the corresponding bucklingportion 124B. -
FIG. 6A is a schematic enlarged view of area A1 ofFIG. 5A ,FIG. 6B is a schematic enlarged view of area A2 ofFIG. 5A ,FIG. 7A is a schematic assembled view ofFIG. 6A , andFIG. 7B is a schematic assembled view ofFIG. 6B . As shown inFIG. 6A andFIG. 6B , the secondconnection assembly hook 124 is to buckle thefirst post 112 and thesecond post 114 at relevant heights. In the following description, thefirst post 112 is raised as a typical example which can prevail to both thesecond post 114 and thefirst post 112. For example, as shown inFIG. 6A , the assembly holes PA are arranged at thethird plate 112C of thefirst post 112. By having thesecond body portion 124A of the secondconnection assembly hook 124 to face a surface of thefirst post 112 having the corresponding assembly hole PA (i.e., thethird plate 112C), so the bucklingportion 124B can buckle the corresponding assembly hole PA of thepost combination 110. At the same time, the twosecond hook structures 124C of the secondconnection assembly hook 124 are adhered directly onto thesecond plate 112B and thefourth plate 112C, respectively. As shown inFIG. 7A andFIG. 7B , the secondconnection assembly hook 124 is assembled to the post combination (thefirst post 112 or the second post 114). -
FIG. 8 demonstrates schematically an assembly state of the storage layer and the post combination in accordance with this disclosure,FIG. 9A is a schematic enlarged view of area A3 ofFIG. 8 ,FIG. 9B is a schematic enlarged view of area A4 ofFIG. 8 , andFIG. 9C is a schematic enlarged view of the engagement of the first connection assembly hook and the second connection assembly hook ofFIG. 8 . As shown inFIG. 8 toFIG. 9C , after the second connection assembly hooks 124 are assembled to the post combinations (thefirst posts 112 and the second posts 114), then thestorage layer 130 provided with the first connection assembly hooks 122 can be assembled vertically down amid these post combinations (thefirst posts 112 and the second posts 114) in an assembly direction L5 (i.e., toward the second connection assembly hooks 124, in which thefirst body portion 124A of each of the first connection assembly hooks 122 is disposed at the correspondingfirst plate 112A. Thereupon, thesefirst hook structures 122B and the correspondingsecond hook structures 124C can buckle each other so as to assemble the first connection assembly hooks 122 and the corresponding second connection assembly hooks 124 together, and thus to arrange thestorage layer 130 amid thesepost combinations 110. - In summary, with the combined type shelf provided in this disclosure, the assembly holes of the post combination, the first connection assembly hooks and the second connection assembly hooks can be utilized to assemble the combined type shelf, such that the flexibility of the entire assembly can be improved.
- Further, in this disclosure, only the work of engaging the first connection assembly hooks and the corresponding second connection assembly hooks is required to complete the entire assembly, and thus the assembling steps for the combined type shelf can be significantly modified.
- In addition, the entire structuring of the combined type shelf provided in this disclosure is simple, stable and easy to assemble/disassemble the storage layer, and thus the convenience of use can be substantially enhanced.
- With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present disclosure.
Claims (13)
1. A combined type shelf, comprising:
a plurality of post combinations, each of the plurality of post combinations including a plurality of assembly holes;
at least one storage layer, disposed amid the plurality of post combinations; and
a plurality of connection assemblies, configured to assemble the at least one storage layer amid the plurality of post combinations, each of the plurality of connection assemblies including:
a first connection assembly hook, including a first body portion and a plurality of first hook structures, the plurality of first hook structures being connected with two opposite sides of the first body portion, the first body portion being connected with the at least one storage layer; and
a second connection assembly hook, including a second body portion, at least one buckling portion and a plurality of second hook structures, the plurality of second hook structures being connected with two opposite sides of the second body portion, the at least one buckling portion being disposed in the second body portion to buckle one of the plurality of assembly holes of one of the plurality of post combinations, the plurality of first hook structures and the plurality of second hook structures being correspondingly buckled together to each other, so as to assemble the first connection assembly hook and the second connection assembly hook together.
2. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein the at least one buckling portion is protruded from an inner surface of the second body portion.
3. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein the second body portion includes a hole disposed adjacent to the at least one buckling portion.
4. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first hook structures and the plurality of second hook structures are configured to match each other.
5. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of first hook structures includes a first extension plate, a first buckle plate and a first recess, the first extension plate is protruded from one of the two opposite sides of the first body portion, the first buckle plate extends further from the first extension plate to form a protrusive arm to define the first recess between the first extension plate and the first buckle plate.
6. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of second hook structures includes a respective second hook structure extension plate, a respective second hook structure buckle plate and a respective second hook structure recess, the respective second hook structure extension plate is protruded from one of the two opposite sides of the second body portion of the respective second hook structure, the respective second hook structure buckle plate extends further from the respective second hook structure extension plate to form a protrusive arm to define the respective second hook structure recess between the respective second hook structure extension plate and the respective second hook structure buckle plate.
7. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of post combinations includes a first post and a second post, and each of the first post and the second post includes a first plate, a second plate, a third plate and a fourth plate;
wherein, in a directional order, the first plate is connected with the second plate, the second plate is connected with the third plate, then the third plate is connected with the fourth plate, and finally the fourth plate is connected back with the first plate.
8. The combined type shelf of claim 7 , wherein the plurality of second hook structures of the second connection assembly hook are individually coupled to the second plate and the fourth plate of the corresponding post combination to which the respective second connection assembly hook is attached, and the first body portion of the first connection assembly hook is to match the first plate of the corresponding post combination.
9. The combined type shelf of claim 7 , wherein the plurality of assembly holes are disposed at the third plate.
10. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein the at least one storage layer includes a grid body and a plurality of skirt grids, the plurality of skirt grids are disposed to surround the grid body, and the first connection assembly hook is connected to one corner of the grid body.
11. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein for each of the plurality of connection assemblies, the first connection assembly hook connects to the at least one storage layer and none of the plurality of assembly holes, while the second connection assembly hook connects to at least one of the plurality of assembly holes and none of the at least one storage layers.
12. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein the first connection assembly hook of each of the plurality of connection assemblies are interlocked with a corresponding second connection assembly hook buckled to one of the plurality of post combinations via a respective one of the plurality of assembly holes and the first body portion of the first connection assembly hook rests flush against one plate of the plurality of post combinations opposite the respective one of the plurality of assembly holes.
13. The combined type shelf of claim 1 , wherein the first connection assembly hook of each of the plurality of connection assemblies are welded to a grid body of a corresponding at least one storage layer.
