Abstract

A combined type shelf includes post combinations and at least one storage layer. The post combination includes a main post body, a fixation slot, at least one introduction hole and at least one installation hole. The fixation slot is disposed at a spacer plate of the main post body, the introduction hole is disposed at the spacer plate by neighboring the fixation slot, the installation hole is disposed at an installation plate of the main post body, the installation plate is connected with one side of the spacer plate, and the introduction hole is spatially connected with the installation hole. The storage layer includes protruding structures and mounting brackets. The protruding structure is engaged with the installation hole at the installation plate via the introduction hole at the spacer plate, and the mounting bracket is engaged with the fixation slot to mount the storage layer amid the post combinations.

Description

    CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
  • This application claims the benefits of Taiwan application Serial No. 111135438, filed on Sep. 20, 2022, the disclosures of which are incorporated by references herein in its entirety.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates in general to a shelf structure, and more particularly to a combined type shelf.
  • BACKGROUND
  • A combined type shelf can be arbitrarily assembled to meet different needs of home, office and other occasions. Traditionally, the combined type shelf can be mainly structured by angle-iron frames, which involves many accessories, and from which both the manufacturing and the assembling are complicated. In this application, except for difficulty and time-consumption in assembling, the dissembling of this type of shelves is also tedious, and the horizontal expansion thereof is almost infeasible. Thus, the disassembly and use of the angle-iron shelf are extremely inconvenient.
  • Accordingly, how to improve the aforesaid shortcomings encountered in using the angle-iron shelf is definitely one of the issues to be solved in the art.
  • SUMMARY
  • An object of the present disclosure is to provide a combined type shelf that is easy to be assembled and disassembled, and able to extend horizontally. Thus, the convenience in use can be substantially improved.
  • In this disclosure, a combined type shelf includes a plurality of post combinations and at least one storage layer. Each of the plurality of post combinations includes a main post body, a fixation slot, at least one introduction hole and at least one installation hole. The fixation slot is disposed at a spacer plate of the main post body, the at least one introduction hole is disposed at the spacer plate by neighboring the fixation slot, the at least one installation hole is disposed at an installation plate of the main post body, the installation plate is connected with one side of the spacer plate, and the at least one introduction hole is spatially connected with the installation hole. The at least one storage layer includes a plurality of protruding structures and a plurality of mounting brackets. Each of the plurality of protruding structures is engaged with the installation hole at the installation plate via the introduction hole at the spacer plate, and each of the plurality of mounting brackets is engaged with the fixation slot to mount the at least one storage layer amid the plurality of post combinations.
  • In one embodiment of this disclosure, the protruding structure is a rivet.
  • In one embodiment of this disclosure, the at least one storage layer includes a grid, two first transverse constraint members and two second transverse constraint members, the two first transverse constraint members are individually mounted in a first direction to two opposite sides of the grid, the two second transverse constraint members are individually mounted in a second direction to another two opposite sides of the grid, and each of the plurality of mounting brackets is mounted to one of the two second transverse constraint members via the plurality of protruding structures.
  • In one embodiment of this disclosure, each of the plurality of mounting brackets includes a first piece, a second piece and a third piece, the first piece is bent to connect one side of the second piece, the third piece is bent to connect another side of the second piece, the third piece and the first piece is spaced by a distance, each of the plurality of protruding structures penetrates through the first piece so as to fix the first piece to one of the two second transverse constraint members.
  • In one embodiment of this disclosure, the spacer plate includes a first plate half and a second plate half, each of the first plate half and the second plate half is bent to connect the installation plate, and the first plate half and the second plate half is separated by the fixation slot.
  • In one embodiment of this disclosure, the at least one introduction hole is disposed at one of the first plate half and the second plate half.
  • In one embodiment of this disclosure, the at least one installation hole is a key hole.
  • In one embodiment of this disclosure, the at least one installation hole includes a horizontal opening and a vertical slot, the horizontal opening is spatially connected between the introduction hole and the vertical slot, the vertical slot extends further in a length direction of the installation plate, and the horizontal opening is extended in a width direction of the installation plate.
  • Further scope of applicability of the present application will become more apparent from the detailed description given hereinafter. However, it should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating exemplary embodiments of the disclosure, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the disclosure will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this detailed description.

  • FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of the combined type shelf in accordance with this disclosure. As shown in FIG. 1 , this combined type shelf 100 includes a plurality of post combinations 110 and at least one storage layer 120 (five in the figure). The storage layers 120 are orderly mounted amid the plurality of post combinations 110 in a vertical direction L2. With different arrangements of the post combinations 110 and the storage layers 120, different styles of the combined type shelves can be obtained. According to this disclosure, the combined type shelf is simply and stably structured, easy to assemble and disassemble, and horizontally extendable in a horizontal direction L1, such that the convenience of use can be promoted. In some other embodiments, a stands 160 can be provided to the post combination 110 to improve the entire stability of the combined type shelf 100.
  • In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 , the combined type shelf 100 includes a plurality of post combinations 110, and each of the post combinations 110 includes a first post 112 and a second post 114. It shall be explained that, practically, the first post 112 and the second post 114 are identically structured with different labels for a simple purpose of concisely describing the arrangement of this embodiment. As shown, the two first posts 112 of the respective two neighboring post combinations 110 are individually disposed in the front side D1 of the combined type shelf 100 and spaced by a predetermined distance. On the other hand, the two second posts 114 of the respective two neighboring post combinations 110 are individually disposed in the rear side D2 of the combined type shelf 100 and spaced by the same predetermined distance. In addition, in each of the left side D3 and the right side D4 of the combined type shelf 100, the first post 112 and the corresponding second post 114 are spaced by another distance. The foregoing front side D1, rear side D2, left side D3 and right side D4 form four sides of a formulation of two adjacent post combinations 110 (each thereof including one first post 112 and one second post 114 in parallel to each other).
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic exploded view of the post combination of FIG. 1 . Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, the first post 112 is furnished thereinside a hole HI for extension to increase a height of the post combination 110 in the vertical direction L2 via a connector 5010. Similar to the first post 112, the second post 114 can be also prolonged via the connector 5010.
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic enlarged view of a portion of the first post of FIG. 2 . Referring to FIG. 3 , the post combination 110 includes a main post body BA, a fixation slot HP, a plurality of introduction holes HS and a plurality of installation holes HR. The main post body BA includes a spacer plate NP1, two installation plates NP2, NP3 and a bottom plate NP4. Two opposite sides of he spacer plate NP1 are connected correspondingly with the two installation plates NP2, NP3. Two opposite sides of the bottom plate NP4 are connected correspondingly to the two installation plates NP2, NP3 by spacing the spacer plate NP1 with a distance. The two installation plates NP2, NP3 are spaced by another distance. Upon such an arrangement, the main post body BA having thereinside a channel H12 extending along the main post body BA can be formed. The fixation slot HP is structured at the spacer plate NP1 of the main post body BA, the introduction holes HS are distributed at the spacer plate NP1, and each of introduction holes HS is disposed adjacent to the fixation slot HP. The installation holes HR are individually formed at the installation plate NP2 of the main post body BA by connecting spatially with the corresponding introduction holes HS. The installation plate NP2 is connected to the spacer plate NP1.
  • In one embodiment, the spacer plate NP1 is consisted of a first plate half N1 and a second plate half N1. The first plate half N1 is angularly connected with the corresponding installation plate NP2, the second plate half N2 is opposite to angularly connect the installation plate NP3, and the first plate half N1 and the second plate half N2 is spaced by the fixation slot HP. The fixation slot HP is spatially connected with the channel H12 inside the main post body BA. In this embodiment, the introduction holes HS are distributed along the edge of the first plate half N1.
  • In this disclosure, the installation hole HR can be formed as a key hole. Practically, the installation hole HR of this embodiment is consisted of a horizontal opening HR2 and a vertical slot HR3. The horizontal opening HR2, spatially connected between the corresponding introduction hole HS and vertical slot HR3, is open to one side of the installation plate NP2 and extends in a width direction LH of the installation plate NP2 till hitting the vertical slot HR3 in a connection manner, and the vertical slot HR3 is further extended perpendicularly in a length direction LP of the installation plate NP2.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic exploded view of the storage layer of FIG. 1 . Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 , in this embodiment, the storage layer 120 includes a grid 122, two first transverse constraint members 124 and two second transverse constraint members 126. The two first transverse constraint members 124 are individually mounted to two opposite sides of the grid 122 in a first direction K1, and the two second transverse constraint members 126 are individually mounted to the other two opposite sides of the grid 122 in a second direction K2. Preferably, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. In another embodiment shown in FIG. 5 , the grid 122 can be formed as a shelf plate 222.
  • In this embodiment, the storage layer 120 further includes a plurality of protruding structures E1 and a plurality of mounting brackets E2. Each of the mounting brackets E2 is mounted to the corresponding second transverse constraint member 126 via two said protruding structures E1. The protruding structure E1 can be a rivet, as shown in FIG. 4 . In this embodiment, eight rivets are required. On the other hand, in the art, it is general that 16 rivets are required. Thus, with this disclosure, the use of assembly parts 6 are significantly reduced, and also the assembly time can be substantially reduced.
  • FIG. 6 is a schematic enlarged view of a portion of the first transverse constraint member of FIG. 4 . Referring to FIG. 6 , the first transverse constraint member 124 includes a first constraint frame 124A and a carrier plate 124B. The carrier plate 124B is connected with a bent edge of the first constraint frame 124A. The carrier plate 124B can be used to uphold the grid 122 of FIG. 4 or the shelf plate 222 of FIG. 5 . The first constraint frame 124A is consisted of a first plate C1, a second plate C2 and a third plate C3, in which the second plate C2 is connected between the first plate C1 and the third plate C3. As shown in FIG. 6 , the second plate C2 provides two opposite bent edges to individually connect the first plate C1 and the third plate C3. Another side of the third plate C3 is connected to the carrier plate 124B.
  • FIG. 7 is a schematic exploded view of the second transverse constraint member of FIG. 4 . As shown in FIG. 7 , the second transverse constraint member 126 includes a second constraint frame 126A, four protruding structures E1 and two mounting brackets E2. Each of these two mounting brackets E2 is fixed to one of two opposite ends of the second constraint frame 126A by two said protruding structures E1.
  • Practically, the mounting bracket E2 includes a first piece E21, a second piece E22 and a third piece E23. The first piece E21 is bent to connect one side of the second piece E22, while the third piece E23 is bent to connect another side of the second piece E22. In addition, the third piece E23 and the first piece E21 is separated by a distance. While in assembling, the protruding structure E1 is sent to penetrate through a hole E212 of the corresponding first piece E21 and then a hole 126B of the corresponding second constraint frame 126A, such that the first piece E21 can be fixed to the corresponding second transverse constraint member 126.
  • FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 demonstrate schematically two stages of installing the storage layer in accordance with this disclosure. FIG. 10 is a schematic enlarged view of area A1 of FIG. 9 . FIG. 11 is a schematic enlarged view of area A2 of FIG. 9 . FIG. 12 shows schematically a further state of FIG. 11 . In FIG. 11 or FIG. 12 , the enlarged view is particular to illustrate a specific state of an engagement process of the protruding structure E1 and the corresponding installation hole HR. Referring to FIG. 8 to FIG. 11 , the process of placing a storage layer 120 amid the post combinations 110 is schematically demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 8 , the storage layer 120 is firstly moved in an engagement direction R1, such that the protruding structures E1 can engage the corresponding installation hole HR at the installation plate NP2 via the corresponding introduction hole HS at the spacer plate NP1. Then, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 11 , after the mounting bracket E2 is engaged with the fixation slot HP, the storage layer 120 is further moved downward in a buckling direction L3, such that the protruding structure E1 can buckle the corresponding horizontal openings HR2 of the respective installation hole HR (as shown in FIG. 12 ).
  • In this embodiment, the installation hole can be structured to only a single side of the post combination, but not limited thereto. Refer to FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 ; where FIG. 13 is a schematic perspective view of another embodiment of the combined type shelf in accordance with this disclosure, and FIG. 14 is a schematic enlarged view of a portion of the post combination of FIG. 13 . As shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 , the combined type shelf 200 includes plural post combinations 210 and plural storage layers 120, 220, in which the storage layer 120 includes the grid 122 while the storage layer 220 includes the shelf plate 220. The post combination 210 includes a first post 212 and a second post 214. Preferably, the second post 214 is structured identically to the first post 212. As shown in FIG. 14 , in this first post 212, two introduction holes HS are disposed at each of the first plate half N1 and the second plate half N2, and two installation holes HR are disposed at each of the two installation plates NP2, NP3. In this embodiment, the first post 212 or the second post 214 is furnished with the installation holes HR to two opposite sides thereof for mounting the storage layers 120, 220 to form a combined type shelf 200 with at least two shelving units extended horizontally. By having FIG. 13 as an example, a first shelving unit LL1 and a second shelving unit LL2 are included by being parallel to each other.
  • In summary, in the combined type shelf provided by this disclosure, since the installation hole of the post combination is disposed at the spacer plate (at a lateral side thereof), thus a simple lateral push to buckle would be enough.
  • Further, with the protruding structure (rivet) and the mounting bracket (hook) to engage the installation hole and the fixation slot of the post combination, respectively, such a dual engagement design provides sufficient stability to the entire combined type shelf.
  • In addition, the number of the protruding structures (rivet) used in one storage layer is reduced, such that the cost can be reduced, and the assembly time can be saved.
  • Further, the installation holes of this disclosure can be provided to one or two sides of the post combination, such that the shelf can be horizontally extended, and thus the entire assembly flexibility can be improved.
  • With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present disclosure.

Claims (8)

What is claimed is:
1. A combined type shelf, comprising:
a plurality of post combinations, each of the plurality of post combinations including a main post body, a fixation slot, at least one introduction hole and at least one installation hole, the fixation slot being disposed at a spacer plate of the main post body, the at least one introduction hole being disposed at the spacer plate by neighboring the fixation slot, the at least one installation hole being disposed at an installation plate of the main post body, the installation plate being connected with one side of the spacer plate, the at least one introduction hole being spatially connected with the installation hole; and
at least one storage layer, including a plurality of protruding structures and a plurality of mounting brackets, each of the plurality of protruding structures being engaged with the installation hole at the installation plate via the introduction hole at the spacer plate, each of the plurality of mounting brackets being engaged with the fixation slot to mount the at least one storage layer amid the plurality of post combinations.
2. The combined type shelf of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of protruding structures is a rivet.
3. The combined type shelf of claim 1, wherein the at least one storage layer includes a grid, two first transverse constraint members and two second transverse constraint members, the two first transverse constraint members are individually mounted in a first direction to two opposite sides of the grid, the two second transverse constraint members are individually mounted in a second direction to another two opposite sides of the grid, and each of the plurality of mounting brackets is mounted to one of the two second transverse constraint members via the plurality of protruding structures.
4. The combined type shelf of claim 3, wherein each of the plurality of mounting brackets includes a first piece, a second piece and a third piece, the first piece is bent to connect one side of the second piece, the third piece is bent to connect another side of the second piece, the third piece and the first piece is spaced by a distance, each of the plurality of protruding structures penetrates through the first piece so as to fix the first piece to one of the two second transverse constraint members.
5. The combined type shelf of claim 1, wherein the spacer plate includes a first plate half and a second plate half, each of the first plate half and the second plate half is bent to connect the installation plate, and the first plate half and the second plate half is separated by the fixation slot.
6. The combined type shelf of claim 1, wherein the at least one introduction hole is disposed at one of the first plate half and the second plate half.
7. The combined type shelf of claim 1, wherein the at least one installation hole is a key hole.
8. The combined type shelf of claim 1, wherein the at least one installation hole includes a horizontal opening and a vertical slot, the horizontal opening is spatially connected between the introduction hole and the vertical slot, the vertical slot extends further in a length direction of the installation plate, and the horizontal opening is extended in a width direction of the installation plate.
