Abstract
The present invention discloses a bag apparatus, comprised of: A fabric container; —A folding fabric sheet connected to the lower part of the fabric container; wherein the fabric, wherein at open state the fabric sheet function as mat; —a frame construction comprised of a rigid frame structure having at least one rigid bracket, integrated with at least one straight rigid bracket, wherein the at least one rigid bracket is perpendicular to the straight rigid, wherein the frame structure is integrated within the fabric container, such that the back of fabric container is stretched along at least one bracket; wherein the fabric sheet includes at least one detachment element which is configured to be detached to lower part of fabric container; wherein the fabric sheet place on the ground and rigid frame structure function as a seat.
Description
- The present invention generally relates to bags. More specifically, the present invention relates to ornament bags integrated with mat providing seating functionality.
- There are known in art products which combine mat with a bag, however these products fail to provide the user with stable support to the back when seating on the mat.
- The present invention discloses a bag apparatus, comprised of:
-
- A fabric container;
- A fabric sheet connected at the edge to the edge of the fabric container; wherein the fabric is configured to be folded to the back of the fabric container, wherein at open state the fabric sheet function as mat;
- a rigid rectangular frame, integrated with a second open rectangular frame wherein the frame is perpendicular to each other, wherein the second frame is smaller than the first frame connected to the above the edge of the first frame such as when place on the ground the two frames are tilted is relation to the ground, wherein the frames is integrated within the fabric container, such that the fabric is stretched between the frames;
- Wherein the frames construction is configured to place the bag, at two states, wherein the first state the first the first frame is placed on the ground enabling lying down state and the second state the second frame is placed on the ground enabling sitting position state a
- A fabric container;
- The present provides a bag apparatus, comprised of:

- A fabric container;
- a fabric sheet connected to the lower part of the fabric container; wherein the fabric is configured to be folded such as in open state the fabric sheet function as mat;
- a frame construction comprised of a rigid frame structure having at least one rigid bracket, integrated with at least one straight rigid bracket, wherein the at least two rigid brackets are perpendicular to the straight rigid, wherein the frames' structure is integrated within the fabric container, such that the back of fabric container is stretched along at least one bracket;
- wherein the fabric sheet includes at least one detachment element which is configured to be detached to lower part of the rigid frame structure
- wherein the fabric sheet place on the ground and rigid frame structure function as a seat.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the frame is further comprised of a second rigid bracket and an elastic bent rigid rod connected at each edge to one rigid bracket.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the frames construction further comprises two parapedicular rigid brackets shorter than the first rigid brackets, where this frame configuration providing two states, wherein the first state the first the first pair brackets are placed on the ground enabling lying down state and the second state the pair brackets is placed on the ground enabling sitting position stat.
- A fabric container;
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the fabric detachment element to the rigid frame structure is implemented by a straight bracket having at least one hook shape element attached to the edge of the fabric to be detached to the lower part of rigid frame structure.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the fabric detachment element to the rigid frame structure is implemented by one hollow structural section at the edge of the fabric wherein the straight bracket of the frame structure includes respective holes, further comprising a bar, such the bar passing through the respective holes and the at least one hollow structural section of the fabric, creating detachment of the fabric to the lower part of frame structure.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the frame structure comprises an additional rigid straight bracket connecting between the two rigid brackets at the middle, including an attachment part for connecting a rigid bar to the for supporting the frame structure, wherein the rigid bar is connected in one edge to said additional rigid straight bracket and on the other edge to a second additional rigid straight bracket which is placed on the ground.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the attachment part includes at least two hooks, enabling to connect the rigid bar in different heights.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the pair of brackets are round bars and straight bracket is configured move along these round bars up and down for adjusting the height of the frame construction to the size of the bag.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the rigid bracket is a rigid sheet attached to lower rigid bracket and small three brackets attached at the back of the rigid sheet enabling to support the straight rigid bracket at different heights, wherein a straight rigid bracket is attached to lower the straight rigid bracket placed on the ground, for supporting, the frame structure.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the two lower brackets are connected via fabric sheet.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the frame structure is further integrated with table via arm bar.
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the frame structure is further integrated with folding umbrella using at least one arm
- According to some embodiments of the present invention the at least one arm bar is configured to allow the rotation of the table between folded state and open state.

FIGS. 16A &B are perspective view of the matt connection with edge frame of the bag, with according to some embodiments of the present invention. - In the following detailed description of various embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part thereof, and in which are shown by way of illustration specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. It is understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
- Using bags, as support for the back, when seating of the ground, the user feels unconformable, as the bag may tend to move, not supporting the back of the user for balanced seating on the ground. The present invention intent to solve the problem by designing a bag with frame structure integrated inside the bag to be connected to folding mat placed on the ground.
- The present invention discloses a bag comprised of:
- A bag apparatus, comprised of a fabric container, a fabric sheet to lower part of a fabric container; wherein the fabric is configured to be folded to the back of the fabric container, wherein at open state the fabric sheet function as mat and a frame construction comprised of a rigid frame structure having at least two rigid brackets, integrated with at least one straight rigid bracket, wherein the at least two rigid bracket are perpendicular to the straight rigid, wherein the frames structure is integrated within the fabric container, such that the fabric is stretched along at least one bracket, where wherein the fabric sheet include at least one detachment element which is configured to be detached to lower part of the rigid frame structure.
The rigid frame may be implemented, using metal or plastic material. Part of the rigid parts such bracket or bars may use partly elastic materials.
According to other embodiments of the present invention the bag apparatus is comprised of fabric sheet container, connected at the edge to the edge of the fabric container; wherein the fabric is configured to be folded to the back of the fabric container, wherein at open state the fabric sheet function as mat; -
- a frame construction comprised of a rigid rectangular frame, integrated with a second open rectangular frame wherein the frame is perpendicular to each other, wherein the second frame is smaller than the first frame connected to the above the edge of the first frame such as when place on the ground the two frames are tilted is relation to the ground, wherein the frames is integrated within the fabric container, such that the fabric is stretched between the frames;
The frames construction is configured to place the bag, at two states, wherein the first state the first the first frame is placed on the ground enabling lying down state and the second state the second frame is placed on the ground enabling sitting position state.
- a frame construction comprised of a rigid rectangular frame, integrated with a second open rectangular frame wherein the frame is perpendicular to each other, wherein the second frame is smaller than the first frame connected to the above the edge of the first frame such as when place on the ground the two frames are tilted is relation to the ground, wherein the frames is integrated within the fabric container, such that the fabric is stretched between the frames;
- The bag according to the present invention include an inner fame, creating triangle structure, the frame in constructed from two frames jointed together, a big closed frame and an open small frame connected at lower part of the first frame the bag can be place on the ground on the first larger frame or on the smaller frame. The bag may be connected to different accessories, including, umbrella, head set, table, etc.

The frame construction is comprised of aclosed frame 50 and anopen frame 60. - The two frames are perpendicular to each other, wherein the second frame is smaller than the first frame connected to the above the edge of the first frame such as when place on the ground the two frames are tilted is relation to the ground.

straight brackets FIG. 15A-C , using metal sheet. Each bracket includes anextension hook rigid rod 220, each edge of elastic rigid rode is placed into the extension hook. The elasticrigid rod 220 is bent, having U shape or rectangular shape (220A), such when place in the bag providing support to at front part of the bag, to the frame, improving the frame stability when the user lean against the bag. The rigid rod may be attached to the front part of bag using Velcro stripes. - When placed into the bag, the rigid brackets are pressed to the inner back part of the bag. The
stripe 222 is stretched between the brackets andrigid rod 220. -
FIGS. 11A &B&C are perspective view of a frame structure integrated with a mattress according to some embodiments of the present invention. - According to one embodiment of
FIG. 11A the frame structure comprises twofirst brackets 202, 203 are integrated with perpendicularstraight bracket 209, further including astraight bar 230 connected on one edge to the rearstraight bracket 209 and at the lower edge tostraight bracket 232. This construction creates a standing frame platform to support the user when leaning on the first two brackets. -

FIG. 11 , wherein the first pair of brackets are round bar andstraight bracket 209 can move along, these round bars up and down, for adjusting the height of the frame construction to the size of the bag. -
FIGS. 13A &B are perspective view of the mattress connected with edge frame of the bag with according to some embodiments of the present invention. - This figure illustrates one option of connecting the mat fabric to the frame structure, according to this option the mat is curved at the edge creating at least one hollow structural section 302 (detaching element) and at the edge of the frame in attached a bracket with two holes 305, such a
bar 300 can be inserted through the hollow structural section and the holes, detaching the mat the frame structure. -
FIGS. 14A &B&C are perspective view of the frame structure integrated with mattress, according to some embodiments of the present invention. - This figure depicts another option for the frame structure as a standalone device, where the brackets are round bar comprised on an
upper part 204A, 205A andlower part 204A, 205A, enabling to change the height of the brackets for supporting user back. -
FIGS. 15A &B&C are perspective view of the frame structure integrated with mattress, according to some embodiments of the present invention. - This figure depicts another option for the frame structure comprising
rigid sheet 400 attached to lowerrigid bracket 450 and small threebrackets 410 attached at the back of the rigid sheet enabling to support the straightrigid bracket 420 at different heights. The straightrigid bracket 420 is attached to lower the straightrigid bracket 440 placed on the ground, for supporting, the frame structure. The twolower brackets -
FIGS. 16A &B are perspective view of the matt connection with edge frame of the bag with mat according to some embodiments of the present invention. - According to this embodiment a bracket 350 with two hook shaped
elements 360 is attached to the edge of the fabric sheet functioning as detach element, the fabric is detached by engaging the hook shaped elements withstraight bracket 360 which is part of the frame structure at the lower part of the bag. - In accordance with some embodiments, the fabric sheet can be detached to the upper par of the fabric container, functioning as upper cover.

Therefore, it must be understood that the illustrated embodiment has been set forth only for the purposes of example and that it should not be taken as limiting the invention as defined by the following invention and its various embodiments and/or by the following claims. - Insubstantial changes from the claimed subject matter as viewed by a person with ordinary skill in the art, now known or later devised, are expressly contemplated as being equivalently within the scope of the claims. Therefore, obvious substitutions now or later known to one with ordinary skill in the art are defined to be within the scope of the defined elements.
- The claims are thus to be understood to include what is specifically illustrated and described above, what is conceptually equivalent, what can be obviously substituted and also what essentially incorporates the essential idea of the invention.
- Although the invention has been described in detail, nevertheless changes and modifications, which do not depart from the teachings of the present invention, will be evident to those skilled in the art. Such changes and modifications are deemed to come within the purview of the present invention and the appended claims.
Claims (16)
1. A bag apparatus, comprised of:
a fabric container;
a fabric sheet connected only at the lower part of the fabric container; wherein the fabric is configured to be folded such as in open state the fabric sheet function as mat and folded in the close state; wherein at folded state the fabric sheet is not folded on the back of the fabric container;
a frame construction comprised of a rigid frame structure having at least one rigid bracket, integrated with at least one straight rigid bracket, wherein the at least one rigid bracket is perpendicular to the straight rigid, wherein the frame structure is integrated and contained within the fabric container, such that the back of fabric container is stretched along at least one bracket;
wherein the fabric sheet includes at least one detachment element which is configured to be detached and attach only to the lower part of the fabric container frame structure;
wherein the whole part of fabric sheet place on the ground and the rigid frame structure function as a back seat wherein the fabric sheet is attached directly by a bracket to the frame structure of fabric container and when placed on the ground the original structure of the bag is unchanged enabling to maintain object within the fabric container.
2. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the frame is further comprised of a second rigid bracket and an elastic bent rigid rod connected at each edge to one rigid bracket.
3. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the frames construction further comprises two perpendicular rigid brackets shorter than the first rigid brackets, where this frame configuration providing two states, wherein the first pair brackets are placed on the ground enabling lying down state and the second state the pair brackets is placed on the ground enabling sitting position stat.
4. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the fabric detachment element to the rigid frame structure is implemented by a straight bracket having at least one hook shape element attached to the edge of the fabric to be detached to the lower part of rigid frame structure.
5. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the fabric detachment element to the rigid frame structure is implemented by one hollow structural section at the edge of the fabric wherein the straight bracket of the frame structure includes respective holes, further comprising a bar, such the bar passing through the respective holes and the at least one hollow structural section of the fabric, detaching of the fabric to the lower part of the frame structure.
6. The bag apparatus of claim 2 wherein the frame structure comprise an additional rigid straight bracket connecting between the two rigid brackets at the middle, including an attachment part for connecting a rigid bar to the for supporting the frame structure, wherein the rigid bar is connected in one edge to said additional rigid straight bracket and on the other edge to a second additional rigid straight bracket which is placed on the ground.
7. The bag apparatus of claim 6 wherein attachment part includes at least two hooks, enabling to connect the rigid bar in different heights.
8. The bag apparatus of claim 3 wherein the pair of brackets are round bars and straight bracket is configured move along these round bars up and down for adjusting the height of the frame construction to the size of the bag.
9. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the rigid bracket is a rigid sheet attached to lower rigid bracket and three brackets attached at the back of the rigid sheet enabling to support the straight rigid bracket at different heights, wherein a straight rigid bracket is attached to lower the straight rigid bracket placed on the ground, for supporting, the frame structure.
10. The bag apparatus of claim 9 wherein the two lower brackets are connected via fabric sheet.
11. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the frame structure is further integrated with table via arm bar.
12. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the frame structure is further integrated with folding umbrella using at least one arm.
13. The bag apparatus of claim 11 wherein the at least one arm bar is configured to allow the rotation of the table between folded state and open state.
14. The bag apparatus of claim 12 wherein the at least one arm bar is configured to allow the rotation of umbrella position between folded state and open state.
15. The bag apparatus of claim 1 wherein the fabric is detached to the upper par of the fabric container, functioning as upper cover.
