Abstract
A means of representing improved form of barber briefcase which embodies a structure with built in scissor legs and a detachable extended handle. This invention relates, generally construed, to an improved case which is expressly designed and reliably adapted to serve the daily working and other needs of a barber and has to do, more particularly stated, with a special adaptation which embodies simple and practical facilities for aptly storing, carrying, sterilizing and handling interchangeable clipper blades, razors, combs, shears and other instruments and working tools.

- The invention relates to barber's briefcase and more particularly to carry on size barber briefcase with built in scissor legs and a detachable extended handle.
- The future looks especially bright for those in the barbering industry. In fact, according to a Statista report, the men's grooming industry is expected to hit 26 billion by 2020. The barbers industry, predicts that this steady growth will shed light on how exciting and innovating the grooming space really is, while also offering men an industry that is focused on each of their grooming needs—hair, skin and beyond. “Men are starting to put their best face forward and the industry is finally listening”
- The owners of Barbershops, credits a number of factors for the sudden resurgence in the men's grooming industry. As this new era of grooming unfolds, barbering is becoming more accessible to men of every walk of life. Everyone needs a haircut, and the barbershop is a place where guys can go to get away for a little bit, see some friends every few weeks and leave with a create cut. Plus, women are no longer the only ones interested in investing in their appearance. Now, more than ever before, the modern man realizes his appearance is part of his journey to confidence and success.
- With a steady growth pattern, increased respect for the industry and a fresh perspective, it's no surprise that modern-day barbering is much different than years past. By looking at prior art, multiple advancements have been seen in similar field. For instance, a Barber clipper stand bearing U.S. Pat. No. 9,949,554B2 relates to an apparatus for holding and separating the electrical power cords of multiple barber clippers and other barber accessories. The apparatus includes a central pole, at least one hanger attachment holder attached to the central pole and at least one cord separator attached to the central pole. The hanger attachment holder has at least two hangers attached to the underside or perimeter of the hanger shelf for holding barber clippers and other barber accessories. The cord separator is located under the hanger attachment holder, and has at least two recessed areas along the perimeter of the shelf, with each recessed area aligned with the position of a corresponding hanger on the hanger shelf and acting to gather the electrical power cord of a barber clipper or other barber accessory held by the hanger.
- A U.S. Pat. No. 9,801,469B2 relates to versatile accessory holder for a barber chair. The invention relates to a versatile accessory holder for a barber chair and method to attach the versatile accessory holder to the back of one of a plurality of barber chair types. Certain embodiments of the invention have a plurality of slots that may be used to receive an appendage in the form of a tongue or one or more sets of pins to attach the versatile accessory holder to the back of a chair. Certain embodiments of the versatile accessory holder have a tray with compartments to receive accessories, such as clipper blades. In some embodiments, the compartments have an opening at the bottom, and some embodiments have compartment stops to enable hair to fall from a blade resting in the compartment onto the floor. In some embodiments, the outer wall of the tray has a strip adapted to fasten a magnet to the outer wall of the tray.
- A US patent Barber's portable case apparatus bearing U.S. Pat. No. 7,909,162B1 is issued to Donovan S. Barrett. The barber's portable case apparatus provides for storing and carrying multiple barber's tools such as clippers, for example, in a compact arrangement that provides forced air cooling for the tools.
- The case is designed to adequately and removably contain clippers without being overly large, thereby contributing further to portability and space savings. The multiple electrical outlet may provide for powering the fans and other needed appliances. The apparatus may obviously hold other devices in need of storage and forced air ventilation for cooling. - There are multiple solutions that have been presented in prior art in terms of utilization of barbers to achieve various tasks. However, these solutions are limited and restricted to their conventional systems. The current invention is focused on presenting an assembly which is directed toward a mobile barber briefcase with built in scissor legs and a detachable extended handle. The barber case is small enough to carry on the plane but big enough for barbers to put more tools than the typical smaller briefcase.
- Thus it has been noted, to Applicant's knowledge, none of these prior art methods have been found to be completely suitable to meet these needs and are cumbersome. Thus, there is a need in the prior art in which the aforementioned inconveniences, difficulties, and grooming problems are, for all practical purposes, eliminated. Thus, the present invention provides such a method and the overall combination of these features is nowhere disclosed in the prior art cited above which appears to be representative of the general art in this area although it is not intended to be an all-inclusive listing of pertinent prior art patents.
- In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.
- A prime objective of the present invention is to provide an improved form of mobile barber briefcase with built in scissor legs and a detachable extended handle.
- It is further the objective of the present invention to provide portable barber briefcase which is easy to use and requires no prior training.
- The further objective of the invention is the mobile barber briefcase which is ornamentally designed, has a good appearance, and it is durable, lightweight, compact in packaging and convenient in carrying.
- It is also the objective of invention to provide mobile barber briefcase which is developed from eco-friendly material.
- It is further the objective of the present invention to provide mobile barber briefcase which has foam cut slots to fit any brand chippers and liners. The three holes are used to insert blow dryer and two flat irons.
- It is also the objective of invention to provide mobile barber briefcase with sliding trays and storage space under sliding trays for larger tools.
- It is also the objective of invention to provide Barber case converts to a mini station
- It is further the objective of invention to provide Barber Magic pencil which sustains its effectiveness over repeated usage and longer period of time.

- The apparatus and method components have been represented where appropriate by conventional symbols in the drawings, showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of the description herein.
- Before explaining the invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the detail of application illustrated in the drawings since the invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced or carried out in various ways. It is also to be understood that the phraseology or terminology employed is for the purpose of description only and not of limitation.
- The current invention embodies a structure which serves the purpose of a portable briefcase intended for barbers use and provides various advancements for the end users.
- The present invention is a carrying case for hair clippers and other barber's accessories having a main body and a cover hinged thereto. The hinged cover can be opened to expose the main body and the scissor legs allow to be stowed when the user is performing a haircutting procedure. The case has a generally rectangular configuration and one of the longer edges has defined therein a series of notches in which the proximal ends of respective electrical cords reside when the main body is deployed for use during a haircutting procedure. The interior portion of the main body is segmented into sections with the section adjacent the notched edge allocated to retaining the clipper. The notches are spaced sufficiently to permit respective clippers to be arrayed therein in spaced relation such that their respective cords can be folded and stored adjacent the clippers when the case is closed for transport. When the case is deployed for use, the scissor legs extending out from the main body are used to make it stand, whereas the briefcase allows the accessories to be retained for ease of use and withdrawal in two compartments. The first compartment has sliding trays with foam cut slots to fit any brand clippers and liners and has three holes to insert blow dryer and two flat irons.

1: The invention is a barber briefcase comprising:
As per claim 1 , wherein said body to retain various types of barber accessories;
As per claim 1 , wherein said cover and hinge assembly for pivotably connecting said cover to said body to permit said body to be closed by said cover for transport of said briefcase;
As per claim 1 , wherein said cover is designed with pockets to receive various types of barber's accessories;
As per claim 1 , wherein said first compartment is configured to receive various types of barber's accessories;
As per claim 1 , wherein said first compartment has foam cut slots to fit any brand clippers and liners;
As per claim 1 , wherein said first compartment has three holes to insert blow dryer and two flat irons;
As per claim 1 , wherein said first compartment has sliding trays;
As per claim 1 , wherein said second compartment is configured to receive barber's accessories;
As per claim 1 , wherein said briefcase has a detachable extended handle.
