Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of ashtray devices, and in particular, to an automatic liquid replenishment tank.
- An ashtray is a tool used by a smoking user to collect cigarette ash during smoking, making it convenient for centralized collection and dumping treatment. Due to the light weight, the cigarette ash is easily blown up and fly away under the action of wind and airflow, resulting in indoor pollution. When a user needs to extinguish a butt after smoking, the effective extinguishing degree is poor. To solve this problem, the user usually pours a certain amount of liquid, such as water, into the ashtray to adsorb and precipitate the cigarette ash and to extinguish the butt. However, due to the volatilization of liquid and the consumption for wetting the cigarette ash, water needs to be frequently added.
- In the prior art, in order to solve the above problem, an ash flying resistant ashtray disclosed in Patent No. 201821757920.8 is used for water replenishment. This structure, which adopts the principle of gas-liquid pressure balance achieved by a communicating vessel, is not practical when applied to a small-sized ashtray with low capacity because liquid cannot enter an ashtray body of the ashtray through a single fluid channel for water replenishment due to the action of the tension of the liquid.
- For the above problems, the present disclosure mainly provides an automatic liquid replenishment tank, and aims to improve an automatic liquid replenishment ashtray container box to enable liquid to successfully flow for replenishment.
- To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides an automatic liquid replenishment tank, including a container box; the container box is provided with a first liquid outlet hole and a second liquid outlet hole; the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole are both arranged on a side wall of the container box; one end of each of the liquid outlet holes is communicated to an inner cavity of the container box, and the other end is configured to receive external liquid; and the second liquid outlet hole is arranged above the first liquid outlet hole.
- Further, the automatic liquid replenishment tank includes a liquid storage tank and a sealing cover; the liquid storage tank includes a tank body and a tank cover; the container box is communicated to an inner cavity of the tank body through the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole; the tank cover is detachably connected to the tank body; and the sealing cover is configured to block an upper port of the container box.
- Further, hole diameters of the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole are 3 mm to 5 mm.
- Further, hole diameters of the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole are 3 mm.
- Further, a wall surface of the side wall, corresponding to the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole, of the container box outwards extends to form a sleeving portion; the liquid storage tank is provided with a plugging bulge corresponding to the sleeving portion; the sleeving portion is connected to the plugging bulge in a wrap-around sleeving manner; and the plugging bulge is internally provided with a first communicating pipeline and a second communicating pipeline which are connected to the inner cavity of the tank body, the first liquid outlet hole, and the second liquid outlet hole.
- Further, a positioning groove for correspondingly accommodating the sealing cover is arranged on an outer wall of the sleeving portion.
- Further, a cover lifting bulge protruding out of an outer edge of the upper port of the container box is arranged at an outer edge of the sealing cover.
- Further, a material of the sealing cover is silica gel.
- Further, a wall surface of the side wall, corresponding to the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole, of the container box outwards extends to form a plugging bulge; the plugging bulge is internally provided with a first communicating pipeline and a second communicating pipeline which are connected to the first liquid outlet hole and the second liquid outlet hole; the liquid storage tank is provided with a sleeving portion corresponding to the plugging bulge; the sleeving portion is connected to the plugging bulge in an wrap-around sleeving manner; and the other ends of the first communicating pipeline and the second communicating pipeline are communicated to the inner cavity of the tank body.
- Compared with the prior art, the automatic liquid replenishment tank provided by the present disclosure can achieve: in the process of automatically replenishing liquid into the inner cavity of the container box, the first liquid outlet hole located at a lower position is a main outlet hole, while the second liquid outlet hole plays a role of releasing the tension of the liquid, so that the liquid can flow smoothly from the first liquid outlet hole to the inner cavity of the
container box 1. When a height of the liquid reaches a height of the second liquid outlet hole in the inner cavity of the container box, the second liquid outlet hole also plays a role of controlling a water level. Therefore, due to the quantity setting and arrangement setting of the liquid outlet holes, the container box can play a role of causing the liquid to smoothly enter the inner cavity of the container box from the outside when applied to a structure with a small size and low capacity, such as a smoking aid. -

- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , this embodiment provides an automatic liquid replenishment tank, including acontainer box 1; thecontainer box 1 is provided with a firstliquid outlet hole 110 and a secondliquid outlet hole 120; the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 are both arranged on a side wall of thecontainer box 1; one end of each of the liquid outlet holes is communicated to an inner cavity of thecontainer box 1, and the other end is configured to receive external liquid; and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 is arranged above the firstliquid outlet hole 110. - The automatic liquid replenishment tank receives liquid through the first
liquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 which are arranged on the side wall ofcontainer box 1, so that the liquid flow into the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1 for liquid replenishment, such as water or other liquids with a fire extinguishing property and liquid with an additional fragrance function. When thecontainer box 1 receives the liquid through the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120, the container box is connected to a closed container with liquid. After a height of the liquid in the inner cavity ofcontainer box 1 reaches a height of the secondliquid outlet hole 120, air pressures are balanced, and the matching container will no longer transport liquid into thecontainer box 1. When it is necessary to replace the liquid in the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1, the liquid is directly poured. Afterwards, the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and theliquid outlet hole 120 receive liquid which can be automatically replenished into the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1. - In the automatic liquid replenishment process, the first
liquid outlet hole 110 located at a lower position is a main outlet hole, while the secondliquid outlet hole 120 plays a role of releasing the tension of the liquid, so that the liquid can flow smoothly from the firstliquid outlet hole 110 to the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1. When a height of the liquid reaches a height of the secondliquid outlet hole 120 in the inner cavity of the container box, the secondliquid outlet hole 120 also plays a role of controlling a water level. Therefore, due to the quantity setting and arrangement setting of the liquid outlet holes, thecontainer box 1 can play a role of causing the liquid to smoothly enter the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1 from the outside when applied to a structure with a small size and low capacity, such as a smoking aid. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , the automatic liquid replenishment tank includes aliquid storage tank 2 and a sealing cover 3; theliquid storage tank 2 includes atank body 210 and atank cover 220; thecontainer box 1 is communicated to an inner cavity of thetank body 210 through the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120; thetank cover 220 is detachably connected to thetank body 210; and the sealing cover 3 is configured to block an upper port of thecontainer box 1. - The
tank cover 220 and a port of thetank body 210 can be in threaded screwing connection or can also be directly hermetically connected to each other in a covering manner. When liquid is added into thetank body 210 of theliquid storage tank 2, in order to avoid such a phenomenon that thetank cover 220 is opened to achieve an atmospheric pressure balance inside thetank body 210, which causes the liquid in thetank body 210 to enter thecontainer box 1 through the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 and then leak to the outside, the sealing cover 3 is firstly used to block the upper port of thecontainer box 1. After the liquid replenishment performed on thetank body 210 is completed, thetank cover 220 is covered at thetank body 210, and the sealing cover 3 is then removed to unblock thecontainer box 1. If a liquid level in the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1 is lower than the heights of the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120, in order to achieve a potential difference balance, external air enters thetank body 210 through the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120. The liquid in thetank body 210 enters the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1 through the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 at the same time. During this period, the secondliquid outlet hole 120 plays the role of releasing the tension of the liquid, so that the liquid can enter the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1 more smoothly until the liquid level is greater than the height of the secondliquid outlet hole 120, which prevents air from entering thetank body 210 again. - The sealing cover 3 is of a sheet structure and can directly cover the upper port of the
container box 1 to block the upper port of thecontainer box 1. In some embodiments, an upper limit of the liquid level of thecontainer box 1 is less than an upper limit of the liquid level of thetank body 210, and a volume of thecontainer box 1 is smaller than a volume of thetank body 210. - Therefore, a user who uses this automatic liquid replenishment tank can conveniently replenish water to and store backup liquid in the
tank body 210. With the consumption of the liquid inside thecontainer box 1, the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 are used to automatically replenish liquid to thecontainer box 1, which facilitates use. Thecontainer box 1 with liquid can adsorb cigarette ash or extinguish butts, which avoids the danger of a fire caused by a user shaking off burning tobaccos, or the risk that butts are not effectively extinguished, and increases the user experience. - There are two ways to use the
container box 1 when thecontainer box 1 is put into use. As an item on a desktop or a tea table, an ashtray cannot occupy a too large space area. Therefore, the size of the ashtray is generally controlled to be small, and its height cannot be too large. Therefore, thecontainer box 1 can be produced in a smaller size to adapt to the size of a butt. It only serves as a liquid pool to extinguish butts. According to another aspect, thecontainer box 1 can be manufactured into a body shape close to that of a regular ashtray, so that it can be used to extinguish butts and also to accommodate cigarette ash generated by smoking. There is no limitation on the capacity and volume of the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1. - Preferably, hole diameters of the first
liquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 are 3 mm to 5 mm. - Within this size range, the hole diameters of the first
liquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 are 3 mm, which can adapt to the size and capacity of a single-purpose ashtray for a single person. The hole diameters of the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 gradually increase. In the process that the hole diameters increase to 5 mm, the sizes and capacities of thecontainer box 1 and theliquid storage tank 2 also correspondingly increase, so as to adapt to the collection capacity for cigarette ash generated by different cigarette quantities or the capacity of an ashtray shared by more people. - Further, hole diameters of the first
liquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 are 3 mm. - According to investigation and statistics, this numerical value is a preferable value determined by most target users to select an ashtray to match the sizes and capacities of the
container box 1 and theliquid storage tank 2 that accommodate the cigarette ash and extinguish butts, and to also match the hole diameters of the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120. - Referring to
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , a wall surface of the side wall, corresponding to the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120, of thecontainer box 1 outwards extends to form asleeving portion 130; theliquid storage tank 2 is provided with a pluggingbulge 230 corresponding to thesleeving portion 130; thesleeving portion 130 is connected to the pluggingbulge 230 in a wrap-around sleeving manner; and the pluggingbulge 230 is internally provided with a first communicatingpipeline 231 and a second communicatingpipeline 232 which are connected to the inner cavity of thetank body 210, the firstliquid outlet hole 110, and the secondliquid outlet hole 120. - Through this connection structure, the
container box 1 is connected to theliquid storage tank 2. The firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 can receive the liquid from theliquid storage tank 2 and put it into the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1. Thesleeving portion 130 is connected to the structure of the pluggingbulge 230 in the wrap-around sleeving manner, which can play a good sealing role, has good connection strength, and facilitates assembling as a whole; parts can be assembled without additional screws, so that the production costs are reduced. At the same time, this structure facilitates batch production through an injection mold, facilitates side core-pulling demolding, and avoids the difficulty of production of the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 between thecontainer box 1 and theliquid storage tank 2. - A wall surface of the side wall, corresponding to the first
liquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120, of thecontainer box 1 outwards extends to form a plugging bulge; the plugging bulge is internally provided with a first communicating pipeline and a second communicating pipeline which are connected to the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120; theliquid storage tank 2 is provided with a sleeving portion corresponding to the plugging bulge; the sleeving portion is connected to the plugging bulge in an wrap-around sleeving manner; and the other ends of the first communicatingpipeline 231 and the second communicatingpipeline 232 are communicated to the inner cavity of thetank body 210. - This structure has the consistent functions and effects with those achieved by Embodiment I, but positions of the plugging bulge and the sleeving portion are different.
- Referring to
FIG. 2 , apositioning groove 131 for correspondingly accommodating the sealing cover 3 is arranged on an outer wall of thesleeving portion 130. - When the
positioning groove 131 is convenient for a user to operate the sealing cover 3 to cover the upper port of thecontainer box 1, there is a reference to a placement direction and position of the sealing cover 3, so that the sealing cover 3 is correctly placed for effective sealing. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , acover lifting bulge 310 protruding out of an outer edge of the upper port of thecontainer box 1 is arranged at an outer edge of the sealing cover 3. - The
cover lifting bulge 310 serving as a fulcrum is convenient for being held by a user, so as to lift or lay down the sealing cover 3. - Preferably, a material of the sealing cover 3 is silica gel.
- Silica gel has certain flexibility and a good sealing effect and is combined with the first
liquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120 which having small hole diameters. The liquid itself has tension during circulation. The sealing cover 3 can directly cover the upper port of thecontainer box 1, without an additional connection structure. When liquid is replenished into thetank body 210, the following phenomenon is avoided: While the liquid is replenished, the liquid overflows and leaks after entering the inner cavity of thecontainer box 1 through the firstliquid outlet hole 110 and the secondliquid outlet hole 120.
