Abstract

The disclosure discloses a knife sharpener with a wooden holder, comprising a main body, a supporting seat and an inclined-plane body. The supporting seat is in fixed connection with the inclined-plane body by mortise, tenon and wood glue; the bottom of the supporting seat and the inclined-plane body are coplanar, and the width of the supporting seat is smaller than the inclined-plane body's; both the corners of the bottom of the supporting seat and the inclined-plane body are provided with anti-skid legs; the inner supporting seat is provided with some knife slots I which are parallel with the inclined-surface of the supporting seat; the top of the inclined-plane body is provided with the knife slots II which are provided with a knife sharpener on the one side, increasing the knife holder functions and space utilization, thus extending the service life and improving the convenience of operation.

Description

1. TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the field of the knife sharpener, in particular to a knife sharpener with a wooden holder.

2. BACKGROUND ART

With the development of the era and the improvement of people's living standards, it is difficult for the traditional daily tools in the kitchen to meet people's daily requirements. Traditional knife sharpening stone and knife sharpeners tend to be large in size and lack of aesthetics, resulting in low popularity among modern families. Furthermore, most contemporary people do not master the knife-sharpening skills; therefore, it is difficult to find somewhere to sharpen the knife, or it is easy to sharpen the knife using the wrong methods once the family kitchen knives become dull, hardly reaching the ideal sharpness. There are some situations that the large edge wear of knives caused by improper use cannot be quickly repaired by using the knife sharpener on the market, causing a certain amount of trouble. The solving methods of the above situations are to change the knife or find someone to sharpen the knife, which is inconvenience and also increase the living cost.
At present, many knife sharpeners composed of sharpening stones alone tend to be large in size and lack of aesthetics, requiring a large space usage in the kitchen; to be unreasonable structure in design and cumbersome in operation, requiring a particular skill. Kitchen knives cannot be quickly and simply sharpened to sharpness, hardly reaching people's requirements of handling the ingredients.

3. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The technical problem to be solved is to provide a knife sharpener with a wooden holder.
To solve the above problems in the background, the invention provides a technical solution: a knife sharpener with a wooden holder, comprising a main body, a supporting seat and inclined-plane body. The supporting seat is in fixed connection with the inclined-plane body by mortise and tenon as well as the wood glue; the bottom of the supporting seat and the bottom of the inclined-plane body are in a common plane, and the width of the supporting seat is smaller than the width of the inclined-plane body; the bottom of the supporting seat and the bottom of the inclined-plane body are provided with anti-skid legs, and anti-skid legs are provided at the corners of the supporting seat and the inclined-plane body; The inner supporting seat is provided with some knife slots I, and knife slots I are parallel with the inclined surface of the supporting seat; the top of the inclined-plane body is provided with the knife slots II and a knife sharpener is provided on one side of the knife slots II.
The advantages of the invention compared with the prior art are as follows: the combination of knife holder and knife sharpener solves the storage problems of knives, to increase the knife holder functions and space utilization; the tight and strong connections between each module extend the service life, improving the convenience of operation and realizing the small occupation space.
Further, the longitudinal cross-section of the supporting seat is quadrilateral; the two opposite angles are right angles provided at the bottom and the top respectively; the other angle of the bottom is an acute angle, and the other angle of the top is an obtuse angle. Applying the right triangle as the base and removing a right triangle shape at the top, which enables the device to be more stable when providing support and to be more aesthetical.
Further, the knife slots I is provided for storing the standard knife with several same-size slots, knife slots II is provided for storing different sizes of knives with several different-size slots. It is easy for the variety of sizes of knife slots to store the majority of the knives on the market. The through-hole design can not only provide storage for longer knives, but also ensure ventilation to help the knifes keep dry and prevent rusting.
Further, the knife sharpener comprises a base and the base is a triangular prism; a U-shaped groove is provided in the center of the base and grinding rods are provided in the U-shaped groove; slots are provided on the two sides of the base, and fixed legs are provided at the bottom of the base. The application of the fixed legs realizes the easy installation and lateral limit, which will not cause lateral movement when using the sharpener.
Further, the installation method of the knife sharpener is as follows: slotting at the top of the inclined-plane body and drilling a hole at the bottom of the slot; applying fixing glue to the bottom of the base of the knife sharpener; installing the knife sharpener into the slot at the top of the inclined-plane body, and when the fixing glue is dried, the installation is completed.

5. SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

A further description of the invention is given below in combination with the attached drawings.
The specific implementation of the knife sharpener with a wooden holder provided by the invention, comprises a main body, a supporting seat 1 and inclined-plane body 2. Claims

1. A knife sharpener with a wooden holder comprising a main body, a supporting seat (1) and an inclined-plane body (2), wherein the supporting seat (1) is in fixed connection with the inclined-plane body (2) by mortise and tenon as well as the wood glue; the bottom of the supporting seat (1) and the bottom of the inclined-plane body (2) are in a common plane, and the width of the supporting seat (1) is smaller than the width of the inclined-plane body (2); the bottom of the supporting seat (1) and the bottom of the inclined-plane body (2) are provided with anti-skid legs (3), and anti-skid legs (3) are provided at the corners of the supporting seat (1) and the inclined-plane body (2); the inner supporting seat (1) is provided with some knife slots I (4), and knife slots I (4) are parallel with the inclined surface of the supporting seat (1); the top of the inclined-plane body is provided with the knife slots II (5) and a knife sharpener (6) is provided on one side of the knife slots II (5).

A knife sharpener with a wooden holder according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal cross-section of the supporting seat (1) is quadrilateral; the two opposite angles are right angles provided at the bottom and the top respectively; the other angle of the bottom is an acute angle, and the other angle of the top is an obtuse angle.

3. A knife sharpener with a wooden holder according to claim 1, wherein the knife slots I (4) is provided for storing the standard knife with several same-size slots, knife slots II (5) is provided for storing different sizes of knives with several different-size slots.

A knife sharpener with a wooden holder according to claim 1, wherein the knife sharpener (6) comprises a base (7) and the base (7) is a triangular prism; a U-shaped groove (8) is provided in the center of the base (7) and grinding rods (9) are provided in the U-shaped groove (8); slots (10) are provided on the two sides of the base (7), and fixed legs are provided at the bottom of the base (7).
