Abstract

Disclosed is a foldable electric bed, including a first bed body and a second bed body; the first bed body includes a first bed board, a second bed board is hinged to the first bed board, the second bed body includes a third bed board, a fourth bed board is hinged to the third bed board, a fifth bed board is hinged to the fourth bed board, and the fourth bed board is arranged between the third bed board and the fifth bed board; the first bed body includes a first support frame, and the second bed body includes a second support frame; and when the first bed body and the second bed body are in a closed state, the first support frame is arranged in the second support frame. The electric bed has the characteristics of being foldable and easy to transport.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the technical field of manufacturing of electric beds, in particular to a foldable electric bed.
  • BACKGROUND
  • An electric bed can electrically control a height of the head or the feet of the bed, and a bed frame that can freely adjust a bending degree of a bed board is divided into two categories: row skeleton and bed board type, the row skeleton is called European electric bed, and the bed board type is called American electric bed. Vibration or music functions may be configured as required. Now, it may also be connected to mobile devices for remote control, which is normally used in homes or medical care.
  • However, most of existing electric beds are simple in structure, the feet cannot be abutted and the comfort is poor; and folding is incomplete, a massage motor cannot be installed, a lifting force is small, and a lifting effect is poor. Accordingly, the present disclosure provides a foldable electric bed.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present disclosure aims to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and provide a foldable electric bed, and the foldable electric bed has the characteristics of being foldable and easy to transport.
  • In order to solve the above technical problems, the object of the present disclosure is realized as follows: the foldable electric bed involved in the present disclosure includes a first bed body and a second bed body which are hinged to each other; the first bed body includes a first bed board, a second bed board is hinged to the first bed board, the second bed body includes a third bed board, a fourth bed board is hinged to the third bed board, a fifth bed board is hinged to the fourth bed board, and the fourth bed board is arranged between the third bed board and the fifth bed board; the first bed body includes a first support frame abutting against backs of the first bed board and the second bed board, and the second bed body includes a second support frame abutting against backs of the third bed board, the fourth bed board and the fifth bed board; and when the first bed body and the second bed body are in a closed state, the first support frame is arranged in the second support frame.
  • The present disclosure is further set as: the first support frame includes two first vertical crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, and two first crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the first vertical crosspieces, a first support lug is eccentrically arranged on the rotating shaft, a first electric push rod with one end hinged to the first support lug and the other end hinged to the first crosspiece is arranged between the first support lug and the first crosspiece, a diagonal brace which rotates along with the rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a roller with a roller surface tightly attached to the second bed board is rotatably connected to the diagonal brace.
  • The present disclosure is further set as: the second support frame includes two second vertical crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, and two second crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, a connecting spoke is arranged on the fourth bed board, a second support lug is arranged on the connecting spoke, a second electric push rod with one end hinged to the second support lug and the other end hinged to the second crosspiece is arranged between the second support lug and the second crosspiece, and the second electric push rod and the first electric push rod are staggered.
  • The present disclosure is further set as: a diagonal brace with one end hinged to the fifth bed board and the other end hinged to the second vertical crosspiece is arranged between the fifth bed board and the second vertical crosspiece.
  • The present disclosure is further set as: sockets arranged on two sides of the first support frame are arranged on the back of the second bed board.
  • The present disclosure is further set as: a foot support assembly is arranged on the fifth bed board; and the foot support assembly includes two ferrules which are symmetrically arranged left and right and embedded on the fifth bed board, L-shaped connecting rods are inserted into the ferrules, a U-shaped support rod is connected between the L-shaped connecting rods, pin holes are formed in one ends of the L-shaped connecting rods extending out of the ferrules, and cotter pins are inserted into the pin holes.
  • To sum up, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: the foldable electric bed involved in the present disclosure is improved into a staggered arrangement structure through the support frames that play a supporting role on the two bed bodies, so that the overall thickness and volume after being folded are reduced, and a cost of logistics transportation is saved; a roller structure is adopted on back lift, and lifting is stable; and a frame structure is adopted on leg lift, transmission is reliable, the overall function is complete, and the practicability is high.

  • In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions of the present disclosure, preferable implementations of the present disclosure are described below in conjunction with specific embodiments, however, it should be understood that these descriptions are only for further illustrating the features and advantages of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the claims of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
  • The present disclosure is further illustrated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and preferably embodiments.
  • Embodiment 1
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , a foldable electric bed involved in the embodiment includes a first bed body 100 and a second bed body 200 which are hinged to each other. The first bed body 100 includes a first bed board 1. A second bed board 2 is hinged to the first bed board 1. The second bed body 200 includes a third bed board 3. A fourth bed board 4 is hinged to the third bed board 3. A fifth bed board 5 is hinged to the fourth bed board 4. The fourth bed board 4 is arranged between the third bed board 3 and the fifth bed board 5. The first bed body 100 includes a first support frame 6 abutting against backs of the first bed board 1 and the second bed board 2. The second bed body 200 includes a second support frame 7 abutting against backs of the third bed board 3, the fourth bed board 4 and the fifth bed board 5. When the first bed body 100 and the second bed body 200 are in a closed state, the first support frame 6 is arranged in the second support frame 7.
  • Further, the first support frame 6 includes two first vertical crosspieces 61 which are arranged in parallel with each other, and two first crosspieces 62 which are arranged in parallel with each other. A rotating shaft 8 is rotatably connected between the first vertical crosspieces 61. A first support lug 9 is eccentrically arranged on the rotating shaft 8. A first electric push rod 10 with one end hinged to the first support lug and the other end hinged to the first crosspiece is arranged between the first support lug 9 and the first crosspiece 62. A diagonal brace 11 which rotates along with the rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating shaft 8. A roller 12 with a roller surface tightly attached to the second bed board is rotatably connected to the diagonal brace 11.
  • Further, the second support frame 7 includes two second vertical crosspieces 71 which are arranged in parallel with each other, and two second crosspieces 72 which are arranged in parallel with each other. A connecting spoke 13 is arranged on the fourth bed board 4. A second support lug 14 is arranged on the connecting spoke 13. A second electric push rod 15 with one end hinged to the second support lug and the other end hinged to the second crosspiece is arranged between the second support lug 14 and the second crosspiece 72. The second electric push rod 15 and the first electric push rod 10 are staggered.
  • Further, a diagonal brace 16 with one end hinged to the fifth bed board and the other end hinged to the second vertical crosspiece is arranged between the fifth bed board 5 and the second vertical crosspiece 71.
  • In the implementation, after the first bed body 100 and the second bed body 200 are rotated and closed, the first support frame 6 is embedded in the second support frame 7 to form a staggered arrangement, so that when the first bed body 100 and the second bed body 200 are in a foldable and closed state, a thickness is reduced, a space occupied is reduced, a folded thickness is less than 100 mm, a loading volume is large, and the cost of logistics transportation is saved.
  • Embodiment 2
  • Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 , a foldable electric bed involved in the embodiment, based on the Embodiment 1, is further set as, sockets 17 arranged on two sides of the first support frame 6 are arranged on the back of the second bed board 2.
  • In the implementation, through the arrangement of the sockets 17, a power supply line may be connected to tail ends of the sockets 17, so that the sockets 17 may be used as a power supply.
  • Embodiment 3
  • Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , a foldable electric bed involved in the embodiment, based on the Embodiment 1, is further set as, a foot support assembly 18 is arranged on the fifth bed board 5. The foot support assembly 18 includes two ferrules 181 which are symmetrically arranged left and right and embedded on the fifth bed board. L-shaped connecting rods 182 are inserted into the ferrules 181. A U-shaped support rod 183 is connected between the L-shaped connecting rods 182. Pin holes 184 are formed in one ends of the L-shaped connecting rods 182 extending out of the ferrules 181. Cotter pins (not shown in the figures) are inserted into the pin holes 184.
  • In the implementation, the foot support assembly 18 is arranged and may be used as foot abutting. In addition, the cotter pins are inserted into the pin holes 184, a quick connection function between the L-shaped connecting rods 182 and the ferrules 181 is realized, fabrication is convenient, and a manufacturing cost is reduced.
  • The foldable electric bed involved in the present disclosure is improved into the staggered arrangement structure through the support frames that play a supporting role on the two bed bodies, so that the overall thickness and volume after being folded are reduced, and the cost of logistics transportation is saved; the roller structure is adopted on back lift, and the lifting is stable; and the frame structure is adopted on leg lift, the transmission is reliable, the overall function is complete, and the practicability is high.
  • Unless otherwise specified, in the present disclosure, the terms “length”, “width”, “up”, “down”, “front”, “back”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “top”, “bottom”, “inner”, “outer”, “clockwise”, “counterclockwise”, “axial”, “radial”, “circumferential” and the like indicated orientations or positional relationships are based on actually indicated orientations or positional relationships, and it is only for the convenience of describing the present disclosure and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, and be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, the terms describing the orientation or positional relationship in the present disclosure are only used for exemplary illustration, and cannot be construed as a limitation on the present disclosure. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms can be understood according to specific situations in conjunction with the embodiments.
  • Unless otherwise specified and limited, in the present disclosure, the terms “arranged”, “connected” and “connecting” should be understood in a broad sense. For example, it can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integrated connection; and it can be a direct connection, an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, or an internal communication of two elements. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure may be understood in specific situations.
  • The preferable specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail above. It should be understood that those of ordinary skill in the art can make many modifications and variations according to the concept of the present disclosure without creative efforts. Therefore, all technical solutions that can be obtained by those skilled in the art through logical analysis, reasoning or limited experiments on the basis of the prior art according to the concept of the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope determined by the claims.

Claims (9)

What is claimed is:
1. A foldable electric bed, comprising a first bed body and a second bed body which are hinged to each other, wherein the first bed body comprises a first bed board, a second bed board is hinged to the first bed board, the second bed body comprises a third bed board, a fourth bed board is hinged to the third bed board, a fifth bed board is hinged to the fourth bed board, and the fourth bed board is arranged between the third bed board and the fifth bed board; the first bed body comprises a first support frame abutting against backs of the first bed board and the second bed board, and the second bed body comprises a second support frame abutting against backs of the third bed board, the fourth bed board and the fifth bed board; and when the first bed body and the second bed body are in a closed state, the first support frame is arranged in the second support frame.
2. The foldable electric bed according to claim 1, wherein the first support frame comprises two first vertical crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, and two first crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the first vertical crosspieces, a first support lug is eccentrically arranged on the rotating shaft, a first electric push rod with one end hinged to the first support lug and the other end hinged to the first crosspiece is arranged between the first support lug and the first crosspiece, a diagonal brace which rotates along with the rotating shaft is arranged on the rotating shaft, and a roller with a roller surface tightly attached to the second bed board is rotatably connected to the diagonal brace.
3. The foldable electric bed according to claim 2, wherein the second support frame comprises two second vertical crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, and two second crosspieces which are arranged in parallel with each other, a connecting spoke is arranged on the fourth bed board, a second support lug is arranged on the connecting spoke, a second electric push rod with one end hinged to the second support lug and the other end hinged to the second crosspiece is arranged between the second support lug and the second crosspiece, and the second electric push rod and the first electric push rod are staggered.
4. The foldable electric bed according to claim 3, wherein a diagonal brace with one end hinged to the fifth bed board and the other end hinged to the second vertical crosspiece is arranged between the fifth bed board and the second vertical crosspiece.
5. The foldable electric bed according to claim 1, wherein sockets arranged on two sides of the first support frame are arranged on the back of the second bed board.
6. The foldable electric bed according to claim 2, wherein sockets arranged on two sides of the first support frame are arranged on the back of the second bed board.
7. The foldable electric bed according to claim 3, wherein sockets arranged on two sides of the first support frame are arranged on the back of the second bed board.
8. The foldable electric bed according to claim 4, wherein sockets arranged on two sides of the first support frame are arranged on the back of the second bed board.

The foldable electric bed according to claim 1, wherein a foot support assembly is arranged on the fifth bed board; and the foot support assembly comprises two ferrules which are symmetrically arranged left and right and embedded on the fifth bed board, L-shaped connecting rods are inserted into the ferrules, a U-shaped support rod is connected between the L-shaped connecting rods, pin holes are formed in one ends of the L-shaped connecting rods extending out of the ferrules, and cotter pins are inserted into the pin holes.
