Abstract
Disclosed is an ultra-thin electric bed, including a front bed body and a rear bed body; the front bed body includes a front bed board; the rear bed body includes a rear bed board; a first spoke is disposed on a back of the front bed body, and a second spoke is disposed on a back of the rear bed body; two front longitudinal braces disposed are hinged to the first spoke, and a front cross brace is connected between the front longitudinal braces; two rear longitudinal braces disposed are hinged to the second spoke, and a rear cross brace is connected between the rear longitudinal braces; the two front longitudinal braces are disposed between the two rear longitudinal braces; and when the front bed body and the rear bed body are closed, the front cross brace is disposed between the rear cross brace and the rear crosspiece.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of manufacturing of electric beds, in particular to an ultra-thin electric bed.
- In order to facilitate shipment and reduce freight costs, a traditional electric bed may be entirely designed as a foldable structure. Due to the symmetry of two bed bodies, the electric bed may still not be ultra-thin when folded in order to prevent interference between components on one bed body and the other bed body, such that the size is large, a large space is occupied, reduction in freight costs is limited, and the overall effect is poor. Accordingly, the present disclosure provides an ultra-thin electric bed.
- The present disclosure aims to overcome the above deficiencies in the prior art and provide an ultra-thin electric bed. The electric bed has the characteristics of small size and lower freight costs after being folded.
- In order to solve the above technical problems, the purpose of the present disclosure is achieved as follows. The ultra-thin electric bed of the present disclosure includes a front bed body and a rear bed body; the front bed body includes a front bed board, a front crosspiece is disposed at one end, away from the rear bed body, of the front bed board, and front side crosspieces are disposed on two sides of the front bed board respectively; the rear bed body includes a rear bed board, a rear crosspiece is disposed at one end, away from the front bed body, of the rear bed board, and rear side crosspieces are disposed on two sides of the rear bed board respectively; a first spoke close to the rear bed body is disposed on a back of the front bed body, a second spoke close to the front bed body is disposed on a back of the rear bed body, and the second spoke and the first spoke are connected via hinges; two front longitudinal braces disposed in parallel and supported on the back of the front bed board are hinged to the first spoke, and a front cross brace is connected between the front longitudinal braces; two rear longitudinal braces disposed in parallel and supported on the back of the rear bed board are hinged to the second spoke, and a rear cross brace is connected between the rear longitudinal braces; the two front longitudinal braces are disposed between the two rear longitudinal braces; and when the front bed body and the rear bed body are closed, the front cross brace is disposed between the rear cross brace and the rear crosspiece.
- The present disclosure is further set as follows: the front bed board includes a front fixed board and a front movable board hinged to the front fixed board, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the front longitudinal braces, a first support lug is eccentrically disposed on the rotating shaft, a first electric push rod with one end hinged to the first support lug and the other end hinged to the front cross brace is disposed between the first support lug and the front cross brace, the rotating shaft is provided with diagonal braces rotating along with the rotating shaft, and rollers with roller surfaces attached to the front movable board are rotatably connected to the diagonal braces.
- The present disclosure is further set as follows: the rear bed board includes a rear fixed board, a first rear movable board is hinged to the rear fixed board, a second rear movable board is hinged to the first rear movable board, the first rear movable board is disposed between the rear fixed board and the second rear movable board, a connecting spoke is disposed on a back of the first rear movable board, the connecting spoke is provided with a second support lug, a second electric push rod with one end hinged to the second support lug and the other end hinged to the rear cross brace is disposed between the second support lug and the rear cross brace, and the second electric push rod and the first electric push rod are staggered.
- The present disclosure is further set as follows: the front movable board and the second rear movable board are respectively provided with vibration motors which are staggered.
- The present disclosure is further set as follows: reinforced spokes are disposed at positions, close to two sides, of a back of the front movable board.
- To sum up, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: as the components of the two folding bed bodies are staggered, the ultra-thin electric bed of the present disclosure can have a lower thickness after being folded, thereby reducing the overall size and occupied space, saving shipping costs, and achieving complete overall functions and high practicability.

FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the present disclosure in a folded state. - In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions of the present disclosure, preferred implementations of the present disclosure will be described below in conjunction with specific embodiments, but it should be understood that these descriptions are only intended to further illustrate the features and advantages of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the claims of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiment of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
- The present disclosure will be further illustrated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , an ultra-thin electric bed of the embodiment includes afront bed body 100 and arear bed body 200. Thefront bed body 100 includes afront bed board 101. Afront crosspiece 102 is disposed at one end, away from therear bed body 200, of thefront bed board 101.Front side crosspieces 103 are disposed on two sides of thefront bed board 101 respectively. Therear bed body 200 includes arear bed board 201. Arear crosspiece 202 is disposed at one end, away from thefront bed body 100, of therear bed board 201.Rear side crosspieces 203 are disposed on two sides of therear bed board 201 respectively. Afirst spoke 104 close to therear bed body 200 is disposed on a back of thefront bed body 100. A second spoke 204 close to thefront bed body 100 is disposed on a back of therear bed body 200. The second spoke 204 and thefirst spoke 104 are connected via hinges. Two frontlongitudinal braces 105 disposed in parallel and supported on the back of the front bed board are hinged to thefirst spoke 104. Afront cross brace 106 is connected between the frontlongitudinal braces 105. Two rearlongitudinal braces 205 disposed in parallel and supported on the back of the rear bed board are hinged to thesecond spoke 204. Arear cross brace 206 is connected between the rearlongitudinal braces 205. The two frontlongitudinal braces 105 are disposed between the two rearlongitudinal braces 205. When thefront bed body 100 and therear bed body 200 are closed, thefront cross brace 106 is disposed between therear cross brace 206 and therear crosspiece 202. - In the implementation, as the front
longitudinal braces 105 and the rearlongitudinal braces 205 are staggered, and thefront cross brace 106 and therear cross brace 206 are staggered, after thefront bed body 100 and therear bed body 200 are folded and closed, there is no component interference between the frontlongitudinal braces 105 and the rearlongitudinal braces 205 or between thefront cross brace 106 and therear cross brace 206, so that the thickness of the electric bed in the folded and closed state is further reduced, and the overall size in this state is reduced. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , on the basis of Embodiment 1, the ultra-thin electric bed of the embodiment is further set as follows: Thefront bed board 101 includes a front fixedboard 1011 and a frontmovable board 1012 hinged to the front fixed board. A rotatingshaft 1013 is rotatably connected between the frontlongitudinal braces 105. Afirst support lug 1014 is eccentrically disposed on the rotatingshaft 1013. A firstelectric push rod 1015 with one end hinged to the first support lug and the other end hinged to the front cross brace is disposed between thefirst support lug 1014 and thefront cross brace 106. The rotatingshaft 1013 is provided withdiagonal braces 1016 rotating along with the rotating shaft.Rollers 1017 with roller surfaces attached to the front movable board are rotatably connected to thediagonal braces 1016. - Further, the
rear bed board 201 includes a rear fixedboard 2011. A first rearmovable board 2012 is hinged to the rear fixedboard 2011. A second rearmovable board 2013 is hinged to the first rearmovable board 2012. The first rear movable board is disposed between the rear fixed board and the second rear movable board. A connectingspoke 2014 is disposed on a back of the first rearmovable board 2012. The connectingspoke 2014 is provided with asecond support lug 2015. A secondelectric push rod 2016 with one end hinged to the second support lug and the other end hinged to the rear cross brace is disposed between thesecond support lug 2015 and therear cross brace 206. The secondelectric push rod 2016 and the firstelectric push rod 1015 are staggered. - In the implementation, through extension of the first
electric push rod 1015 and mechanism linkage, the frontmovable board 1012 can be lifted, and through extension of the secondelectric push rod 2016 and mechanism linkage, the first rearmovable board 2012 and the second rearmovable plate 2013 can be lifted. - As the first
electric push rod 1015 and the secondelectric push rod 2016 are staggered, the firstelectric push rod 1015 is prevented from touching the secondelectric push rod 2016 when the electric bed is folded and closed, thereby playing a role in preventing interference and reducing the thickness of the bed in the folded state. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , on the basis of Embodiment 2, the ultra-thin electric bed of the embodiment is further set as follows: The frontmovable board 1012 and the second rearmovable board 2013 are respectively provided withvibration motors 300 which are staggered. - In the implementation, by disposing the
vibration motors 300 on the frontmovable board 1012 and the second rearmovable board 2013, the assembled electric bed has a vibration massage function for the back and the legs. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 , on the basis of Embodiment 3, the ultra-thin electric bed of the embodiment is further set as follows: Reinforcedspokes 1018 are disposed at positions, close to two sides, of a back of the frontmovable board 1012. - In the implementation, due to the arrangement of the reinforced
spokes 1018, the overall bearing capacity of the frontmovable board 1012 is enhanced. - As the components of the two folding bed bodies are staggered, the ultra-thin electric bed of the present disclosure can have a lower thickness after being folded, thereby reducing the overall size and occupied space, saving shipping costs, and achieving complete overall functions and high practicability.
- Unless otherwise specified, in the present disclosure, the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the terms “length”, “width”, “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “top”, “bottom”, “inner”, “outer”, “clockwise”, “counterclockwise”, “axial”, “radial”, “circumferential”, etc. is based on the actually shown orientation or positional relationship, which is only for the convenience of describing the present disclosure and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, and be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore the terms describing the orientation or positional relationship in the present disclosure are only used for exemplary illustration, and should not be construed as a limitation on the present patent. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms can be understood according to specific situations in conjunction with the embodiments.
- Unless specifically stated or limited otherwise, the terms “disposed”, “connected” and “connecting” in the present disclosure are to be construed broadly. For example, it can be a fixed connection, or a detachable connection, or an integrated connection; and it can be a direct connection, or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, or an internal communication between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood in specific situations by those of ordinary skill in the art.
- The preferred specific embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that numerous modifications and variations can be made according to the concept of the present disclosure without creative efforts. Therefore, the technical solutions which can be obtained by those skilled in the art through logical analysis, reasoning or limited experimentation on the basis of the prior art according to the concept of the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope defined by the claims.
Claims (5)
1. An ultra-thin electric bed, comprising a front bed body and a rear bed body, the front bed body comprising a front bed board, a front crosspiece being disposed at one end, away from the rear bed body, of the front bed board, front side crosspieces being disposed on two sides of the front bed board respectively, the rear bed body comprising a rear bed board, a rear crosspiece being disposed at one end, away from the front bed body, of the rear bed board, and rear side crosspieces being disposed on two sides of the rear bed board respectively, wherein a first spoke close to the rear bed body is disposed on a back of the front bed body, a second spoke close to the front bed body is disposed on a back of the rear bed body, the second spoke and the first spoke are connected via hinges, two front longitudinal braces disposed in parallel and supported on the back of the front bed board are hinged to the first spoke, a front cross brace is connected between the front longitudinal braces, two rear longitudinal braces disposed in parallel and supported on the back of the rear bed board are hinged to the second spoke, a rear cross brace is connected between the rear longitudinal braces, the two front longitudinal braces are disposed between the two rear longitudinal braces, and when the front bed body and the rear bed body are closed, the front cross brace is disposed between the rear cross brace and the rear crosspiece.
2. The ultra-thin electric bed according to claim 1 , wherein the front bed board comprises a front fixed board and a front movable board hinged to the front fixed board, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the front longitudinal braces, a first support lug is eccentrically disposed on the rotating shaft, a first electric push rod with one end hinged to the first support lug and the other end hinged to the front cross brace is disposed between the first support lug and the front cross brace, the rotating shaft is provided with diagonal braces rotating along with the rotating shaft, and rollers with roller surfaces attached to the front movable board are rotatably connected to the diagonal braces.

The ultra-thin electric bed according to claim 2 , wherein the rear bed board comprises a rear fixed board, a first rear movable board is hinged to the rear fixed board, a second rear movable board is hinged to the first rear movable board, the first rear movable board is disposed between the rear fixed board and the second rear movable board, a connecting spoke is disposed on a back of the first rear movable board, the connecting spoke is provided with a second support lug, a second electric push rod with one end hinged to the second support lug and the other end hinged to the rear cross brace is disposed between the second support lug and the rear cross brace, and the second electric push rod and the first electric push rod are staggered.
4. The ultra-thin electric bed according to claim 3 , wherein the front movable board and the second rear movable board are respectively provided with vibration motors which are staggered.
5. The ultra-thin electric bed according to claim 4 , wherein reinforced spokes are disposed at positions, close to two sides, of a back of the front movable board.
