It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are provided for illustration only, and not for the purpose of limiting the disclosure.
- As used herein, the terms “vertical”, “horizontal”, “left”, “right”, “top”, “bottom”, “top left”, “top right”, “bottom left”, “bottom right” and the like expressions are for illustrative purposes only.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , for the convenience of understanding, a baseball styled cap will be described first. The baseball styledcap 20 includes adome 201 and abill 202 which are connected. One side of thedome 201 for contacting the wearer’s head is defined as aninner surface 2011, and the other side opposite to theinner surface 2011 is defined as anouter surface 2012. - When storing the baseball styled
cap 20, thedome 201 is usually folded into the state shown inFIG. 1 , so as to reduce its occupied space and facilitate the stacking of multiple baseball styled caps. - It can be understood that, the
bill 202 of the baseball styledcap 20 can be flat, such as a peaked cap. Thebill 202 of the baseball styledcap 20 can also be arc-shaped, such as a baseball cap. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 5 , a first embodiment of the present disclosure provides acap support 100, which is mounted on a mountingsurface 10 for storing a single or multiple stacked caps with thebills 20. Thecap support 100 includes afront member 1A and aback member 2A which are connected. Theback member 2A is configured to mount thecap support 100 on the mountingsurface 10. It can be understood that, the storage of the baseball styledcap 20 can be completed via the cooperation of thefront member 1A, theback member 2A and the mountingsurface 10. The structure is simple, the production cost is low, and the occupied space is very small, which is suitable for most occasions. - Further, the
front member 1A and theback member 2A, or, thefront member 1A and the mountingsurface 10, or, thefront member 1A and theback member 2A and the mountingsurface 10, together define anaccommodating space 3 with anopening 31, so that thebill 202 can be placed into theaccommodating space 3 through theopening 31, and thedome 201 is supported on thefront member 1A. It can be understood that, due to the variety of structures of the cap support, there are various ways of defining the accommodating space. - Further, an end of the
front member 1A away from theopening 31 is inclined toward a side close to theaccommodating space 3, so that thefront member 1A is disposed at an angle to the mountingsurface 10 for mounting thecap support 100. - It can be understood that, by this design, the
dome 201 placed on thecap support 100 can be better inclined toward a direction away from the mountingsurface 10, which facilitates the user to quickly access the baseball styledcap 20. - It can be understood that, preferably, the size of the
opening 31 in a direction parallel to the mountingsurface 10 is greater than or equal to the width of thebill 202, so that thebill 202 can easily and completely enter into theaccommodating space 3. Further, theaccommodating space 3 can accommodatesmultiple bills 202. It can be understood that, this design can enable thecap support 100 to satisfy the stacking of multiple caps with thebills 20, which improves the space utilization rate and enhances the practicability of thecap support 100. - Further, the
cap support 100 is projected along the direction parallel to the mountingsurface 10, and the projection of the end of thefront member 1A away from theopening 31 falls into the projection of the end close to theopening 31. - It can be understood that, the mounting
surface 10 can be a general wall or a vertical surface of a cabinet. Further, theback member 2A is parallel to the mountingsurface 10, and thefront member 1A is disposed at an angle to the mountingsurface 10. Specifically, the plane where thefront member 1A is located and the mountingsurface 10 form an acute angle. - Further, the inclination range of the
front member 1A is greater than 0° and less than or equal to 60°. Specifically, the inclination angle of a certain area of thefront member 1A may be 5° or 10° or 15° or 20° or 25° or 30° or 35° or 40° or 45° or 50° or 55°. - Preferably, the inclination range of the
front member 1A is 10°~50°; more preferably, the inclination range of thefront member 1A is 15°~45°. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 5 again, in a specific embodiment, thefront member 1A includes a front portion 1A2 in contact with thedome 201, and a side portion 1A3. The front portion 1A2 is connected to theback member 2A via the side portion 1A3. - Further, the end of the
front member 1A close to theopening 31 is provided with an arc section 1A1. The arc section 1A1 is adapted to the outer surface of a side of thedome 201 close to thebill 202. - It can be understood that, this design can improve the fit of the baseball styled
cap 20 and thefront member 1A, thereby enhancing the stability of the baseball styledcap 20 placed on thecap support 100 and preventing the baseball styledcap 20 from shaking or accidentally falling, which improves the user experience. - Optionally, the entire area of the end of the
front member 1A close to theopening 31 may be set as the arc section 1A1, or only a partial area of the end of thefront member 1A close to theopening 31 may be set as the arc section 1A1. That is, the front portion 1A2 and the side portion 1A3 may form the arc section 1A1 as a whole; or, only the part of the front portion 1A2 in contact with the outer surface of thedome 201 is the arc section 1A1, and the rest is a side section 1A4. The arc section 1A1 is connected to theback member 2A via the side section 1A4. - Specifically, in this embodiment, the arc section 1A1 is disposed corresponding to the front portion 1A2, and the side section 1A4 is disposed corresponding to the side portion 1A3.
- Specifically, in this embodiment, only the partial area of the end of the
front member 1A close to theopening 31 is set as the arc section 1A1. - Further, the middle area of the end of the
front member 1A close to theopening 31 is set as the arc section 1A1. More specifically, it is the end surface of the front member1A close to theopening 31 that defines an arc-shaped notch, to form the arc section 1A1 adapted to the outer surface of thedome 201. - Further, along the length direction of the
cap support 100, from the middle area of thecap support 100 to its two sides, the distance between thefront member 1A and the mountingsurface 10 for mounting thecap support 100 gradually decreases. That is, the width of theaccommodating space 3 corresponding to the two sides of thecap support 100 is smaller, so that thecap support 100 can better limit thebill 202, thereby further enhancing the stability of the baseball styledcap 20 placed on thecap support 100 and preventing the baseball styledcap 20 from shaking or accidentally falling. - Further, the surface of the
front member 1A directly communicated with theaccommodating space 3 is an arc surface or a flat surface. In addition, at least a part of thebill 202 entering into theaccommodating space 3 is in contact with the surface of thefront member 1A close to theaccommodating space 3. However, the arc surface enables the side of thefront member 1A close to theaccommodating space 3 to better match thebill 202. This design can effectively prevent the baseball styledcap 20 from shaking due to external factors, which further enhances the stability of the baseball styledcap 20 placed on thecap support 100. It can be understood that, the depth of theaccommodating space 3 is greater than or equal to the length of thebill 202. so that theentire bill 202 can be completely accommodated in theaccommodating space 3. - Optionally, at least one side of the
front member 1A is connected to the mountingsurface 10 via theback member 2A. It can be understood that, thefront member 1A and theback member 2A of the present disclosure can be arranged in various ways. - Referring to
FIG. 3 again, specifically, in this embodiment, two sides of thefront member 1A are correspondingly connected to two sides of theback member 2A, to form an annular structure. Theaccommodating space 3 is defined in the annular structure. Thefront member 1A and theback member 2A are integrally formed into an integral structure. - Referring to
FIG. 4 andFIGS. 6 a-6 c , optionally, thecap support 100 is projected on the mountingsurface 10 along the projection direction A from thefront member 1A to theback member 2A (as shown inFIGS. 6 a-6 c ), and the projection direction A is perpendicular to the mountingsurface 10. The projection of theback member 2A on the mountingsurface 10 falls in the projection of thefront member 1A on the mountingsurface 10; or, the projection of theback member 2A on the mountingsurface 10 partially falls in the projection of thefront member 1A on the mountingsurface 10; or, the projection of theback member 2A on the mountingsurface 10 coincides with the projection of thefront member 1A on the mountingsurface 10; or, the projection of theback member 2A on the mountingsurface 10 is at the edge of the projection of thefront member 1A on the mountingsurface 10. - It can be understood that, the
back member 2A of the present disclosure can be arranged in various ways. - Specifically, in this embodiment, the
back member 2A is disposed corresponding to at least a part of theaccommodating space 3. - Further, a
notch 32 is defined at an end of thecap support 100 away from theopening 31. Thenotch 32 communicates with theaccommodating space 3 and the outside. In this case, theaccommodating space 3 is an up-to-down space communicated with the outside. It can be understood that, this design can reduce the overall volume of thecap support 100, reduce the materials consumption, and reduce the production cost of thecap support 100. It can be understood that, in this case, the depth of theaccommodating space 3 can be smaller than the length of thebill 202, because part of thebill 202 can protrude from theaccommodating space 3 through thenotch 32. It can be understood that, since the end of thefront member 1A away from theopening 31 is inclined toward theaccommodating space 3, at this time, the farthest distance from a side of thenotch 32 away from the mountingsurface 10 to the mountingsurface 10, is smaller than the farthest distance from a side of theopening 31 away from the mountingsurface 10 to the mountingsurface 10.
