6. The storage rack of claim 4, wherein the cover is in the form of a recessed tray, and wherein when the cover is positioned on the first tray, other small items can be placed in the tray.

7. The storage rack of claim 1, wherein the second cylindrical base has a partition therein, the clip of the support stopper has a groove, the clip is clamped to the second cylindrical wall, and the partition is disposed in the groove.
