The invention discloses a blanket weaving device and a method thereof, braided wire enters the wire nozzle through the wire wheel, the wire nozzle is clamped on the wire nozzle guide rail, the braided wire is driven by the wire nozzle to reciprocate straight parallel along the needle plate above, and under the action of step-servo motor, the knitting needles are protruded upward to hook the braided wire and pulled the same down to form a coil, the knitting needles will take off the previously hooked coil when the knitting needles protruded and hook the braided wire next time, thereby the two coils are connected to each other, simultaneously, the roller rotates and clamps the woven coil and pulls the same down; by repeating the weaving process continuously, the braided wire can be processed into continuous hooked coils to form a woven blanket.
Description
- The invention relates to the technical field of blankets, in particular to a blanket weaving device and a method thereof.
- Due to the rapid development of the daily textile market, there is a constant demand for new styles of products. At present, some styles of woven blankets have to be produced by manual hand-knitting due to the limitation of processing equipment, however, hand-knitting has contamination and other disadvantages, such as low production efficiency, large deviation between the size and weight of the finished blanket and the actual requirements of the product, uneven knitting loops, and easy to dirty during the knitting process.
- Therefore, a blanket weaving device and method has become an urgent problem to be solved.
- The invention aims to provide a blanket weaving device and a method with high production efficiency and well-proportioned woven product structure.
