Abstract

The invention discloses a blanket weaving device and a method thereof, braided wire enters the wire nozzle through the wire wheel, the wire nozzle is clamped on the wire nozzle guide rail, the braided wire is driven by the wire nozzle to reciprocate straight parallel along the needle plate above, and under the action of step-servo motor, the knitting needles are protruded upward to hook the braided wire and pulled the same down to form a coil, the knitting needles will take off the previously hooked coil when the knitting needles protruded and hook the braided wire next time, thereby the two coils are connected to each other, simultaneously, the roller rotates and clamps the woven coil and pulls the same down; by repeating the weaving process continuously, the braided wire can be processed into continuous hooked coils to form a woven blanket.

Description

    1. TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The invention relates to the technical field of blankets, in particular to a blanket weaving device and a method thereof.
  • 2. BACKGROUND ART
  • Due to the rapid development of the daily textile market, there is a constant demand for new styles of products. At present, some styles of woven blankets have to be produced by manual hand-knitting due to the limitation of processing equipment, however, hand-knitting has contamination and other disadvantages, such as low production efficiency, large deviation between the size and weight of the finished blanket and the actual requirements of the product, uneven knitting loops, and easy to dirty during the knitting process.
  • Therefore, a blanket weaving device and method has become an urgent problem to be solved.
  • 3. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention aims to provide a blanket weaving device and a method with high production efficiency and well-proportioned woven product structure.
  • In order to achieve above purpose, the invention provides the following technical schemes: a blanket weaving device, comprising main body support frame, wire wheels, wire nozzle, wire nozzle guide rail, needle plate, screw rod, knitting needles, step-servo motor, belt pulley, active wire feeder, roller, operation control panel, control box;
  • The active wire feeder is arranged on the top of the main body support frame, the wire wheels are symmetrically arranged on the top of both front and rear sides of the main body support frame and is rotatably connected to the same, the wire nozzle guide rail is arranged on the front side of the main body support frame, and the wire nozzle is clamped on the wire nozzle guide rail and slides on and along the wire nozzle guide rail, the needle plate is fixed on the main body support frame, the step-servo motor is fixed at one end of the needle plate, and the two ends of the screw rod are fixed on the needle plate with bearing seats and a belt pulley is provided protruding from one end, the step-servo motor is connected with the belt pulley through a belt to drive the screw rod to rotate, and the knitting needles are connected with the screw rod, thereby the knitting needles can reciprocate up and down along the screw rod when the screw rod rotates; the roller is arranged on the back side of needle plate and clamps the woven blanket downward, the operation control panel is arranged on one side of the needle plate and connected to the control box, and the control box is fixed on the lower part of the main body support frame.
  • A blanket weaving method, comprising the following steps:
    • step 1, braided wire enters the wire nozzle through the wire wheel, the first end is clamped by the roller, the wire nozzle is clamped on the wire nozzle guide rail, and the braided wire can be moved parallel to the left and right along the direction of the needle plate, and operator sets the product parameter file to be processed through the operation control panel;
    • step 2, after starting the machine, the braided wire is drived by the wire nozzle to reciprocate straight parallel along the needle plate above, and under the action of step-servo motor, the knitting needles are protruded upward to hook the braided wire and pulled the same down to form a coil, the knitting needles will take off the previously hooked coil when the knitting needles protruded and hook the braided wire next time, thereby the two coils are connected to each other, simultaneously, the roller rotates and clamps the woven coil and pulls the same down;
    • step 3, by repeating the weaving process in step 2 continuously, the braided wire can be processed into continuous hooked coils to form a woven blanket.
  • As an improvement, the pull-down amplitude of the knitting needles determines the size of the coils, and the pull-down amplitude of the knitting needles is controlled by controlling the rotation times of the step-servo motor of the knitting needles.
  • As an improvement, by adjusting the spacing of the row of knitting needles and the size of the knitting needles, the knitting operation can be performed on wires of different diameters.
  • As an improvement, the method is suitable for soft wire from 5 to 35 mm in diameter.
  • Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: by adjusting the spacing of the row of knitting needles and the size of the knitting needles according to the actual demand, the blanket weaving device provided by the invention can perform the knitting operation on wires of different diameters. The blanket weaving method in the invention is suitable for soft wire from 5 to 35 mm in diameter, and the soft wire with a thicker diameter can be woven theoretically. By adopting the method of the invention, the woven blanket has uniform coil density, small size and weight error, and can effectively avoid man-made dirt. The quality of woven blanket is guaranteed to a great extent. The production efficiency of the invention is about 6-15 square meters/hour, about 6-15 times that of a worker’s manual knitting efficiency, and greatly improves the knitting efficiency.

  • 5. SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
  • In the invention, the terms of “arrange”, “link”, “connect” and etc., should be generally understood unless there are specific restrictions or stipulations, for example, the “connect” may refer to fixed connection, detachable connection or integral connection; the “connect” may also refer to mechanical connection or electrical connection; the means of “connect” may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and may be internal communication between the two elements. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the invention can be understood according to the specific situation.
  • In the description of the specification, the reference terms “one embodiment”, “some embodiments”, “example”, “specific example”, “some examples” and etc., may refer to that the specific features, structures, materials or characteristics described by combining the embodiment or example are included in at least one embodiment or example. In the specification, schematic statement of above terms does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example.   • The following is a further detailed description of a blanket weaving device and method with reference to the accompanying FIGS. 1-2 .
  • Embodiment 1:
    • A blanket weaving device, comprising main body support frame, wire wheels, wire nozzle, wire nozzle guide rail, needle plate, screw rod, knitting needles, step-servo motor, belt pulley, active wire feeder, roller, operation control panel, control box;
    • The active wire feeder is arranged on the top of the main body support frame, the wire wheels are symmetrically arranged on the top of both front and rear sides of the main body support frame and is rotatably connected to the same, the wire nozzle guide rail is arranged on the front side of the main body support frame, and the wire nozzle is clamped on the wire nozzle guide rail and slides on and along the wire nozzle guide rail, the needle plate is fixed on the main body support frame, the step-servo motor is fixed at one end of the needle plate, and the two ends of the screw rod are fixed on the needle plate with bearing seats and a belt pulley is provided protruding from one end, the step-servo motor is connected with the belt pulley through a belt to drive the screw rod to rotate, and the knitting needles are connected with the screw rod, thereby the knitting needles can reciprocate up and down along the screw rod when the screw rod rotates; the roller is arranged on the back side of needle plate and clamps the woven blanket downward, the operation control panel is arranged on one side of the needle plate and connected to the control box, and the control box is fixed on the lower part of the main body support frame.
  • Embodiment 2:

Claims (5)

1. A blanket weaving device, comprising main body support frame, wire wheels, wire nozzle, wire nozzle guide rail, needle plate, screw rod, knitting needles, step-servo motor, belt pulley, active wire feeder, roller, operation control panel, control box;
The active wire feeder is arranged on the top of the main body support frame, the wire wheels are symmetrically arranged on the top of both front and rear sides of the main body support frame and is rotatably connected to the same, the wire nozzle guide rail is arranged on the front side of the main body support frame, and the wire nozzle is clamped on the wire nozzle guide rail and slides on and along the wire nozzle guide rail, the needle plate is fixed on the main body support frame, the step-servo motor is fixed at one end of the needle plate, and the two ends of the screw rod are fixed on the needle plate with bearing seats and a belt pulley is provided protruding from one end, the step-servo motor is connected with the belt pulley through a belt to drive the screw rod to rotate, and the knitting needles are connected with the screw rod, thereby the knitting needles can reciprocate up and down along the screw rod when the screw rod rotates; the roller is arranged on the back side of needle plate and clamps the woven blanket downward, the operation control panel is arranged on one side of the needle plate and connected to the control box, and the control box is fixed on the lower part of the main body support frame.
2. A blanket weaving method, adopting the blanket weaving device in claim 1, comprising the following steps: Step 1, braided wire enters the wire nozzle through the wire wheel, the first end is clamped by the roller, the wire nozzle is clamped on the wire nozzle guide rail, and the braided wire can be moved parallel to the left and right along the direction of the needle plate, and operator sets the product parameter file to be processed through the operation control panel; Step 2, after starting the machine, the braided wire is driven by the wire nozzle to reciprocate straight parallel along the needle plate above, and under the action of step-servo motor, the knitting needles are protruded upward to hook the braided wire and pulled the same down to form a coil, the knitting needles will take off the previously hooked coil when the knitting needles protruded and hook the braided wire next time, thereby the two coils are connected to each other, simultaneously, the roller rotates and clamps the woven coil and pulls the same down; Step 3, by repeating the weaving process in Step 2 continuously, the braided wire can be processed into continuous hooked coils to form a woven blanket.
3. The blanket weaving method of claim 2, the pull-down amplitude of the knitting needles determines the size of the coils, and the pull-down amplitude of the knitting needles is controlled by controlling the rotation times of the step-servo motor of the knitting needles.
4. The blanket weaving method of claim 3, by adjusting the spacing of the row of knitting needles and the size of the knitting needles, the knitting operation can be performed on wires of different diameters.
5. The blanket weaving method of claim 4, the method is suitable for soft wire from 5 to 35 mm in diameter.
