Abstract

Proposed is a muscle strength training apparatus including a fixing part detachably or integrally fixed to a horizontal crossbar, a connection part vertically connected to a lower portion of the fixing part, and a handle installed to a lower portion of the connection part to be held by a hand of a user, wherein the user can exercise while holding the handle.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates generally to a muscle strength training apparatus and, more particularly, to a muscle strength training apparatus that allows a user to exercise while hanging from the apparatus.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • In general, people exercise with a machine in a gym, a playground, or at home to activate the body's metabolism and strengthen muscles. A representative example of such an exercise machine is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Application Publication No. 20-1987-0013163 (hereinafter, referred to as “related art 1”). In related art 1, various weight machines, rotating plates, and iron bars are integrally provided to allow a user to selectively perform various exercises, and a machine called an inversion table is detachably mounted on an iron bar to allow the user to hang upside down.
  • Meanwhile, Korean Utility Model Application Publication No. 20-2010-0008471 (hereinafter, referred to as “related art 2”) discloses a portable inversion apparatus that is detachably installed on an iron bar to allow a user to exercise by hanging upside down or lifting both legs while holding a handle with both hands.
  • Further, Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2009-0042700 (hereinafter, referred to as “related art 3”) discloses an exercise handle that is detachably mounted on an iron bar to allow a user to perform various exercises such as pull-ups while holding the handle.
  • In addition, Korean Patent No. 10-1142216 (hereinafter, referred to as “related art 4”) discloses a combination grip for an exercise device in which a pair handles are provided on opposite sides of a band hung on an iron bar to allow a user to perform various exercises while holding the handles.
  • Furthermore, Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0401090 (hereinafter, referred to as “related art 5”) discloses a portable multi-function exercise device in which a bar having handles at opposite ends are connected to a spring to allow a user to exercise by pulling the bar upward.
  • Moreover, Korean Utility Model Application Publication No. 20-1995-0010295 (hereinafter, referred to as “related art 6”) discloses a body training device in which upper and lower horizontal bars are connected by a spring and a string to allow a user to exercise by pulling the upper horizontal bar upward while stepping on the lower horizontal bar.
  • However, related art 1 and related art 2 are practically impossible to carry because a main frame constituting the inversion table is not foldable as it is manufactured by bending an iron plate Further, related art 3 and related art 4 are possible to carry, but since the handle is movable, the exercise posture may be changed, thus putting strain on the muscles. In addition, related art 5 and related art 6 practically enable only a pull-up exercise because the bar-shaped handle is provided with the spring, and cannot be used in connection with an iron bar, etc., and have a possibility of safety accidents due to elastic force of the spring during the pull-up exercise.
  • DISCLOSURE Technical Problem
  • Accordingly, the present disclosure has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the related art, and an objective of the present disclosure is to provide a muscle strength training apparatus, in which a fixing part is configured to be rotatably fixed to a crossbar such as an iron bar in such a manner that the fixing part is detachably fixed to the crossbar to be separated from the crossbar when necessary or is integrally fixed to the crossbar to be prevented from moving during use.
  • Another objective of the present disclosure is to provide, in which a connection part connected to a fixing part is configured in the form of a tubular body and is configured to provide an elastic force to a handle installed to a lower portion of the connection part.
  • Technical Solution
  • In order to accomplish the above objectives, the present disclosure provides a muscle strength training apparatus including: a fixing part detachably or integrally fixed to a horizontal crossbar; a connection part vertically connected to a lower portion of the fixing part; and a handle installed to a lower portion of the connection part to be held by a hand of a user.
  • The fixing part may be composed of a sleeve, and the fixing part may further include: a bearing installed in the sleeve to reduce friction of the sleeve against the crossbar; and a bearing fitting supporting at least a side of the bearing to detachably fix the bearing to an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve.
  • The connection part may include: a hollow cylinder having an upper portion to which the fixing pat is integrally installed; and a lower cap coupled to a lower portion of the cylinder to close the lower portion of the cylinder.
  • The connection part may further include: an elastic body built into the cylinder and prevented from being separated by the lower cap; a side member provided on a side of the elastic body for expansion and contraction of the elastic body; and a lifting member having a first end connected to the side member and a second end connected to the handle, and raised and lowered by the handle.
  • Advantageous Effects
  • According to the present disclosure as described above, a fixing part is rotatably suspended and fixed to a crossbar, thereby allowing a user to do stretching or muscle strengthening exercises while hanging from the apparatus. In particular, when the fixing part is detachably fixed to the crossbar, the fixing part can be separated from the crossbar when necessary, and when the fixing part is integrally fixed to the crossbar, the fixing part can be prevented from moving during use. Thus, the user can exercise smoothly.
  • Further, when the fixing part is composed of a hook, the fixing part can be easily configured in a simple manner, when the fixing part is composed of a stick clamp, the fixing part can be easily and detachably installed on the crossbar, and when the fixing part is composed of a sleeve, the fixing part can be fixed by inserting the fixing part into the crossbar.
  • Furthermore, when a bearing is installed in the sleeve of the fixing part, friction of the sleeve can be prevented, and when a bearing fitting is composed of a step and a snap ring or a plurality of snap rings, the bearing can be easily installed on an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve.
  • In addition, when a connection part is composed of a hollow cylinder and a lower cover, durability of the connection part can be improved and a handle can be connected to the connection part through the lower cover, and when the cylinder is provided with an elastic body, a side member, and a lifting member, an elastic force can be provided to the user to increase the exercise effect.
  • Moreover, when a stopper is provided, a safety accident caused by rotation of the connection part can be prevented, when a smartphone fixing part is provided, a smartphone can be detachably fixed to a band, and when a guide device for guiding an exercise method by voice is provided, the user can exercise according to the voice from a speaker of the guide device, thereby enabling the user to exercise correctly with a set method.

  • BEST MODE
  • Hereinafter, a muscle strength training apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the muscle strength training apparatus 50 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is configured to be detachably or integrally fixed to a horizontal crossbar 90 such as an iron bar and is installed in a suspended state in the air. As will be described later, the muscle strength training apparatus 50 includes a fixing part detachably or integrally fixed to the horizontal crossbar 90, a connection part vertically connected to a lower portion of the fixing part, and a handle installed to a lower portion of the connection part to be held by a hand of a user.
  • The fixing part is rotatably fixed to the crossbar 90. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the fixing part may be composed of, for example, a hook 52 made of a steel rod bent in a “∩” shape when viewed from side. The hook 52 includes a pair of front vertical portions 52 b and a pair of rear vertical portions 52 a. The hook 52 is formed by bending one steel bar to form the front vertical portions 52 b and the rear vertical portions 52 a. Thus, as illustrated in FIG. 1 , the hook 52 has a shape such as the letter “U” when viewed from front as the front vertical portions 52 b and the rear vertical portions 52 a are integrally connected to each other. In addition, as illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 8 , the hook 52 is provided with a bent portion 52 d bent inward at an end of each of the rear vertical portions 52 a.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the connection part composed of a fabric band 54 which will be described later is connected to respective lower ends of the rear vertical portions 52 a of the hook 52. As illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 2 , the connection part composed of a metal rod 54 a may be connected to the lower ends of the rear vertical portions 52 a of the hook 52. Alternatively, as illustrated in FIG. 8 , a connection part composed of a cylinder 63 may be connected to the lower ends of the rear vertical portions 52 a.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the connection part may be composed of, for example, the fabric band 54 so as to be easily folded. The band 54 is preferably made of a non-elastic fabric to be prevented from being excessively rotated during exercise. The band 54 may be formed to have a length equal to or longer than that of a stick 56 which will be described later. As illustrated in FIG. 2 , the band 54 is formed by folding and sewing one piece of fabric in an overlapped manner to have, at an upper end thereof, an upper fitting hole into which the respective bent portions 52 d of the hook 52 described above is fitted and, at a lower end thereof, a lower fitting hole into which the stick 56 of the handle which will be described later is fitted horizontally. Thus, the hook 52 of the fixing part is connected to the upper end of the band 54, and the stick 56 of the handle is connected to the lower end thereof.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 11 , the handle may be composed of, for example, the stick 56 described above. The stick 56 is configured as a bar having a horizontal length and having opposite ends held by both hands of the user. A rubber grip GR may be mounted on each of the opposite ends of the stick 56 to allow both hands of the user to easily hold the stick 56. Alternatively, a ring (not illustrated) may be provided on each of the opposite ends of the stick 56. The ring is a ring-shaped handle applied to a conventional exercise machine, so a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
  • Here, as illustrated in FIG. 3 , the band 54 described above may be provided with a smartphone fixing part for detachably fixing a smartphone SP. The smartphone fixing part includes a pocket PK installed on the lower end of the band 54 and a ring clamp BD installed above the pocket PK.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 3 , a lower end of the smartphone SP is inserted and seated in the pocket PK. The ring clamp BD is installed in a ring shape on the band 54 and is located on the upper portion of the pocket PK. The ring clamp BD is provided with a fastener F at each of opposite ends thereof to surround and fix an upper portion of the smartphone SP by fastening the respective fasteners F to each other in a circular shape. Therefore, the user can watch the smartphone SP during exercise by inserting the lower end of the smartphone SP into the pocket PK and fixing the upper end with the ring clamp BD.
  • Meanwhile, the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a guide device for guiding an exercise method by voice. As illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the guide device may include, for example, a switch SW provided on a side of the handle 56, a memory 75 for storing a voice exercise method, and a voice converter 77 for converting the voice exercise method of the memory 75 into a voice signal by the switch SW, a speaker SP for outputting the voice signal of the voice converter 77 as a sound, and a battery 79 for supplying power to these components. In the guide device, when the switch SW is operated, the exercise method previously stored in the memory 75 is converted into voice by the voice converter 77 and output through the speaker SP. Thus, the user can easily exercise with the exercise method guided by the speaker SP.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 6 , the muscle strength training apparatus 50 configured as described above allows the user to do stretching or strengthening exercises in a variety of ways, such as hanging, stretching, squatting, bending, etc., by hanging the hook 52 on the crossbar 90 and then holding the handle 56 with both hands.
  • At this time, the user may be informed of the exercise method by voice by manipulating the switch SW described above, and alternatively, may be informed of the exercise method through the smartphone SP fixed to the band 54.
  • Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 7 , the fixing part may be composed of a stick clamp 55 having a lower portion to which the band 54 described above is vertically connected, and integrally fixed to the crossbar 90 in a shape surrounding the crossbar 90. The stick clamp 55 includes a body 55 b configured like a conventional scaffold clamp and openable or closable, and a protruding mounting portion to which the band 54 described above is connected.
  • As illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 7 , a pair of bodies 55 b are provided to be coupled to each other in a state of facing each other with respect to a hinge H. When coupled, the pair of bodies 55 b form a hollow inner circumferential surface for restraining the crossbar 90. Thus, the bodies 55 b are fixed to the crossbar 90 while surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the crossbar 90.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 7 , each of the pair of bodies 55 b is provided with a wing 55 a at an upper end thereof. The wing 55 a has a cutout notch N into which a bolt B is inserted. As the bolt B is fastened to the respective cutout notches N, the pair of bodies 55 b are fixed to the crossbar 90 in a coupled state.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 7 , the protrusion mounting portion may be composed of, for example, a ring 52 e integrally connected to a lower portion of the bodies 55 b. The ring 52 e is fitted into the upper fitting hole of the band 54 described above. Thus, the band 54 is vertically connected to the lower portion of the bodies 55 b through the ring 52 e.
  • In the muscle strength training apparatus 50 as described above, the crossbar 90 is placed on the inside of the bodies 55 b as shown in FIG. 7 by opening the bodies 55 b of the stick clamp 55 through the hinge H, then the bodies 55 b are closed again, and then the bolt B is inserted and fastened into the cutout notches N of the wing 55 a. Accordingly, the stick clamp 55 is fixed to and suspended from the crossbar 90. At this time, the stick 56 of the handle is connected to the clamp 55 through the band 54 and is suspended from the crossbar 90 through the clamp 55. Thus, the user can exercise by holding the stick 56 with both hands.
  • Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 8 , the connection part described above may be configured as a cylindrical tube. The connection part includes a hollow cylinder 63 and a lower cap CP. The cylinder 63 may be configured as a cylindrical metal tube. The cylinder 63 has an upper portion on which the fixing part composed of the hook 52 or stick clamp 55 described above is integrally installed. The lower cap CP is screwed or welded to a lower portion of the cylinder 63 to close the lower portion of the cylinder 63.
  • The lower cap CP is connected to the handle composed of the stick 56 described above. The stick 56 may be connected to the lower cap CP through a conventional biner BN and rings ER and R. In other words, the handle may be integrally connected to the cylinder 63 through the biner BN and the rings ER and R. Thus, the handle is installed horizontally to the lower portion of the cylinder 63 on which the lower cap CP is mounted.
  • In the muscle strength training apparatus 50 as described above, the cylinder 63 has superior durability than the band 54 since it is made of a hollow metal tube, reduces the weight due to its hollow structure, and is connected to the handle through the lower cap CP.
  • Here, an upper cap (not illustrated) similar to the lower cap CP may be installed on the upper portion of the cylinder 63 described above to close the upper portion of the cylinder 63. The upper cap is configured in the same manner as the lower cap CP to close the upper portion of the cylinder 63. Thus, the upper cap prevents rainwater or dust from flowing into the upper portion of the cylinder 63. Since the configuration of the upper cap can be easily understood by those skilled in the art, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
  • Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 8 , the cylinder 63 described above may include an elastic body 62, a side member PT, and a lifting member RD built therein. The elastic body 62 is configured as a coil spring, is built into the cylinder 63, and is prevented from being separated by the lower cap CP. The side member PT is provided on a side of the elastic body 62 for expansion and contraction of the elastic body 62. The side member PT may be, for example, provided on top of the elastic body 62 and installed to the side of the elastic body 62. The side member PT may be configured as a plate or a horizontal bar having a diameter or length greater than that of the elastic body 62.
  • The lifting member RD has a first end connected to the side member PT, and a second end connected to the stick 65 of the handle. The lifting member RD may be configured as, for example, a rod. The lifting member RD may be provided, at a lower end thereof, with the ring ER to which the biner BN is coupled. As the biner BN connected to the ring ER of the lower end of the lifting member RD is fastened to the ring R provided on the stick 65 of the handle, the stick 65 of the handle is integrally connected to a lower portion of the lifting member RD. However, unlike illustrated in the drawings, the stick 65 of the handle maybe directly connected to the lower end of the lifting member RD by welding or bolting.
  • In the muscle strength training apparatus 50 as described above, when the user pulls the stick 65 of the handle downward as illustrated in FIG. 8 , the lifting member RD is lowered in conjunction with the stick 65 to cause the side member PT to be vertically lowered as illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 8 . At this time, the side member PT presses and compresses the elastic body 62 from above. Then, when the user's force pulling the stick 65 is weakened or removed and the elastic body 62 is restored thereby, the side member PT is raised back to its original position in conjunction with the lifting member RD as illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 8 . As the stick 65 is raised by the lifting member RD, the user who has pulled the stick 65 downward is stretched while both hands and arms are pulled upward. Thus, the user can smoothly relax and contract the muscles with the help of the elastic force provided by the elastic body 62 that expands and contracts, so that the exercise effect is increased. At this time, since the elastic body 62 is built into the cylinder 63, noise from the elastic body 62 is blocked. As a result, the user's muscles are strengthened as they are smoothly relaxed and contracted with the help of the elastic force.
  • Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10 , the muscle strength training apparatus 50 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure as described above may be installed on a hanger. The hanger may include a pair of base frames 120 installed in a spaced apart state on the ground, a pair of posts 110 vertically installed on the base frame 120, respectively, a space bar 110 b installed horizontally between the posts 110 to prevent the posts 110 from being opened or closed, and a plurality of hooks 112 installed on each of the posts 110 along the longitudinal direction of the post 110.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 9 , the area of each of the base frames 120 gradually increases rearward so that the posts 110 do not fall rearward by the user's weight during use. Since the area of the base frame 120 increases rearward, the weight of a rear side of the base frame 120 is heavier than that of a front side thereof. Thus, the base frame 120 is prevented from falling rearward.
  • As illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10 , each of the posts 110 is preferably installed on each of the base frames 120 through a fitting pipe 110 a installed in the base frame 120 so as not to be separated from the base frame 120. The post 110 may be installed vertically on the base frame 120 as illustrated by an imaginary line in FIG. 9 , and alternatively, may be installed to be inclined at an inclination of about 7 to 25 degrees toward the front side of the base frame 120 as illustrated by a solid line in FIG. 9 . As illustrated by the imaginary line and the solid line, the hooks 112 are vertically aligned or not vertically aligned depending on an installation angle of the post 110. The installation angle of the post 110 is determined according to installation conditions of the muscle strength training apparatus 50.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 10 , the crossbar 90 is hooked and fixed to the hooks 112. Since the hooks 112 are installed along the longitudinal direction of the post 110, the crossbar 90 may be installed on a hook 112 of a desired height. The crossbar 90 is installed horizontally on the post 110 by the hooks 112. The muscle strength training apparatus 50 is fixed to the crossbar 90 through the fixing part described above.
  • Here, as illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 9 , the hooks 112 described above may be manufactured by punching a metal plate with a laser and then attached to the post 110 by welding or bolting. Thus, the hooks 112 is easily manufactured.
  • Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIGS. 11 and 12 , the fixing part described above may be composed of a sleeve 57. The sleeve 57 has an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the crossbar 90. The sleeve 57 is horizontally fitted over the crossbar 90, and is rotatably integrally fixed to the crossbar 90. The above-described connection part illustrated in FIG. 8 may be vertically connected to a central portion of the sleeve 57. The connection part illustrated in FIG. 8 is preferably connected in communication with the sleeve 57 so as to reduce the overall weight.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 12 , the sleeve 57 may have a bearing 57 a installed on an inner circumferential surface thereof. The bearing 57 a is configured as a circular ball bearing and the crossbar 90 passes through the center thereof. The bearing 57 a reduces friction of the sleeve 57 against the crossbar 90 when the sleeve 57 is rotated about the crossbar 90 by the user. Thus, the sleeve 57 is rotated smoothly.
  • The bearing 57 a is integrally fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57 by a bearing fitting. The bearing fitting supports a side surface of the bearing 57 a to detachably fix the bearing 57 a to the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57. As illustrated in FIG. 12 , the bearing fitting may include a step 57 p protruding from the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57 to support a first side of the bearing 57 a, and a snap ring SR installed on the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57 to support a second side of the bearing 57 a. In this case, the opposite sides of the bearing 57 a are supported by the step 57 p and the snap ring SR, so that the bearing 57 a is formed fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57. However, the bearing fitting may be configured to include a pair of snap rings SR so that the opposite sides of the bearing 57 a are supported by the snap rings SR. In other words, the snap rings SR may be fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57 so as to be positioned on the opposite sides of the bearing 57 a, thereby supporting the opposite sides of the bearing 57 a. Since the configuration of the snap rings SR can be easily understood by those skilled in the art, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 12 , the sleeve 57 may have a waterproof cover 57 b installed at each end thereof. The waterproof cover 57 b is installed on the outside of the bearing 57 a to close the outside of the bearing 57 a. The waterproof cover 57 b may be configured as, for example, a rubber plate or a rubber stopper. The waterproof cover 57 b is detachably fixed to the sleeve 57 by a cover fitting. The cover fitting may be composed of a snap ring SR installed on the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57 to support a surface of the waterproof cover 57 b along an outer periphery of the waterproof cover 57 b. Since the snap ring SR is the same configuration as the snap ring SR of the bearing fitting described above, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
  • Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 12 , the lower cap CP described above may be provided with a spring seat SP. The spring seat SP is formed to protrude from the lower cap CP to support an outer circumferential surface of the elastic body 62 described above. The spring sheet SP supports the elastic body 62 in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the elastic body 62. Thus, the elastic body 62 is prevented from moving during expansion and contraction, and thus is prevented from colliding with the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 57, thereby preventing collision noise from being generated.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 13 , the muscle strength training apparatus 50 as described above is installed by fitting the sleeve 57 over the crossbar 90 installed horizontally in the post 110 of the hanger. Thus, the user can exercise while holding the handle under the cylinder 63 vertically connected to the sleeve 57. At this time, the sleeve 57 is rotated smoothly by the bearing 57 a and is operated smoothly outdoors since it is waterproofed by the waterproof cover 57 b. Also, since the elastic body 62 is supported by the spring seat SP, the elastic body 62 expands and contracts stably, and noise caused by the elastic body 62 is prevented.
  • Here, as illustrated in FIG. 13 , each of the posts 110 described above is vertically installed on the ground as a bottom flange thereof is bolted with a bolt B to a base BS buried in the ground. In addition, as illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 13 , opposite ends of the crossbar 90 described above are fixed to the posts 110 by bolts B. As illustrated in FIG. 14 , the crossbar 90 is provided with a snap ring SR caught by the bearing 57 a of the sleeve 57. As illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 14 , the snap ring SR is installed in a snap ring groove 90 a formed in the crossbar 90, and is supported and caught by the bearing 57 a to prevent the sleeve 57 from moving. Thus, the muscle strength training apparatus 50 does not move along the crossbar 90 during exercise.
  • Meanwhile, the crossbar 90 or post 110 described above may be provided with a stopper. The stopper prevents the sleeve 63, the clamp 55, or the hook 52 of the above-described fixing part rotatably installed on the crossbar 90 from rotating 360 degrees about the crossbar 90. In other words, the stopper prevents the muscle strength training apparatus 50 from being rotated by 360 degrees about the crossbar 90. Thus, the stopper prevents the muscle strength training apparatus 50 from being rotated 360 degrees and colliding with the user's occipital region.
  • As illustrated in the enlarged part of FIG. 13 , the stopper may be composed of, for example, a bending stick 92 bent and protruding from the crossbar 90, and controlling a rotation angle of the fixing part by catching the fixing part or the connection part through a protruding portion thereof. On the contrary, as illustrated in FIG. 13 , the stopper may be composed of, for example, a barricade 95 configured as a panel, fixed to an upper portion of each of the posts 110 at a higher position than the crossbar 90, and controlling the rotation angle of the fixing part by catching the fixing part or the connection part. The bending stick 92 or the barricade 95 catches the sleeve 63 when the muscle strength training apparatus 50 is rotated. Thus, the bending stick 92 or the barricade 95 controls a rotation angle of the muscle strength training apparatus 50 to prevent a safety accident from occurring.
  • Here, unlike illustrated in the drawings, the barricade 95 may be configured as a bar installed at an upper end of the post 110 together with the crossbar 90. The bar is installed at an upper end of the crossbar 90 to control the rotation angle of the muscle strength training apparatus 50 by catching the cylinder 63. Since the configuration of the bar can be easily understood by those skilled in the art, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Claims (12)

1. A muscle strength training apparatus comprising:
a fixing part detachably or integrally fixed to a horizontal crossbar;
a connection part vertically connected to a lower portion of the fixing part; and
a handle installed to a lower portion of the connection part to be held by a hand of a user,
wherein the fixing part is rotatably fixed to the crossbar, and
wherein the the handle is suspended in air as the connection part is fixed to the crossbar through the fixing part.
2. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fixing part is composed of any one of:
a hook having a lower portion to which the connection part is vertically connected, bent in a “∩” shape so as to be hung on the crossbar, and detachably fixed to the crossbar;
a stick clamp having a lower portion to which the connection part is vertically connected, and integrally fixed to the crossbar in a shape surrounding the crossbar; and
a sleeve having a lower portion to which the connection part is vertically connected, and fitted over the crossbar and integrally fixed to the crossbar.
3. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 2, wherein the stick clamp comprises:
a pair of bodies coupled to each other in a state of facing each other with respect to a hinge, forming a hollow inner circumferential surface for restraining the crossbar when coupled, and fixed to the crossbar while surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the crossbar; and
a protruding mounting portion protruding from a lower portion of the body so that the connection part is connected to the protruding mounting portion.
4. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 2, wherein the sleeve has an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the crossbar and is rotatably fixed to the crossbar, and
the fixing part further comprises:
a bearing installed in the sleeve to reduce friction of the sleeve against the crossbar; and a bearing fitting supporting at least a side of the bearing to detachably fix the bearing to an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve,
wherein the bearing fitting comprises:
a step protruding from the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve to support a first side of the bearing; and
a snap ring installed on the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve to support a second side of the bearing.
5. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:
a plurality of waterproof covers each of which covers an end of the sleeve; and
a cover fitting detachably fixing each of the waterproof covers to the end of the sleeve,
wherein the cover fitting is composed of a snap ring installed on the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve to support a surface of each of the waterproof covers along an outer periphery of the waterproof cover.
6. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 1, wherein the connection part is composed of a fabric band having an upper portion to which the fixing part is integrally installed and a lower portion to which the handle is integrally installed, and having a vertical length,
wherein the fabric band is made of a non-elastic fabric material, and
the fabric band has, at an upper end thereof, an upper fitting hole into which the hook of the fixing part is fitted and, at a lower end thereof, a lower fitting hole into which a stick of the handle is fitted, so that the hook is connected to the upper end of the band through the upper fitting hole and the stick is fixed through the lower fitting hole.
7. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 1, wherein the connection part comprises:
a hollow cylinder having an upper portion to which the fixing pat is integrally installed; and
a lower cap coupled to a lower portion of the cylinder to close the lower portion of the cylinder,
wherein the handle is installed to the lower portion of the cylinder to which the lower cap is coupled.
8. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 7, wherein the connection part further comprises:
an elastic body built into the cylinder and prevented from being separated by the lower cap;
a side member provided on a side of the elastic body for expansion and contraction of the elastic body; and
a lifting member having a first end connected to the side member and a second end connected to the handle, and raised and lowered by the handle,
wherein the lifting member vertically moves the side member by raising and lowering of the handle, thereby causing the elastic body to expand and contract through the side member.
9. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 8, wherein the connection part further comprises a spring seat protruding from the lower cap to support an outer circumferential surface of the elastic body,
wherein the spring sheet supports the elastic body in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the elastic body.
10. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 1, further comprising
a stopper provided integrally with the crossbar or provided integrally with a post on which the crossbar is installed, and controlling a rotation angle of the fixing part rotatably installed on the crossbar.
11. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 10, wherein the stopper is composed of a bending stick bent and protruding from the crossbar, and controlling the rotation angle of the fixing part by catching the fixing part or the connection part through a protruding portion thereof.
12. The muscle strength training apparatus of claim 10, wherein the stopper is composed of a barricade configured as a panel or a bar, fixed to an upper portion of the post at a higher position than the crossbar, and controlling the rotation angle of the fixing part by catching the fixing part or the connection part.
