    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
  • This application claims the priority benefit of China application serial no. 202220236597.X, filed on Jan. 28, 2022 and 202320031170.0 on Jan. 6, 2023. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this specification.
  • BACKGROUND Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor shed products, in particular to a waterproof roof for an outdoor shed and the outdoor shed.
  • Description of Related Art
  • Outdoor sheds can keep out wind and rain, are often built in scenic spots to provide temporary rest places for people, are high in practicability, and are also widely applied to leisure places such as squares, beaches, parks and courtyards to provide comfortable leisure and cooling spaces for people.
  • Roofs of the existing outdoor sheds are usually made of iron sheet materials, for example, a sunshade tent is disclosed in the publication number CN111764695A and comprises a frame main body and an iron sheet arranged at the top of the frame main body, wherein the frame main body comprises foot tubes and connecting tubes arranged above the foot tubes, a roof is arranged at the top of the frame main body, the roof comprises quadrangular inclined tubes and middle inclined tubes, the quadrangular inclined tubes are fixedly arranged at openings of top ends of the foot tubes, the middle inclined tubes are fixedly arranged on the connecting tubes, and the iron sheet is fixedly arranged on the quadrangular inclined tubes and the middle inclined tubes. However, such tent body is made of a metal material as a whole, so that the weight thereof is relatively large, and the product is relatively tedious to assemble and fix.
  • In addition, the existing outdoor sheds adopting the design of wood structures are usually log cabins, for example, a tent cabin is disclosed in the publication number CN215168434U and comprises a wood wall body, wherein a door curtain is arranged at an upper portion of the middle of a front end of the wood wall body, a wood door is fixedly connected to a lower portion of the middle of the front end of the wood wall body, a door frame is fixedly connected to a lower portion of a right end of the wood wall body, a rear window is arranged in the middle of a rear end of the wood wall body, two sides of a lower portion of the rear end of the wood wall body are fixedly connected to front ends of connecting rods, front portions of the connecting rods are fixedly connected to first vertical rods, front ends of the first vertical rods are fixedly connected to a bottom end of a table board, rear portions of the connecting rods are fixedly connected to second vertical rods, and top ends of the second vertical rods are fixedly connected to bottom ends of seat boards. However, such product is complex in structure, meanwhile, a roof thereof usually needs the special waterproof design, products such as tiles usually need to be combined, and thus the product is inconvenient to use in some outdoor leisure places.
  • SUMMARY
  • For the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a waterproof roof for an outdoor shed and the outdoor shed, a wood shed body structure is adopted, the roof waterproof structure design is optimized and combined, and the invention is convenient to use in outdoor leisure places and has the characteristics of good aesthetic feeling of appearance and good product use effect.
  • The technical problems can be solved by the present invention through the following
  • Technical Solution
  • the waterproof roof for the outdoor shed, the waterproof roof comprising a roof frame and a roof plate group matching with the roof frame for installation, wherein the roof plate group comprises a plurality of roof plates spliced in sequence, each of the roof plates comprises a plate body and a waterproof layer covering the plate body, the waterproof layer at least covers an upper surface of the corresponding plate body, and the waterproof layer is fixedly installed on the corresponding plate body by means of a binder.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the roof plate group further comprises a top fixing beam, side edge wrapping beams and splicing beams, the plurality of roof plates are subjected to primary splicing to form a roof plate unit, the top fixing beam is installed on an edge of one side of the roof plate unit in a splicing length direction of the roof plates, the side edge wrapping beams are installed on edges of outer sides of the roof plates, located on two sides, in the roof plate unit, and the splicing beams are installed at splicing positions between every two adjacent roof plates.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, waterproof dye layers are sprayed to outer surfaces of the top fixing beam, the side edge wrapping beams and the splicing beams.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, a first installation portion and a second installation portion are respectively arranged on two sides of the plate body, and the first installation portion is used to be spliced and match with the second installation portion of another plate body adjacent to the plate body.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the first installation portion comprises a first convex edge and a first groove portion, the second installation portion comprises a second convex edge and a second groove portion, the first convex edge is used to correspondingly match with the second groove portion, and the first groove portion is used to correspondingly match with the second convex edge.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the roof frame comprises a cross beam frame, side beam frames and reinforcing frames, the cross beam frame is rectangular, the side beam frames are respectively arranged on two sides of the cross beam frame, and the roof plate group is installed on the side beam frames by means of the reinforcing frames.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the side beam frames are arranged in an inverted ā€œVā€ shape, and the roof plate group is divided into two sides and is installed in an inclined manner.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the waterproof layer covers at least one side wall of the plate body and partially covers a lower surface adjacent to the side wall of the plate body.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the waterproof layer adopts a polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, and the plate body is made of a wood material.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the outdoor shed having a waterproof roof structure further comprises at least two supporting legs and any above-mentioned waterproof roof for the outdoor shed, and specifically comprises the roof frame, the supporting legs for supporting the roof frame and the roof plate group covering the roof frame, the roof frame comprises a ring beam frame group, an inclined beam group and a roof group, the ring beam frame group comprises a first ring beam frame and a second ring beam frame, the first ring beam frame is used to match with the supporting legs for installation, the second ring beam frame is used to match with the roof group for installation, the inclined beam group comprises a plurality of inclined beams, the second ring beam frame is located at an upper portion of the first ring beam frame, the first ring beam frame and the second ring beam frame are covered with the roof plate group, and the roof group is covered with the roof plate group.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, a first installation seat is arranged at a top end of each of the supporting legs, the first installation seat comprises an inclined beam installation seat, one end of the corresponding inclined beam is used to be fixedly installed on the inclined beam installation seat, and another end of the inclined beam is fixedly installed on the corresponding second ring beam frame by means of a second installation seat.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, a first ring beam comprises two ring beam bodies, one end of each of the ring beam bodies is provided with a ring beam butt-joint portion, the two ring beam bodies are spliced and match with each other by means of the ring beam butt joint portions, and each of the ring beam butt-joint portions is provided with a ring beam fixing plate in a matching manner.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, a curtain frame is arranged on an inner side wall of the first ring beam, and the curtain frame is used to hang a curtain.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, reinforcing beams are arranged between the supporting legs and the first ring beam frame, and two ends of the reinforcing beams are fixedly installed on the supporting legs and a plurality of the first ring beams of the first ring beam frame respectively.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, stake seats are arranged at bottoms of the supporting legs in a matching manner, and base sleeves are arranged outside the stake seats.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, third installation seats are arranged in the middle of each of the inclined beams, a third ring beam is arranged on the third installation seats between every two adjacent inclined beams in a matching manner, and a plurality of the third ring beams form a third ring beam frame.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the second ring beam frame comprises a plurality of second ring beams and corner members connected between every two adjacent second ring beams, a ring beam installation portion is arranged at a lower portion of each of the corner members, an upper portion of each of the corner members is a roof installation portion, and each of the roof installation portions is used to match with the roof group for installation.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the roof group comprises roof beams, lower portions of the roof beams fixedly match with the roof installation portions, fourth installation seats are further arranged on the roof beams, a roof ring beam is arranged on the fourth installation seats on the two adjacent roof beams in a matching manner, and a plurality of the roof ring beams form a roof ring beam frame in a surrounding manner.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, upper ends of the roof beams match with a central top beam by means of fifth installation seats for installation.
  • Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the present invention, through optimized design of the waterproof roof structure, the combined structure with the waterproof layers combined with wood plates is adopted, thus the good waterproof performance of the roof is achieved, building of the whole wood shed frame is facilitated, and the outdoor shed product which has the good appearance design, is easy and convenient to assemble and is relatively low in cost is provided.
  • The features of the present invention can be clearly understood by referring to drawings of this case and detailed description of following preferred embodiments.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • In order to make the technical means, creative features, achievement goals and effects achieved by the present invention easy to understand, the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific illustrations.
  • Embodiment 1
  • In conjunction with FIGS. 1-11 , this embodiment discloses a waterproof roof for an outdoor shed, the roof comprising a roof frame and a roof plate group matching with the roof frame for installation, wherein the roof frame is a main body structure, and roof frames in different shapes and structures can be designed according to different shapes of different outdoor sheds; the roof plate group is used to cover an upper portion of the roof frame so as to form a roof structure capable of shading light, shading the sun and keeping out the rain; and a symmetric structure design is preferred for a shed body structure.
  • The roof plate group comprises a plurality of roof plates 310 spliced in sequence, each of the roof plates 310 comprises a plate body 311 and a waterproof layer 312 covering the plate body 311, the waterproof layer 312 at least covers an upper surface of the plate body 311, and the waterproof layer 312 is fixedly installed on the plate body 311 by means of a binder; preferably, the waterproof layer 312 adopts a polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, by bonding and fixing the structure, an outer surface of the roof has a good waterproof structure, the waterproof layer and the plate body are relatively convenient to bond and process, and the modular structure is adopted to facilitate overall combination and installation of a product; and the plate body 311 is made of a wood material, and the good protection effect can be achieved through combination with the polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.
  • The waterproof layer 312 covers at least one side wall of the plate body 311 and partially covers a lower surface adjacent to the side wall, which can improve the watertightness of the side, prevent rainwater from corroding the internal plate body and improve the protection for the plate body 311.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, the roof plate group further comprises a top fixing beam 320, side edge wrapping beams 340 and splicing beams 330, waterproof dye layers are sprayed to outer surfaces of the top fixing beam 320, the side edge wrapping beams 340 and the splicing beams 330, and the top fixing beam 320, the side edge wrapping beams 340 and the splicing beams 330 are all made of wood materials; the plurality of roof plates 310 are subjected to primary splicing to form a roof plate unit, the roof plate unit is of a flat plate structure, the top fixing beam 320 is installed on an edge of one side of the roof plate unit in a splicing length direction of the roof plates 310, the plurality of roof plates 310 are connected with each other, and the top fixing beam 320 can be divided into two or three sections according to the length design of the specific roof plate unit; the side edge wrapping beams 340 are installed on edges of outer sides of the roof plates 310, located on two sides, in the roof plate unit, are used to cover the side edges of the roof plate unit, and usually adopt the L-shaped structure design; and the splicing beams 330 are installed at splicing positions between every two adjacent roof plates 310, are used to achieve fixed installation of every two adjacent roof plates 310, and cover connection gaps.
  • Screws or bolts for tight installation are usually used to achieve fixing between the top fixing beam 320 and the roof plates 310, fixing between the side edge wrapping beams 340 and the roof plates 310, and fixing between the splicing beams 330 and the roof plates 310 in the roof plate group.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, a first installation portion and a second installation portion are respectively arranged on two sides of each plate body 311, the first installation portion is used to be spliced and match with the second installation portion of the adjacent plate body, the first installation portion comprises a first convex edge 3111 and a first groove portion 3112, the second installation portion comprises a second convex edge 3113 and a second groove portion 3114, the first convex edge 3111 is used to correspondingly match with the second groove portion 3114, and the first groove portion 3112 is used to correspondingly match with the second convex edge 3113; and the opposite splicing structure is adopted, so that the flatter surface can be realized.
  • The roof frame comprises a cross beam frame 240, side beam frames 350 and reinforcing frames 360; in one of the preferred embodiments, in conjunction with FIG. 1 , FIG. 2 and FIGS. 5-7 , the cross beam frame 240 is rectangular, the side beam frames 350 are respectively arranged on two sides of the cross beam frame 240, the cross beam frame 240 usually comprises long cross beams and short cross beams, wherein the long cross beams usually need to be butt jointed by means of connectors so as to guarantee the overall strength and length specifications, and in addition, a lower portion of the roof plate unit will match with the long cross beams for installation usually; in one of the preferred embodiments, in conjunction with FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 , the cross beam frame 240 comprises two parallel cross beams, two ends of the cross beams are both used to match with the side beam frames 350 for installation, the roof plate group is installed on the side beam frames 350 by means of the reinforcing frames, the side beam frames 350 are arranged in an inverted ā€œVā€ shape, and the roof plate group is divided into two sides and is installed in an inclined manner; wherein a plurality of reinforcing frames 360 are provided and are usually installed in a reinforcing manner in a length direction of the roof plate unit, so as to improve the installation stability between the roof plates conveniently; and in conjunction with FIG. 5 , FIG. 6 and FIG. 8 , the drawings are all side views, the side beam frames 350 are usually located on the two sides, and decorative structures can be added on the sides to improve the overall aesthetic feeling of the appearance.
  • Embodiment 2
  • On the basis of Embodiment 1, this embodiment further comprises an outdoor shed having a waterproof roof structure, the shed comprising at least two supporting legs 100 and any above-mentioned waterproof roof for the outdoor shed; and preferably, the shed comprising four supporting legs 100.
  • In the present invention, through optimized design of the waterproof roof structure, the combined structure with the waterproof layers combined with wood plates is adopted, thus the good waterproof performance of the roof is achieved, building of the whole wood shed frame is facilitated, and an outdoor shed product which has the good appearance design, is easy and convenient to assemble and is relatively low in cost is provided.
  • Embodiment 3
  • On the basis of Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2, in conjunction with FIGS. 12-31 , this embodiment discloses an installation and fixing structure of the outdoor shed having the waterproof roof structure, the installation and fixing structure comprising the roof frame, the supporting legs 100 for supporting the roof frame and the roof plate group 300 covering the roof frame, wherein the roof frame is an outdoor wood ceiling of a double-roof structure relative to Embodiment 1; the roof plate group 300 is formed by sequentially splicing the roof plates 310 of different specifications; and the roof plates 310 having the waterproof structures in Embodiment 1 is preferred for the roof plates 310.
  • The roof frame comprises a ring beam frame group, an inclined beam group 500 and a roof group 300, the ring beam frame group comprises a first ring beam frame 200 and a second ring beam frame 600, the first ring beam frame 200 is used to match with the supporting legs 100 for installation, the second ring beam frame 600 is used to match with the roof group 700 for installation, the second ring beam frame 600 is located at an upper portion of the first ring beam frame 200, the first ring beam frame 200 and the second ring beam frame 600 are covered with the roof plate group 300, and the roof group 700 is covered with the roof plate group 300; and the modular installation structure is adopted to facilitate building and fixing of the wood shed.
  • There are usually four supporting legs 100, there may also be six or two supporting legs according to different structures of the outdoor shed, and four supporting legs are preferred in this embodiment and are arranged vertically; a first installation seat 110 is arranged at the top end of each of the supporting legs 100, the first installation seat 110 comprises an inclined beam installation seat 111, the first installation seat 110 is usually a metal member, wherein fixing holes are usually formed in a bottom plate of the first installation seat 110, the first installation seat is fixedly installed at the top end of the supporting leg 100 by means of combining bolts or screws with components such as nuts, a stake seat 120 is arranged at the bottom of the supporting leg 100 in a matching manner, and a base sleeve 130 is arranged outside the stake seat 120, the stake seat 120 is usually provided with four installation plates 121, the installation plates 121 are provided with fixing holes, fasteners penetrate through the fixing holes to fix and match the installation plates 121 with the supporting leg 100 so as to fix and install the stake seat 120 on the supporting leg 100, the base sleeve 130 is usually sleeved on the supporting leg 100 firstly, the stake seat 120 is fixed to the ground by means of stakes, and then the installation plates 121 are combined to fixedly install the supporting leg 100 on the stake seat 120 to vertically install the supporting leg 100.
  • The first ring beam frame 200 is used to match with the supporting legs 100 for installation, the first ring beam frame 200 comprises four first ring beams 210, ends of the first ring beams 210 are used to be fastened with and match with the upper portions of the supporting legs 100 by means of fasteners, reinforcing beams 220 are arranged between the supporting legs 100 and the first ring beam frame 200, two ends of the reinforcing beams 220 are fixedly installed on the supporting legs 100 and the first ring beams 210 of the first ring beam frame 200 respectively, and the installation stability is improved by combining with the reinforcing beams 220.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, each first ring beam 210 may serve as the cross beam frame, the first ring beam 210 comprises two ring beam bodies 211, one end of each ring beam body 211 is provided with a ring beam butt-joint portion 212, the two ring beam bodies 211 are spliced and match with each other by means of the ring beam butt-joint portions 212, and each ring beam butt-joint portion 212 is provided with a ring beam fixing plate 230 in a matching manner; the ring beam fixing plates 230 are usually of a platy structure, preferably, plate supporting portions 231 are arranged at the bottoms, edge covering with the ring beam bodies 211 is facilitated so as to improve the installation stability, the ring beam fixing plates 230 are of a two-side distributed structure, after the ring beam butt-joint portions 212 of the two ring beam bodies 211 are butt-jointed, fastening bolts penetrate through each other, and nuts are combined to complete overall fixing and installation of the ring beam fixing plates 230, the ring beam butt-joint portions 212 spliced with each other and the ring beam fixing plates 230.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, a curtain frame 410 is arranged on an inner side wall of each first ring beam 211, and the curtain frame 410 is used to hanging a curtain 400, which is used to form a decorative curtain or a shielding curtain on one side of the outdoor wood shed to improve the overall use effect.
  • The inclined beam group 500 comprises a plurality of inclined beams 510, one end of each of the inclined beams 510 is used to be fixedly installed on the corresponding inclined beam installation seat 111, and the other end of the inclined beam 510 is fixedly installed on the corresponding second ring beam frame 600 by means of a second installation seat 520; the inclined beam installation seat 111 usually adopts the cavity arrangement and is provided with an inclined cavity so as to match with the end of the inclined beam 510 in an embedding manner conveniently, fixing and installation of the inclined beam installation seat 111 and the end of the inclined beam 510 are completed by means of fasteners, thus the inclined beam 510 is inclined upwards along the center, and the inclined beam 510 is provided with the second installation seat 520 and a third installation seat 530.
  • Each second installation seat 520 is a bent installation member and comprises an inclined beam fixing plate 521 used to fixedly match with the corresponding inclined beam 510 and a ring beam fixing plate 522 used to fixedly match with a second ring beam 610, wherein the inclined beam fixing plate 521 and the ring beam fixing plate 522 are of an integrated structure and is bent, the bending angle is the installation angle of the inclined beam 510 and the second ring beam 610, two ends of the second ring beam 610 are fixedly installed on the ring beam fixing plates 522 between the two adjacent inclined beams 510 respectively, preferably, the bolts are combined with the nuts for fixing, and screw fastening may also be adopted; there are usually four inclined beams 510 and four combined second ring beams 610, and the second ring beams 610 form the second ring beam frame 600.
  • The second ring beam frame 600 is located at the upper portions of the inclined beams 510 in a matching manner, the second ring beam frame 600 comprises a plurality of second ring beams 610 and corner members 620 connected between every two adjacent second ring beams 610, wherein the second ring beams 610 are spliced with each other, overall fixing of the second ring beam frame 600 is completed by means of the fasteners, and then fixing and installation are completed through combination with the second installation seats 520; and a ring beam installation portion 621 is arranged at a lower portion of each corner member 620, an upper portion of the corner member 620 is a roof installation portion 622, and the roof installation portion 622 is used to match with the roof group 700 for installation.
  • The third installation seats 530 are located in the middles of the inclined beams 510, the third ring beams 810 are arranged on the third installation seats 530 between the every two adjacent inclined beams 510 in a matching manner, and the third ring beams 810 form a third ring beam frame 800; two third installation seats 530 are arranged on each of the inclined beams 510 in a matching manner, ring beam seats 531 are arranged on the third installation seats 530, the third installation seats 530 are arranged on two sides so as to facilitate fixing of the third ring beams 810, the ring beam seats 531 are used to embedding, installation and fixing of ends of the third ring beams 810, matching and installation are realized by means of the fasteners, and the structure of the third ring beam frame 800 is used to reinforce fixing, installation and supporting of the roof plate group 300 so as to improve the installation stability; in some relatively small outdoor wood shed structures, the third ring beam frame 800 can be omitted; and in some relatively large outdoor wood sheds, two third ring beam frames 800 of a structure similar to concentric rings can be arranged.
  • The roof group 700 comprises roof beams 710, the roof group 700 can be combined and installed in advance, lower portions of the roof beams 710 fixedly match with the roof installation portions 622, the roof beams 710 and the roof installation portions 622 usually fixedly match with each other by means of sixth installation seats 630, each sixth installation seat 630 usually comprises a first roof fixing plate 631 used to fixedly match with the corresponding roof beam 710 and a second roof fixing plate 632 used to fixedly match with the corresponding roof installation portion 622, the first roof fixing plate 631 and the second roof fixing plate 632 are of an integrated structure, and fixing structures such as bolts or screws combined with nuts are used to complete fixing and installation; fourth installation seats 740 are also arranged on the roof beams 710, roof ring beam installation seats 741 are arranged on the fourth installation seats 740, roof ring beams 731 are arranged on the fourth installation seats 740 on every two adjacent roof beams 710 in a matching manner, specifically, the roof ring beam installation seats 741 are used to embed and install ends of the roof ring beams 731, fixing is completed by means of the fasteners, and the roof ring beams 731 form a roof ring beam frame 730 in a surrounding manner; preferably, the structure of the fourth installation seats 740 is identical with that of the third installation seats 530, the lower portion of each roof beam 710 usually match with two fourth installation seats 740 which are arranged on the two sides, thereby facilitating fixing and installation of the roof ring beams 731, and fixing structures such as bolts or screws combined with nuts are used to complete fixing and installation; and the roof ring beams 731 can be combined and fixed in advance, and can also be installed and fixed after the roof beams 710 and the second ring beam frame 600 are fixed.
  • In one of the preferred embodiments, upper ends of the roof beams 710 can form a top structure; in another preferred embodiment, upper ends of the roof beams 710 can match with a central top beam 720 by means of fifth installation seats 750 for installation, the structure of the fifth installation seats 750 is identical with or similar to that of the second installation seats 520, each fifth installation seat 750 comprises a roof beam installation plate 751 used to match with the roof beams 710 for installation and a top beam installation plate 752 fixed to the central top beam 720, and fixing structures such as bolts or screws combined with nuts are used to complete fixing and installation.
  • In conclusion, after the outdoor wood shed frame is erected, the combined first ring beam frame 200 and second ring beam frame 600 are covered with the roof plate group 300, and the roof group 700 is covered with the roof plate group 300; the roof plate group 300 is formed by sequentially arranging and installing the roof plates 310 of different specifications, and the roof plates 310 are sequentially spliced to cover the first ring beam frame 200 and the second ring beam frame 600 and also cover the roof group 700, wherein the splicing beams, the top fixing beam and the side edge wrapping beams are combined respectively according to different positions for installation and fixing.
  • According to the present invention, through optimized design, the wood materials are used, modular building and fixing are achieved through combination of multiple installation seat structures, overall installation and fixing of the wood shed are facilitated, and the installation convenience and the installation stability are improved.
  • The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way. Any simple modifications, equivalent changes, or modifications made to the above embodiments in accordance with the technical principles of the present invention are still within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (20)

What is claimed is:
1. A waterproof roof for an outdoor shed, the waterproof roof comprising a roof frame and a roof plate group matching with the roof frame for installation, wherein the roof plate group comprises a plurality of roof plates spliced in sequence, each of the roof plates comprises a plate body and a waterproof layer covering the plate body, the waterproof layer at least covers an upper surface of the corresponding plate body, and the waterproof layer is fixedly installed on the corresponding plate body by means of a binder.
2. The roof according to claim 1, wherein the roof plate group further comprises a top fixing beam, side edge wrapping beams and splicing beams, the plurality of roof plates are subjected to primary splicing to form a roof plate unit, the top fixing beam is installed on an edge of one side of the roof plate unit in a splicing length direction of the roof plates, the side edge wrapping beams are installed on edges of outer sides of the roof plates, located on two sides, in the roof plate unit, and the splicing beams are installed at splicing positions between every two adjacent roof plates.
3. The roof according to claim 2, wherein waterproof dye layers are sprayed to outer surfaces of the top fixing beam, the side edge wrapping beams and the splicing beams.
4. The roof according to claim 1, wherein a first installation portion and a second installation portion are respectively arranged on two sides of the plate body, and the first installation portion is used to be spliced and match with a second installation portion of another plate body adjacent to the plate body.
5. The roof according to claim 4, wherein the first installation portion comprises a first convex edge and a first groove portion, the second installation portion comprises a second convex edge and a second groove portion, the first convex edge is used to correspondingly match with the second groove portion, and the first groove portion is used to correspondingly match with the second convex edge.
6. The roof according to claim 1, wherein the roof frame comprises a cross beam frame, side beam frames and reinforcing frames, the cross beam frame is rectangular, the side beam frames are respectively arranged on two sides of the cross beam frame, and the roof plate group is installed on the side beam frames by means of the reinforcing frames.
7. The roof according to claim 6, wherein the side beam frames are arranged in an inverted ā€œVā€ shape, and the roof plate group is divided into two sides and is installed in an inclined manner.
8. The roof according to claim 7, wherein the waterproof layer covers at least one side wall of the plate body and partially covers a lower surface adjacent to the side wall of the plate body.
9. The roof according to claim 8, wherein the waterproof layer adopts a polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, and the plate body is made of a wood material.
10. An outdoor shed having a waterproof roof structure, the shed further comprising at least two supporting legs, wherein the shed comprises the roof according to claim 1.
11. The shed according to claim 10, wherein the shed comprises the roof frame, the supporting legs for supporting the roof frame and the roof plate group covering the roof frame, the roof frame comprises a ring beam frame group, an inclined beam group and a roof group, the ring beam frame group comprises a first ring beam frame and a second ring beam frame, the first ring beam frame is used to match with the supporting legs for installation, the second ring beam frame is used to match with the roof group for installation, the inclined beam group comprises a plurality of inclined beams, the second ring beam frame is located at an upper portion of the first ring beam frame, the first ring beam frame and the second ring beam frame are covered with the roof plate group, and the roof group is covered with the roof plate group.
12. The shed according to claim 11, wherein a first installation seat is arranged at a top end of each of the supporting legs, the first installation seat comprises an inclined beam installation seat, one end of the corresponding inclined beam is used to be fixedly installed on the inclined beam installation seat, and another end of the inclined beam is fixedly installed on the corresponding second ring beam frame by means of a second installation seat.
13. The shed according to claim 12, wherein a first ring beam comprises two ring beam bodies, one end of each of the ring beam bodies is provided with a ring beam butt-joint portion, the two ring beam bodies are spliced and match with each other by means of the ring beam butt joint portions, and each of the ring beam butt-joint portions is provided with a ring beam fixing plate in a matching manner.
14. The shed according to claim 13, wherein a curtain frame is arranged on an inner side wall of the first ring beam, and the curtain frame is used to hang a curtain.
15. The shed according to claim 13, wherein reinforcing beams are arranged between the supporting legs and the first ring beam frame, and two ends of the reinforcing beams are fixedly installed on the supporting legs and a plurality of the first ring beams of the first ring beam frame respectively.
16. The shed according to claim 15, wherein stake seats are arranged at bottoms of the supporting legs in a matching manner, and base sleeves are arranged outside the stake seats.
17. The shed according to claim 12, wherein third installation seats are arranged in the middle of each of the inclined beams, a third ring beam is arranged on the third installation seats between every two adjacent inclined beams in a matching manner, and a plurality of the third ring beams form a third ring beam frame.
18. The shed according to claim 11 wherein the second ring beam frame comprises a plurality of second ring beams and corner members connected between every two adjacent second ring beams, a ring beam installation portion is arranged at a lower portion of each of the corner members, an upper portion of each of the corner members is a roof installation portion, and each of the roof installation portions is used to match with the roof group for installation.
19. The shed according to claim 18, wherein the roof group comprises roof beams, lower portions of the roof beams fixedly match with the roof installation portions, fourth installation seats are further arranged on the roof beams, a roof ring beam is arranged on the fourth installation seats on the two adjacent roof beams in a matching manner, and a plurality of the roof ring beams form a roof ring beam frame in a surrounding manner.
20. The shed according to claim 19, wherein upper ends of the roof beams match with a central top beam by means of fifth installation seats for installation.
