The present disclosure discloses a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, which includes a fabric body formed by warp-knitting four strands of yarns, wherein the four strands of yarns are respectively a first yarn, a second yarn, a third yarn and a fourth yarn, the first yarn is a closed-end satin stitch, the second yarn is a closed-end tricot stitch, and the third yarn and the fourth yarn both are weft laid-in stitches. According to the present disclosure, the fabric does not unravel during shearing, is convenient to use, does not leave traces on a wearer, and is very comfortable. The present disclosure has the advantages of being free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, comfortableness, breathability, etc.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of knitted fabrics, and more particularly to a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling.
- Existing knitted fabrics usually have the following defects: 1. the fabrics are prone to deformation, yarns are prone to being hooked, and the fabrics need to be improved in comfortableness and breathability, 2. the fabrics are prone to unraveling during shearing; 3. shearing the fabrics results in a lot of losses; to reduce the shearing loss of the fabrics, the fabrics are usually sheared along with an inter-locked edge as much as possible, thereby causing limitations to shearing angle and orientation, so that use is inconvenient; and 4. the fabrics leave traces on a wearer, and are uncomfortable.
- An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling to overcome the aforementioned defects in prior art.
- To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, including a fabric body formed by warp-knitting four strands of yarns, wherein the four strands of yarns are respectively a first yarn, a second yarn, a third yarn and a fourth yarn; the first yarn stretches across three longitudinal stitch lengths and is fed alternatively to form a loop such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting the first yarn is a closed-end satin stitch; the second yarn is alternatively fed on two adjacent needles to form a loop such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting the second yarn is a closed-end tricot stitch; the third yarn and the fourth yarn are periodically inserted into the closed-end tricot stitch formed by knitting the second yarn such that warp-knitted structures formed by knitting the third yarn and the fourth yarn are respectively weft laid-in stitches; the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the third yarn is of a structure of one stitch length, and the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the fourth yarn is of a structure of two stitch lengths.
- The yarn feeding numerical code of the closed-end satin stitch is 1-0/3-4//; the yarn feeding numerical code of the closed-end tricot stitch is 1-0/1-2//; the yarn feeding numerical code of the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the third yarn is 0-0/1-1//; and the yarn feeding numerical code of the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the fourth yarn is 0-0/2-2//.
- The first yarn is configured as a polyarn ide yarn; the second yarn is configured as a polyurethane yarn; the third yarn is configured as the polyurethane yarn; and the fourth yarn is configured as the polyurethane yarn.
- Compared to the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
- According to the present disclosure, the first yarn is the closed-end satin stitch which is a surface stitch, the second yarn is the closed-end tricot stitch which is a ground stitch, and the weft laid-in stitches formed by knitting the third yarn and the fourth yarn are added on the basis of the surface stitch and the ground stitch; the well laid-in stitch formed by knitting the third yarn is of a structure of one stitch length, and the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the fourth yarn is of a structure of two stitch lengths. According to the present disclosure, the fabric does not unravel during shearing, is convenient to use, does not leave traces on a wearer, and is very comfortable.
- The present disclosure has the advantages of being free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, comfortableness, breathability, etc.

FIGS. 1 to 5 , an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, which includes a fabric body formed by warp-knitting four strands of yarns, wherein the four strands of yarns are respectively afirst yarn 1, asecond yarn 2, athird yarn 3 and afourth yarn 4. The components in this embodiment are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , thefirst yarn 1 stretches across three longitudinal stitch lengths and is fed alternatively to form a loop such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting thefirst yarn 1 is a closed-end satin stitch. The closed-end satin stitch can also be called a four-needle tricot stitch. The yarn feeding numerical code of the closed-end satin stitch is 1-0/3-4//. A guide bar overlaps by three stitch lengths, and underlaps by one stitch length. A loop of the stitch is a closed-end loop, which means that the extension yarns at a loop base are crossed. The closed-end satin stitch is used as a surface stitch. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , thesecond yarn 2 is alternatively fed on two adjacent needles to form a loop such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting thesecond yarn 2 is a closed-end tricot stitch. The yarn feeding numerical code of the closed-end tricot stitch is 1-0/1-2//. A loop of the stitch is a closed-end loop, which means that the extension yarns at a loop base are crossed. The closed-end tricot stitch is used as a ground stitch. - As shown in
FIG. 3 , thethird yarn 3 is periodically inserted into the closed-end tricot stitch formed by knitting thesecond yarn 2 such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting thethird yarn 3 is a weft laid-in stitch, the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting thethird yarn 3 is of a structure of one stitch length. The yarn feeding numerical code of the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting thethird yarn 3 is 0-0/1-1//. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , thefourth yarn 4 is periodically inserted into the closed-end tricot stitch formed by knitting thesecond yarn 2 such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting thefourth yarn 4 is a weft laid-in stitch, the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting thefourth yarn 4 is of a structure of two stitch lengths. The yarn feeding numerical code of the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting thefourth yarn 4 is 0-0/2-2//. - It needs to be noted here that, digits in the yarn feeding numerical code represents a sequence number of needles, every two of transverse rows are partitioned by “/”, and a complete stitch is ended with “//”.
- In this embodiment, the
first yarn 1 can be preferably configured as a polyarn ide yarn. Polyarn ide fiber is called Nylon. Nylon has the most prominent advantage of highest wear resistance among all fibers. The wear resistance of Nylon is 10 times that of cotton fiber and 20 times that of wool fiber. When stretched by 3-6%, Nylon has an elastic recovery ratio of up to 100%. Nylon can withstand over ten thousands of folding without breakage, and has the highest fatigue durability among all fibers. - In this embodiment, the
second yarn 2 can be preferably configured as a polyurethane yarn. Thethird yarn 3 can be preferably configured as the polyurethane yarn. Thefourth yarn 4 can be preferably configured as the polyurethane yarn. Polyurethane fiber is an abbreviation of polyurethane elastic fiber, usually referred to as PU. PU is a block copolymer with a copolymer long chain consisting of a soft segment and a hard segment. The soft segment in a fiber structure may be polyester or polyether. According to the soft segment, the polyurethane fiber can be classified into two varieties, namely polyester type and polyether type. The polyurethane fiber can usually be stretched by 400%-800%, has excellent elastic recovery performance, and has a shrinkage rate of even beyond 99% when stretched by 50%. The polyurethane fiber has high resistance to chemical reagents, for example, acids alkali, organic solvents, dry cleaning detergents, bleaching agents, etc. - Of course, yarns made of other raw materials can also be used upon actual demand, and are not limited to the yarns in this embodiment.
- The fabric formed by compounding four stitches has high elasticity, has loops interlocked, and is not prone to unraveling; bottom loops are under balanced stress, capable of preventing the fabric from curling at edges; and the weft laid-in stitch has relatively low extensibility and high transverse elasticity.
- In a word, the fabric of the present disclosure does not unravel during shearing, is convenient to use, does not leave traces on a wearer, and is very comfortable. The present disclosure has the advantages of being free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, comfortableness, breathability, etc.
- The above-mentioned embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, but the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations and simplifications made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should all be equivalent replacement methods and should all fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
Claims (3)
1. A comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling, comprising a fabric body formed by warp-knitting four strands of yarns, wherein the four strands of yarns are respectively a first yarn, a second yarn, a third yarn and a fourth yarn; the first yarn stretches across three longitudinal stitch lengths and is fed alternatively to form a loop such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting the first yarn is a closed-end satin stitch; the second yarn is alternatively fed on two adjacent needles to form a loop such that a warp-knitted structure formed by knitting the second yarn is a closed-end tricot stitch; the third yarn and the fourth yarn are periodically inserted into the closed-end tricot stitch formed by knitting the second yarn such that warp-knitted structures formed by knitting the third yarn and the fourth yarn are respectively weft laid-in stitches; the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the third yarn is of a structure of one stitch length, and the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the fourth yarn is of a structure of two stitch lengths.

The comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling according to claim 1 , wherein a yarn feeding numerical code of the closed-end satin stitch is 1-0/3-4//; the yarn feeding numerical code of the closed-end tricot stitch is 1-0/1-2//; the yarn feeding numerical code of the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the third yarn is 0-0/1-1//; and the yarn feeding numerical code of the weft laid-in stitch formed by knitting the fourth yarn is 0-0/2-2//.
3. The comfortable breathable warp-knitted fabric free of deformation, yarn hooking and unraveling according to claim 1 , wherein the first yarn is configured as a polyamide yarn; the second yarn is configured as a polyurethane yarn; the third yarn is configured as the polyurethane yarn; and the fourth yarn is configured as the polyurethane yarn.
